I bought something from this place not long ago and honestly, it wasn't great. I had to wait 3 whole days before they told me it wouldn't be sent for another 3 weeks. I asked to cancel my order but they said no. When the package eventually turned up, I said I didn't want it and sent it back to the shop. But even then, they wouldn't give me my money back. I had to take it further and sort it out with my bank.
Sushi rolls and matcha tea
I've gotta tell you, I just couldn't be happier with what I got from this place. The sushi rolls were so fresh and tasty, and the matcha tea was spot on. The prices were fair, especially considering how good everything was. The customer service was amazing, they answered my questions super quickly and were really helpful. Plus, my order arrived quickly and in perfect shape. Honestly, this is definitely one of my top spots for Japanese food and drinks.

I've been coming to this place for ages now, always ordering loads of Japanese snacks. Even though it takes a bit of time for the delivery to arrive, I've never been let down by the top-notch quality. They offer a huge variety, the packaging is nice and secure, and the flavour is consistently great. If you're after some Japanese snacks, I can't recommend this place highly enough!

I just want to share my experience ordering sushi and ramen from this place. It was a nightmare. Firstly, they didn't mention any delivery fees or taxes, which I find really sneaky. Then my order arrived a week late, and I had to pay extra at customs for it to be released. It's just not on, is it? I can't tell if they're trying to scam us or if they're just really bad at managing their business. Either way, I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure. And those positive reviews? I reckon they're probably fake. What a waste of both time and money, if you ask me. Anyway, Merry Christmas, I suppose.
