    The ordering and receiving process was fine, but I was quite disappointed with the towel I bought because it had threads coming off from the entire width. Although I know Bedeck Home might not be responsible for this, it was still annoying to get a product that was falling apart right from the start. I didn't want to deal with the trouble of returning it or asking for a replacement, so I just trimmed off the loose threads and hopefully it will be okay. I really hope that Bedeck Home doesn't sell products with problems like this, even though it's not mentioned directly.

    Good driver, wrong drop-off

    Well, we got a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The driver turned out to be really friendly and the van was pretty cool. But can you believe it?     Medication for elderly mother

    I'm really let down by the service from this company. I ordered important medicine for my elderly mother, who is 90 years old, and instead of sending it like a normal package with all the right paperwork, they sent it by mistake as a registered letter. The package got stopped by Customs for checking, causing lots of problems and delays. Even though I tried to provide the missing declaration needed for it to be released, the package is still stuck in customs. This has caused a lot of trouble because my mother really needs the SAVLON medication to treat her bed sores urgently. I've asked for help, but the issue is still not sorted out. It's not right that my mother's health is in danger because of this mistake.

    You know, I picked up this really cool navy jacket over Christmas at this shop. But when I got back to my hotel, I noticed a tiny scratch on the front. So, I dashed back to the store a couple of hours later and encountered this really rude guy, who I assume was the manager, sporting a pixie cut. He was so abrupt with me, saying, "We only have one in each size, tough break. Come back tomorrow and I can sort you with a t-shirt." I was fuming! It felt like he was treating me like some kind of scam artist. Couldn't he have just called another store for an exchange, right?! No way am I setting foot in there next year, absolutely not!

    I just have to share how amazing my experience was when I had to get replacement glasses frames. I had a pair of frames that got damaged, and I couldn't find them anywhere.     I was really disappointed with my experience with this parking service at Bristol airport. When I got back, I found that my phone charger was missing and the net pockets on the back of the passenger seat were all torn up. I told the staff, but they didn't seem bothered at all. They didn't even look into it and just stopped replying to my messages. It's obvious that they don't want to take responsibility for what happened or care about their customers' stuff. I've reported it to the police and I hope others do the same if they've been through something similar.

    It's shocking to see that they call themselves a 'Meet and Greet' service when they're really just being dishonest and dodgy. Other reviews show that this isn't a one-off thing. They've been known to use customers' cars, steal their things, mess up the inside, and leave the vehicles filthy. I wish I'd checked the reviews before I used them, and I strongly recommend that others steer clear of them too.

    Iron faulty after guarantee period

    After using the iron for two and a half years, it unfortunately stopped working properly. I contacted customer service for help as it was still under guarantee. However, the whole process was very difficult. Even though I provided lots of evidence, including photos, to show the problem, they kept asking for more information. This made me lose trust in the company. It felt like they were trying to avoid honouring the guarantee to save money. Sadly, this has put me off dealing with them in the future. If I could, I would give this experience "zero" stars.
