Equipment and frozen food
I've been shopping at this reptile supplier for over a year now, getting all my equipment and frozen food from them. Ordering is easy, and I like that they keep me updated on when my delivery will arrive. Even though I live quite far away, about 400 miles from the supplier, I've never had any problems with defrosted food arriving. The frozen rodents are really good quality, and I've noticed that my snakes particularly like the non-standard white rats that are sometimes in my orders. It was a nice surprise to find them in my latest delivery, even though they're not usually included. I'm thinking about breeding my reptiles for the first time next year, so I'll definitely be getting more supplies from this supplier.

Non-insect items arrived but no insects
I bought some stuff from here recently and everything arrived fine, except for the insects I ordered. I got in touch with customer service, and they were quick to sort it out by sending the missing insects through Royal Mail 24 tracked. The package came in good condition, and all the insects were alive. I was happy with the service overall and will definitely think about ordering from here again.

I ordered this glass reptile vivarium and it was an absolute nightmare! I paid extra for swift delivery, but it took an entire week to arrive instead of sooner as promised. When it finally showed up, I opened the box only to discover that the vivarium was missing the runners. How am I meant to use it without them? It's completely pointless!

I've had a really bad time with this company lately. I bought a reptile thermostat from them and it stopped working after just a few months. When I got in touch with their customer service team to ask for a refund or a replacement, they were so unhelpful and dismissive. Even though the problem was clearly with the thermostat, they're now saying they don't have to follow the rules on faulty products within the first 6 months of purchase. They promise a 12-month warranty on their thermostats but they won't stick to it, which I think is just not on.

live food purchase
Ordering from this place was really handy as I couldn't get to the reptile shop. The delivery came on time and was quick, but the prices were a bit higher than in physical stores. Some of the live food was already dead when it arrived in the box, which was a shame, so I had to rate it lower.

Broken heat bulb
I bought a heat bulb from this company recently, but it arrived broken. I sent an email to let them know and they asked for photos of the broken bulb. It was a bit annoying to have to do that, but I sent them anyway. They took a while to process it, but in the end, they refunded me for the faulty item. If you need a replacement bulb urgently, I wouldn't suggest using this company.
