    For many years now, I've had this pesky atopic dermatitis on my hands that keeps coming and going. I've literally tried everything under the sun to get rid of it, but nothing seemed to work. Then I discovered this amazing body emollient cream, and it's honestly been a game-changer for me.     Allergic reaction cream for child

    I bought this cream for kids to stop allergies, but it gave my 5-year-old a bad allergic reaction all over. Even though I told them about it, they didn't seem to care much.     I am absolutely disgusted by the deceitful and negligent practices of this company. I bought an eye cream that was two years past its expiration date, and when I asked for a replacement, they just ignored me. Even though their customer support owned up to the error, they kept on selling the expired product without caring about consumer safety. I had to keep hounding them for weeks, only to be met with excuses and broken promises due to their incompetence. The fact that they showed no accountability and didn't take my concerns seriously made me incredibly angry. Now, months later, they are still procrastinating on giving me a refund, asking for unnecessary paperwork and causing even more frustration. This company's behaviour is completely unacceptable, and I will never trust them again.

    I bought some sunscreen on your website not long ago. Used Apple Pay and got an email confirming the payment and my order being processed. But then your company says they didn't receive the payment from Apple, which is strange as Apple Pay is usually reliable. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on and now I have to contact my bank for a chargeback. Not happy about all this confusion.

    I recently bought the Melaclear Advanced product and I was really let down by the defective bottle. It's possible that the product is good, but what's the use if I can't even get to it because of a faulty bottle? I got in touch with customer service to ask for a replacement, but they were unhelpful and didn't sort out the issue. Their lack of care and refusal to make things better left me feeling very disappointed. It's annoying to splash out on a product, only for it to be useless due to a broken design.

    Fraudulent charges on my credit card

    I've recently had a really shocking incident where a certain company ended up charging my credit card multiple times for over $400. Even after trying to get in touch with their customer service via emails and phone calls, I've not had any satisfactory response or solution to this problem. The way this company has failed to communicate and be transparent about this whole situation is just not on. They've basically taken my hard-earned money without permission, and I still haven't got an explanation or refund for those charges. It's really disappointing and frustrating to be treated like this. I'd warn others to be careful when dealing with this company, because their actions have made me feel like I've been ripped off and lied to.
