New puppy supplies
I went to the shop the other day to get some things for my new puppy, and I must say, the person helping me was absolutely brilliant. He knew his stuff and went out of his way to make sure I got the right things and didn't waste my money on anything I didn't need. I really valued his patience and knowledge in helping me pick everything out. Because of the amazing service I got, I'm definitely going to keep going back to that shop for all my pet stuff from now on.
Pet supplies
I went to the pet store recently to pick up some supplies for my furry friends. The selection was pretty good and the prices were reasonable. However, I was a bit concerned about how they were handling personal information. While I was waiting in line, I heard the staff asking every customer for their personal details like their name, postcode, and address. It made me uncomfortable that they were just saying all this out loud. When it was my turn, I made sure to speak quietly, but even then, they repeated my address for everyone to hear. It really made me question whether they take data security seriously. With identity theft and cyber crimes being so common these days, it's not on to be so careless with sensitive information.
Dog food and toys
I popped over to the shop to grab some dog food and toys, and I have to admit, they had a fantastic range. The folks working there were so helpful in helping me pick out what I needed. The only downside was finding a parking spot, especially on weekends. It might put some people off coming back.
Rats
Bought 2 rats from the Colchester branch today and I can honestly say I've never had such friendly and helpful staff in a pet store before. I had my 3yr old daughter with me and one of the ladies who worked there (Olivia), took time out of her day to connect with my daughter and it was so nice to see. Over the moon with the quality of service and will dedo go back more often
Dog biscuits and wild bird food.
Always shop at Jollies, as the staff are very friendly. Always see the same face, this lovely man with a beard, always offers to take the bird food, and put it in my car. Which means a lot.
Have a great selection of products at very good prices, so I will always spend my money there.Real old fashioned customer service!!
Old fashioned customer service in a modern world is so much less common these days but today I came across real ‘Customer Service’ in spades.
I visited our local (Dereham) store and was served by ‘Jo’. I had many queries regarding Grain Free dog food. My regular feed is imported from Canada and I’m really keen to change to a more locally sourced item.
I cannot emphasise too highly just how caring and informative this young lady was. Every query was answered and nothing too much trouble. As I left the store with an own product small bag to sample, she was keen to say if there was anything else I thought of that she hadn’t answered - then a quick question via their website should produce a reply.
Back home and there was one question left unanswered when comparing my old and the new bag of feed. Quick email to ‘Contact Us’ on the website and ‘Mark’ was back with a response within just two minutes (yes! TWO minutes).
I call that pretty amazing and really old fashioned Good Customer Service.
