Ticket insurance nightmare
I bought ticket insurance for my partner's gig, but when he couldn't go because of work, both Ticketmaster and the insurance company were completely useless. Ticketmaster said I wasn't the one who bought the tickets, even though I clearly explained everything to them. The insurance company kept sending me to the wrong department, even though I gave them all the info they needed. It's been more than two weeks of going back and forth with no solution in sight. The lack of communication and inefficiency between the two companies is shocking.

Two coats
I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought two coats - one was fine, but the other was way too small. I sent it back to them straight away and got an email saying I'd get a refund. But that refund never actually happened. I had to open a claim with Paypal, and only then did Equestrian Co get in touch, asking me to close the claim in return for the refund. I didn't fall for that, so I took it up with Paypal again and eventually got my money back. I wouldn't trust this company - you can find their products at better shops.

Induction Hob Purchase
I bought an induction hob from this company recently and I just had to tell you about it. I didn't want to write anything until after it was installed, and let me tell you, I'm really impressed. I placed my order late at night and the next morning I got a call from a really lovely lady confirming that my order was being sorted out. She told me not to worry about the weird packaging because the hob was in a TV box for extra protection, but it was still in its original Bosch carton. The prices are good and the service is top-notch, so I'll definitely be coming back here for all my electrical stuff. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs electrical appliances.

The service itself was alright, although they don't offer instant trades or have an ISA. And their etf range is a bit lacking too. Another downside is that you can't transfer stocks directly to them. However, I suppose they're not too bad for beginners!

I bought three dresses online and was really surprised that they didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. On top of that, I had to shell out an extra £3.95 for delivery, and then a huge £5.95 to send them back. In total, I ended up paying £9.90 just to return one parcel, which was then taken out of my refund. I'm still waiting for that refund. The service was just terrible, and I'm really let down by the whole thing. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Even though the representative quickly said sorry and owned up to the mistake, they didn't offer to take back the wrong items. This lack of responsibility is disappointing and doesn't make me trust Battery Station's customer service. Southern Italy history tour
Our trip to Southern Italy was absolutely amazing! We got to see Pompeii and Herculaneum with this archaeologist guide who was just so fascinating. The Amalfi Coast was just stunning, and the hotel we stayed at had the most incredible view. The staff there were all so lovely, especially the waiters who really made our whole experience even more special. It was honestly the best holiday we've ever had!

Pickup service for elderly father and myself
The service we got was absolutely terrible. We had booked a pickup for my 80-year-old father and myself to the train station, but the driver turned up at the wrong place. I tried to call the driver several times, but he was unhelpful and rude, saying that he doesn't look for passengers. When we finally managed to get into the car, we found that the seats were pushed too far forward, making it really hard for my elderly father to get in and out. To top it all off, when we got out of the car, my father had to sit on the floor and push his way out because the driver hadn't bothered adjusting the seats. It was a terrible experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone travelling with an elderly person.

The place is in a beautiful spot with a lovely view, but, to be honest, we were a bit let down by the whole experience. The actual house was not very well looked after - there was hardly any water pressure, the kitchen equipment was lacking, and it definitely needed a fresh coat of paint with marks and scratches on the walls. Plus, it was not very clean - we found cobwebs, spiders, and even some dead light bulbs. And despite promises of a nice welcome pack, we only got the basics. All these problems really took away from what could have been a nice holiday.

Haemorrhoid treatment
The staff at the clinic were really good and polite during my haemorrhoid treatment. I was hopeful at first, but I have to admit the pain during and after the treatment was worse than I expected. I decided to try this treatment because other treatments didn't work for me, and I was really desperate for something to help. I asked for the strongest treatment possible to give it the best chance of working. It's been 6 days now, and I have seen some improvement in the size of the piles, but I still have discomfort and symptoms. The recovery has been tough, with bruising and soreness meaning I have to take it easy. It looks like I might need more treatments, but the cost is a concern for me.

I just took my first class. I felt that I did not get an information I was looking for. Due to a heavy accent, I sometimes had a hard time understanding my instructor; the loudness of the sound was inconsistent.
Also, I'm having a hard time resolving some financial issues. I was trying to find out what was included in a Tool Kit and accidentally click on a button. The item did not go to a purchasing basket and/or I was not asked if I was sure that I want to purchase an item, it just charged my account within a second. Now I'm having a hard time getting my money back even though I have no intention to download or use the Took kit. I hope this can be resolved peacefully.Amazing instructors

I'm finding very informative. I have some knoweldge of PM but not aware of everything that is covered within the course. The lessons are clear and quiz tests are a good way of checking your understanding. You can then go back over the lesson when you find you haven't fully understood the terminology.
It is really easy to understand and very helpful content.

I took a lot of online courses and I can compare. This Graphic Design class is really a treat for me. You can get new skills easily and pleasantly for not a decent price. First period is free and you will check whether you like it or not. The module lessons are pleasant to watch and very clear to understand. And the best thing is - control! Because YOU schedule your lessons and you are responsible of attending it so it is wonderful for procrastinators who can't finish any course. It helps. I will definately recommend it to my collegues

The lessons are very educational and interactive when the educator asks questions during the lesson for us to answer. However, the site is not very easy to navigate and can be confusing at times.

Started my first lesson May, 18th! I absolutely love the pace, I love that I can review the educational information afterwards to document notes for myself as I'm a handwriting learner. I have now explored several courses and modules. I see how the overall system works and think the information in several areas is great for beginners. Im looking forward to exploring a bit further to see if the information becomes deeper as the modules go on. So far so good.
classes have hood information motion, but the program is difficult to work with and a bit misleading. This program really nickel and dimes you. Making you pay for notes, and a diploma after you already paid for the course is obserd . You are not told these things before you perchase and things are not correctly explained

Shaw academy is really great.
The Project Management course is very clear and incisive, having the right speed. The AI system for questions is also a nice touch. The only negative thing is the extreme amount of e-mails sent everyday by the Shaw Academy.
Step by step instructions introduce each subject. Lesson is fast and hence need to be alert to understand it
I like the class, as English in not my native language, sometimes I find it to fast but I have adopted, I would like to have more interaction and more tasks practical.
I did not know all the special features that our camera phones have and Shaw Academy made me realize it. Can't wait to take and share my first picture applying what I learned in my first class, and certainly I can't wait to learn more. Awesome knowledge.

Similar to lesson 1 on the Diploma for Sports Nutrition, lesson 2 has been concise and easy to understand. Though the audio sometimes gets cut off and the presentation goes a head in a few occasions. Overall, it has been very educational by far

I've only done the first lesson so far, some interesting recaps, but yet to actually learn anything new. Also found the pace quite slow.

As the course continues, it’s still very interesting, very easy to comprehend and very informative. I like that you can pick and choose when you can get to it and that they will send you reminders prior to your course starting. Days prior, day of and an hour before etc. which for me ( since I suffer from short term memory loss from brain surgery) it’s very convenient, and helpful. Definitely considering the continuation of this platform.
I am now a comfortable with online trainings. I never knew it can be this easy to learn online until I came in contact Shaw Academy. The classes I have gone through is well explicit with and easy to understand.

This is a great session.i really was Keen to learn about lenses.i really find my trainer to be very professional and his communication is very effective and not ambiguous....so it really helps us to understand better....the program is scheduled well and the best part is we get a link forward for another session.as this helps me to plan from my work schedule to attend the classes.. thank you once againVery informative and classes are excellent.
