Crossbody bags and an earmuff
I recently treated myself to these really cute crossbody bags and a pair of earmuffs from this shop and oh my goodness, they are absolutely fantastic! I used to have a different bag, but these new ones are definitely superior. They arrived in just a few days, which was quite quick. The packaging was really secure and ensured everything arrived undamaged. The quality is definitely top-notch, just as they advertised. The colour is precisely as expected, although the size is a little larger than described. Nevertheless, I am still really pleased with my purchases!
Birthday gifts for niece
Oh my gosh, I was like totally searching for a present for my niece's birthday and I discovered the most amazing things from this store! I bought her a really soft scarf & hat set and an adorable beanie & mittens set. Even though she lives far away in Texas, she received them really quickly, just in time for her birthday! I was really impressed with the quality and the speed of delivery. I will definitely be returning to buy more gifts for my other family members.
Bought some awesome clothes
Wow, I discovered this really cool shop in York called Kiltane and managed to find some amazing clothes there. The staff were all extremely friendly in the shop, and even online they were really pleasant. The delivery was incredibly quick, and when I had to return some items, it was a piece of cake. I definitely plan on shopping here again, maybe even today!
Cashmere scarf purchase
What a lovely cashmere scarf! I got it as a present for my partner, and he really liked it. The fabric is so soft and luxurious, and it looks really stylish too. The delivery arrived surprisingly quickly, which was a nice surprise. All in all, very pleased with my buy.
Scarf purchase
I recently bought a scarf from your shop in Edinburgh and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole thing. Firstly, the customer service was not great. They didn't give me the option to return the item for free, even though there's a store and warehouse in Edinburgh. I had to pay to send it back, which was a bit of a pain and felt old-fashioned. Also, the pictures of the scarf online weren't a true reflection of what I got. I was expecting a bright, colourful scarf but what I got was a bit dark and dull. When I told customer service about this, they just made excuses and didn't really listen when I showed them evidence from their own website. All in all, it was a really disappointing experience.
Dress for ladies day at Cheltenham
I recently bought a dress for ladies day at Cheltenham from this company. I specifically asked for next day delivery on a Saturday since I needed it for the event on Wednesday. Sadly, when the dress arrived, it still had the security tag on, which was really irritating as I had to return it immediately to sort it out. After contacting them many times, the dress finally arrived after ladies day had already passed, showing that it wasn't processed promptly. On top of that, I had to keep reminding them about refunding my postage, which was disappointing. Although I did eventually get the refund, there wasn't a proper apology for the inconvenience caused. Overall, I was let down by their customer service and wouldn't recommend this company to others.
Cashmere sweater with holes
I was given a lovely cashmere sweater for Christmas last year, but I only got around to opening it fairly recently because of all the pandemic shenanigans. Sadly, when I finally did unwrap it, I discovered a whole bunch of holes in the sweater. Naturally, I got in touch with the company right away in the hopes of sorting things out amicably. But, rather disappointingly, they didn't respond very well, which left me feeling a bit down in the dumps.
Cashmere cardigan purchase
I bought this cardigan for my wife as a Christmas present, but it ended up being a total disaster! It was quite pricey, around £100, but the neck completely detached from the body after just 2 months of wear. We attempted to resolve the issue by reaching out to the shop in Edinburgh and even contacting their customer service, but unfortunately, they were not helpful. It was really disappointing!
Job Experience at Kiltane
I was really looking forward to my job at Kiltane because they talked a lot about how I could grow and be part of the store's plans to expand. But it turned out to be a big letdown. Even though I knew a lot and was good at my job, I wasn't included in making any decisions and just told what to do instead of being asked for my ideas. The only time I felt appreciated was when things were really busy, like in the summer and during the fringe festival, and the money was coming in.
Crew neck sweater purchase
I bought a crew neck sweater from this shop not long ago, and I have to say I'm really not happy with how it turned out. As soon as I took it off, I heard a crack and, to my surprise, there was a big hole under the armpit. It's just not on - I've had much cheaper jumpers that have lasted me way longer without falling apart. I was hoping for better from this store, but it's clear the quality just isn't up to scratch.
Mother's gift
I bought a gift for my mum from that shop, but they wouldn't allow me to return it even after I told them she has Alzheimer's and might not like it. All they offered me was store credit, which couldn't even be used online! The staff were unkind and showed no empathy at all.
Sale fraud
I reckon this shop in Oxford is a right rip-off. I picked up a product that was supposed to be on sale but ended up getting charged the full price when I went to pay. And get this, when I went back to return it and get a refund, they told me it wasn't an option. It's a total disgrace on the company's part and just goes to show their dodgy ways and terrible customer service. I'd suggest avoiding this place like the plague and taking your business elsewhere.

I was pretty disappointed with my recent visit to the store in Cambridge. I had asked the salesperson if I could return the cashmere gloves I bought for my mum if they didn't fit, but later found out they had a no refund policy which wasn't clear at the time of purchase. The language barrier with the salesperson didn't help either. When I tried to discuss this with another staff member, I got a dismissive response and was basically told tough luck. The lack of good customer service and transparency in their policy left me feeling pretty unhappy. It's clear that these kind of practices won't be good for the business in the long run.

I recently bought a cashmere sweater, hoping it would be super soft and luxurious. But when it arrived, I was really disappointed. It was really scratchy, not what I expected at all. I started to doubt whether it was actually made from cashmere. I decided to return it, but I was surprised to find out I needed to get permission from customer service first. Trying to contact them turned into a real headache. There was no phone number to call, and they didn't reply to my emails for days. It was such a frustrating experience overall. I'd recommend others to not waste their money and find better quality products elsewhere.
