I'm sure nobody would be happy after spending a certain amount of money on gift for a loved one during special occasion or period and on delivery, he or she realises the gift in actual sense not truly worth the sum paid for. That is cheating and a colleague in office was complaining about such, as she was being cheated on. I had to refer her to Fortnum & Mason as a better option for anything gift items among other products and services. That is because I had personally bought from Fortnum & Mason and was satisfied with what I got. She's also bought from the company and has testified to the better products and services she received from Fortnum & Mason.

Clothes and accessories
When Annabel used to persuade me to change where I used to buy my clothes and join her at BLFD, I wasn't taking her seriously because I didn't think that was necessary. After all, I wasn't complaining about where I was shopping my clothes and accessories. However, my first purchase with BLFD which was a jogger changed my views. The jogger was so unique of of the best quality I ever came to know. That necessitated my second patronage and that was how I gradually became their regular customer till dates. Joggers, leggings, pantsuits, jumpsuits, shoes and more, these are products I have bought from BLFD and I have come to totally like them, with nothing to complain about. I totally recommend them to others.

Hamper gift
A very close friend I have known for years had a birthday that was in a matter of days away. Although I wasn't opportune to be part of her birthday celebrations in the past due to work, but this present one, I had to present a gift to her no matter how little. Thinking about average gift I could present, ihamper quickly came through my mind and I knew they could have a solution to my need. Checking hampers gift on online store, I saw just what could fit the day. I ordered for it, and provided the address to be delivered. To cut it short, the hamper was delivered to her and she totally liked everything about the gift. I'm glad ihamper carefully selected the items to meet the needs of my friend. Thumbs up for them.

Since I and my husband started courtship, we had always loved the outdoor life and the experiences we get from it. When we got married, we went on several vacation and tours and when we had babies too. We wanted to put that kind of life into our children so that they can enjoy the outdoor life too, but one thing that makes the outdoor life enjoyable is when you have all you need in terms of clothing and other materials. We had a great 2 night break from activity superstore which we received for xmas 2 years ago. They very kindly extended it to june 2021 (without me even asking) and then helped me find a hotel and book a date when i struggled due to COVID. Honestly vile vile vile management! Lauren, lucy and Aya! Sat on their backsides and didn’t do anything besides gossip about customers! Avoid this company!!! I saw them making a client feeling like shit. Hopefully all three don’t work there. Useless, intimidating, shit customer service! Attitude is not necessary!!!! . Jewellery is ok - not professional at all

Train ticket to Sudbury
#traingenius is a disgrace. I asked for credit not a refund to delay journey on Monday due to Coronavirus as I'm under 2 categories of being high risk & said no even though non essential travel not recommended. When I asked for his advice he said he had none! Shocking service!! So it looks like I'm about to lose £61 through no fault of my own. Just following Government guidelines so dont understand why cannot give me a credit- not asking for refund just to delay my travel!!
I am in the same situation as few of you re advance tickets refund. I got email saying they follow government recommendations....not sure whichever government. Thus website/company are simply scavengers offering nothing but moreover stress in current situation. I work in hospitality and we refund every guest that contact them hotel despite of T&C of their rate. I receive cancellations request for June and July and we process refunds.

Will never use its against and advise all around not to do so either.I think we can pursure this further. Trading standards!! Ive been waiting 3 minths for a redund and no response. Their website states all tickets will be refunded.

Did not refund me ,could not travel because of lock down ,they made excuse I never claimed on time! Will never use again.

I prefer to buy online as it saves me from wasting my time and money from wandering stores to stores. i am a businesswoman and i have no time for that! however, in the style help me a lot when it comes to buying clothes. i am using their websites from few months and i am having a great experience. coming back to my lingerie that i ordered from here, well i think it was my best one till now, i bought so many lingeries but most of them get damaged due to some reason or the fabric doesn't work for me. with, in the style lingerie, there is no such things, I got thousands of amazing options and fabrics to choose. The fitting of all styles is perfect for my body shape. i recently purchased a midi dress as well and it was outstanding, i strongly prefer you to try this website if you are like me and don't want to spend lots of time in buying clothes.
