Birthday clothes
I ordered some birthday clothes and they arrived really fast! The packaging was lovely and the clothes were of great quality. They were for my daughter and she absolutely loved them!
Quality products, expensive delivery and return charges
The products in this shop are really nice, with lots of stylish and high-quality items to choose from. But I was a bit disappointed with the extra charges for delivery and returning items. I think it's a bit unfair to have to pay more for these services, particularly when spending a lot of money. It definitely put a bit of a downer on my overall experience with the brand.
Grey leather slippers
I recently bought some grey leather slippers for my daughter as a present and I have to say, I was really pleased with how comfy they are. The delivery was quick too, which just made my whole shopping experience even better!
new clothes
I am so disappointed with my recent purchases, it's such a shame. The t-shirts feel as thin as paper bags, nothing like they used to be. I really miss the good quality of the old ones!
Hoodie in a lovely colour
This hoodie is absolutely gorgeous. The colour really pops and adds a fun touch to any outfit. You can tell the quality is top-notch, you can feel how sturdy and well-made it is. It might be a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it for such a high-quality piece of clothing.
Lost parcel, lack of accountability
Returning a parcel was an absolute nightmare for me. My parcel got lost in transit and neither the company nor the third-party service wanted to take responsibility. I gave evidence of shipment, but I'm left out of pocket with no solution in sight. The return process itself cost me £5 to ship it back, instead of having the option to return it to a store, which would have been safer and more eco-friendly. This fee didn't protect buyers, making me feel like I was cheated with no way to get my money back. When I contacted customer service for help, they told me to use an ombudsman service, but Jack Wills refused to mediate. The lack of investigation and support from Jack Wills and Evri was really frustrating. Every person I spoke to seemed to pass the blame, ignore my problems, and pass me on to someone else, without resolving the issue. After this experience, I won't be shopping from this company again and I'll make sure to warn others about their poor customer care and lack of accountability.
Boots purchased
I recently bought some boots from this shop and I was really disappointed with them. The quality was so bad and the customer service wasn't great either. The boots didn't last long and didn't cope well with everyday use.
Denim jacket and t-shirt
This was my first time ordering from this clothing store, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The website was really easy to use, it made it simple for me to find exactly what I was looking for. The ordering process went smoothly and was easy to follow, with clear instructions every step of the way. I liked getting notifications about how my order was coming along and I was impressed by how quickly it was delivered. The denim jacket and t-shirt I bought were really good quality, and the price was just right. All in all, it was a great experience.
Online shopping experience
I had a bit of a nightmare with this company when I tried to do some online shopping. I bought a few things, but one of them didn't fit me right. I thought I could just swap it for something else, but no luck - they wanted me to send back the whole order. So, not only did I have to fork out £5 for delivery in the first place, but another £5 to send all the items back. Basically, I ended up £10 out of pocket and with nothing to show for it - what a waste!
Shorts, good quality, heavy fabric
The shorts are really good quality, made with thick and durable materials. They're great for wearing every day and have definitely gone beyond what I expected in terms of comfort and style. I'm really happy with my purchase, no complaints at all.
Awesome clothes
The clothes from this place are so cool, all my friends get jealous when I wear them. Plus, the orders always arrive on time, which is amazing! I've never had a bad experience with this place, it's my go-to for awesome outfits.
Slip-on slippers
I recently bought a pair of slip-on slippers from this shop and I have to say, they are absolutely brilliant! I wear them all the time around the house and they've really helped with my Plantar Fasciitis. I've tried other slippers from different brands before, but they always end up hurting my toes. When I came across these slippers, I had hope that they would be different - and they really were! Not only are they reasonably priced, but they're also super comfy. I still have my old pair, but getting two new ones means I'm sorted for life! I couldn't be happier with this product.
See-through jumper, lack of paperwork for returns
I bought a jumper from this shop not long ago and I was a bit let down to discover that it's see-through. I didn't expect that, especially for the amount I shelled out for it. On top of that, there was no paperwork in the parcel for returns, which was annoying. All in all, my shopping experience with this item wasn't fantastic.
Stylish and high-quality
I can't fault the quality of the clothing I bought - it's always top-notch. The delivery was really quick, so I can't complain at all. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's after stylish, high-quality clothing.
Two T-shirts on special offer
The special deal on two T-shirts was really good, but I reckon it would've been even better if they included more items in the offer. The shipping fees for international orders are a bit steep, which puts me off shopping on the website regularly. It'd be great for us customers if they had more sales and discounts to help balance out the expensive shipping costs.
Recent tee shirt purchase
I really love the t-shirt I bought recently, it's great quality and fits perfectly. But, I'm having trouble reaching customer service - it feels impossible. I have a problem with my order, but there's no contact information on the website. It's like they're avoiding their customers! I read a similar review where the brand told the customer to contact support, but how can we when we can't find any contact details in the first place? Customer service seems to be non-existent, and that's really disappointing.
Every once in a while, I find something extraordinary here
On constant shopping something great into my collection for wears, I am bit choosy and concern with my clothing.
And it is great how once in a while, I found out some truly exciting wear on Jack Wills.
Recently a hoodie got my attention.
I have bought around 8-9 clothes from here, I guess in last 3 months.
