Well, we got a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The driver turned out to be really friendly and the van was pretty cool. But can you believe it? He ended up dropping us off at the wrong place! I'm really let down by the service from this company. I ordered important medicine for my elderly mother, who is 90 years old, and instead of sending it like a normal package with all the right paperwork, they sent it by mistake as a registered letter. The package got stopped by Customs for checking, causing lots of problems and delays. Even though I tried to provide the missing declaration needed for it to be released, the package is still stuck in customs. This has caused a lot of trouble because my mother really needs the SAVLON medication to treat her bed sores urgently. I've asked for help, but the issue is still not sorted out. It's not right that my mother's health is in danger because of this mistake.
