Disneyland tickets
Buying Disneyland tickets through this website was really easy and stress-free. The website was simple to use, so I could quickly find and choose the tickets I wanted for my trip. The whole process was fast, and shortly after buying them, I got my tickets digitally and could also print them if I wanted. Getting into the theme parks with the tickets was no problem at all, and I liked being able to have them on my phone. I’ll definitely use this service again next time I need tickets!

Mystery herb plant boxes, hostas, Alchemilla mollis
I was a bit let down by my recent order from the Secret Gardening Club. I've bought from them before and was happy with what I received, but this time was different. I decided to get a couple of mystery herb plant boxes, along with some hostas and Alchemilla mollis plants that are good for shade. I got a good deal on the mystery boxes, but it turns out they were mostly filled with mint - not what I was hoping for. There was even borage, which isn't safe for dogs. The hostas were squished in the box, and some leaves and stems got damaged. The Alchemilla mollis plants didn't look too healthy either. All in all, I wasn't impressed with the quality and variety of what I received.

I tried this dating service and it was such a let-down. I made my profile and then saw a load of random profiles added to my favourites list without me choosing them. I didn't even know I had a favourites list on my profile, so it was annoying to see profiles I wasn't even interested in. It felt like they were pretending I liked things I didn't, to make it seem like I used the app more. I didn't like not being able to see or control who was in my favourites list. It left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

I bought something the other day and had to return it, and guess what? They charged me £2.95 for it! Can you believe that? I've never come across any other shop that does this, it's absolutely bonkers. It's really cheesed me off and now I'm out of pocket. To be honest, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again after this whole palaver.

Pension cash-in process
I had such a nightmare trying to cash in my pension with this company. I started the process back in February like they told me to, and they said it would take about 8 weeks. What a joke! I had to call them practically every day, and I ended up speaking to over 15 different people who didn't seem to have a clue what was happening. They kept feeding me lies about the process, and they even lost my ID that I had to send them twice by email. It was really stressful and frustrating, and I wouldn't want anyone to go through the same thing. Trust me, stay away from them at all costs.

I've been purchasing plants online for quite some time now and honestly, I have to say that this place is just brilliant! The customer service is absolutely fantastic - I've had a few problems with my orders, but every time I got in touch, they were quick to replace anything that wasn't quite right. They're always so helpful and friendly, it's great. I've received a couple of plants that were a bit damaged due to delays in the post, but Dobies sorted it out without any fuss. I bought a lovely bunch of roses from this company not long ago. It's a shame that two of the roses weren't as good as I hoped. They did refund me for those two, which was nice of them. But then, when the last rose turned out to be a bit of a let down too, there was a bit of confusion about the refund. I pointed out the mistake, and they said they would sort it out and send me a replacement rose. At first, they said the replacement had been sent out, but then after a couple of weeks they changed their minds and just refunded me for the whole lot, including cancelling my order.

I recently bought some baby formula and nappies from Kugans, but I have to say, I've been really let down by their service. I ordered online, but it's been taking ages for my stuff to turn up. Even though they told me my order was being processed, I found out that the store only deals with online orders on certain days of the week. When I contacted them to check on my missing order, they said I'd get it in 2 days. But it's been 5 days now since then, and I still haven't received anything. On top of that, they haven't replied to any of my follow-up emails, which is really frustrating and makes me feel ignored. It's just not right to have such poor communication and delays with fulfilling orders.

I recently bought a birthday bouquet and I have to say, I was pretty happy with the service I got. The website was really easy to use, no problems at all ordering what I wanted. They kept me posted every step of the way which was great. My step-daughter loved the flowers and they arrived on her birthday just like I asked. Only thing was, they put a sympathy card instead of a birthday one, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, the delivery person left the parcel outside in the rain even though someone was home. The company said they'd send another card and promised they'd sort things out with the courier.

When my daughter was struggling at regular school, we decided to give homeschooling a go in Year 10. We found this online learning platform called CloudLearn, which really helped her with subjects like English, Maths, Geography, and Travel and Tourism. She did her GCSEs in those subjects and got some top grades - 1 x 8, 2 x 7, and 1 x B. The work and assessments on CloudLearn were dead easy to understand, and the tutors were dead helpful whenever she had questions. Those CTAGs they introduced this year were a godsend and really lightened the load. All in all, homeschooling has done wonders for her confidence, and now she's all set to start college in September to keep studying Travel and Tourism.

GLS France didn't even try to bring it to my door! Not cool at all! Scarosso needs to sort out a better delivery company in France, like, now!

Premium Muck Boots
I bought these supposedly top-of-the-line Muck Boots from Keen Gardner, but after just three months they're falling to bits. The stitching at the top of both boots is coming loose, which is really disappointing. I got in touch with Keen Gardner and sent them photos of the problem, but they haven't responded to my complaint. Their customer service is really lacking, and the quality of the boots is just not up to scratch. I'm not impressed at all and I wouldn't feel confident recommending either Keen Gardner or Muck Boots to anyone.
