    Parka jacket

    I got this parka jacket and was proper looking forward to rocking it during the winter. But after only a few wears, it ripped near the top of the arm and the down was coming out. I tried to get in touch with them through email a few times, but no one got back to me. They asked for snaps of the messed-up jacket, and I sent them off quickly, but still heard nothing. It's been a week now and I reckon they're just ignoring me. It's pretty gutting because now I'm stuck with this dodgy jacket that I can't even wear. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this brand.

    Flea and worm treatment for two cats

    I've just bought some flea and worm treatments for my two cats. So, I initially tried giving them the worm pills, but my picky cats just wouldn't take them, no matter how hard I tried. After calling customer service, they kindly suggested I switch to an external application for both treatments. Now, putting on the flea treatment is a breeze and stress-free.     I'm really disappointed with the delivery service from A tu hora express in Spain. My package has been in the delivery process for 10 days now and still hasn't shown up. It's just not on that it's been in Spain all this time and still not delivered. Another package I ordered arrived quickly via Correos, which was a surprise because I ordered those shoes after the ones that still haven't come.

    Be cautious when dealing with this company. If your delivery arrives damaged or doesn't turn up at all, they won't give you a refund. And if you try to open a PayPal dispute, they won't let you place another order. I've been a customer for 10 years, and when I recently had a package arrive open with something missing, I wasn't happy. I opened a PayPal dispute, but they refused to refund me, saying it wasn't their fault. However, I know that it's the sender's responsibility to make sure deliveries arrive in good condition. Luckily, PayPal came through and refunded me for the missing item. Since then, they won't accept any of my orders because I opened a dispute. Steer clear of this company!

    The learning app was so cool, I really enjoyed using it for my school work. The lessons were interesting and got me thinking a lot.     I booked a cottage with Norfolk Hideaways for a walking holiday in September. Unfortunately, on the 5th day of our stay, we had problems with the central heating in the cottage. We tried following the instructions, but couldn't get it to work, so we ended up feeling cold and let down. Even the gas "wood" burning stove in the living room wasn't real! This was not the high-level service we were hoping for from a supposedly 5-star property. When we contacted Norfolk Hideaways for help, we found out that the owner controls the heating remotely, which was really annoying.

    Wedding table sign purchase

    I felt really nervous about buying the table sign for my wedding as I had seen some reviews that weren't great. But, the price was really good so I decided to take a chance.     GT2 scooter purchase

    I bought the GT2 scooter from your company recently and it's been a bit of a letdown, to be honest. In just the first week of having it, I've come across several issues that have really affected how well it works. The headlight doesn't work properly, the horn button is a dud, and the power on/off button doesn't respond when I press it. On top of that, the scooter didn't even reach the 28mph speed that was advertised - it only goes up to 15.5mph. And to top it all off, I got a flat tire while riding on regular roads and pavements, even though the scooter was supposed to be good for off-road use.

    I was really looking forward to my holiday in Cyprus and had sorted out transfers to and from the airport with this company.     Useless boiler cover

    you like dealing with Pakistani call centres, being lied to and fobbed off the take a policy out with 24/7
    I took a policy out in November 2023 this was to include a boiler service, i booked was finally booked in for a service after 3 months, I was call by 24/7 who cancelled it the day before! The excuse is they are too busy. I was told before that they do not have engineers in my area.
    I was also contacted by a sales rep (indian call center) who said i could add inhibiter for an extra £35 they took the money immediately.

    I know you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous!

    I know i should of gone with British gas or EDF.

    UPDATE 26.01.2024
    ok so I reported a fault with my boiler on Thursday 6.30pm I paid £75 call out fee, I received a call Friday 12.30pm I advised I have no heating or hot water, I was told the earliest an engineer could come is Monday! They do not have enough engineers to cover the jobs.
    I joined because I assumed they offered a 24/7 fast service. I will receive a faster service from a local engineer and the call out fee is £60.
    This is the second issue I have had with this company in a matter of 3 months.
    I think the good ratings are coming from staff members.
    28.01.2924 -update
    Day 4 and still no heating or hot water. An engineer has been yesterday afternoon, he doesn't have parts or is able to get a part the same day, he made little effort to get a part.
    The engineer has to issue a report to 24 /7 they look at it in 24 hours.
    I spoke to the Pakistan call centre again this morning they said they haven't received the report but they have the part, obviously a lie as he hasn't seen the report.
    I was told not to worry it will be fixed soon. I have no faith in this company.
    Totally regret signing up with them.
    29.01.2023 - Day 5 of having no heating or hot water. There is no urgency with this company. Today I am told the appointment team will call to arrange an appointment, I have not been given a time scale on when they will call or when the appointment will be, I am again held in limbo. I asked for my £75 to be refunded as they have not fulfilled their part, they said they are unable to refund because an engineer attended, not only are they liars they are scammers too. It looks like I will have to call a local engineer and pay again if I want my boiler working today.
    Take time to read all reviews on this company, I wish I did.
    They have also cancelled the service I had booked for today, the earliest they could reschedule was the end of April. Looking at the reviews on services I don't think I will bother.
    30.01.2024 - escalated my claim to complaints who are dealing with this issue. I asked the engineer to supply the quotes for the work, so they have no excuses today, I forwarded them first thing. I received a call from them at 10am to say that the quote was over £1000 so they can't repair. The quote was very over priced, labour alone £500, they only sourced one quote so nothing to compare it to. They did offer me an overpriced boiler at 0% interest. I wasted 6 days and £75 call out fee.
    I will never do business with this company again. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had to deal with.
    STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS.

    Madagascar Lemurs and National Parks Tour

    Our trip to Madagascar was absolutely amazing! We had so many adventures and surprises along the way. Our guide, Olivier, was so knowledgeable and really looked after us during the whole trip. We did everything from exploring rainforests to visiting villages, national parks, canyons, and chilling out by the coast. Each day was full of new discoveries and cultural experiences. The places we stayed were lovely, the food was great (lots of veggie options), and seeing the wildlife, especially the lemurs, was just incredible. Whether we were spotting a teeny mouse lemur on a night-time rainforest walk or watching the magnificent Indri in its natural home, every moment in Madagascar was pure magic. You've got to be ready for early mornings, long journeys on rough roads, and giving up your digital devices, but trust me, it's all worth it for the incredible memories you'll create.

    The guide and bus driver we had on our tour were amazing. They knew a lot, were really friendly, and made the whole experience fun.     My last flight was a complete letdown. When I tried to reach out to customer support via email and their app, the agents were rude and unhelpful.     My first issue is regarding their marketing preferences, and how they handle customer data.. When placing my order there was a compulsory box for a telephone number, but I made sure to tick the relevant boxes that said that I did NOT want to be contacted by phone, email, or post for any marketing / promotional reasons. So you can imagine my surprise when I got a phone call a few hours later from a call center trying to sell me their monthly subscription plan!! When I told the agent that I had specifically selected NO to using my information for marketing purposes, he replied that he knows that, but felt that this offer was very good and that I wouldn't want to miss out on it - and hence his call! I explained that this was a breach of data protection, and GDPR to use a customer's personal information for marketing purposes without their consent.. We then went back and forth for a good few minutes of him still trying to change my mind on signing up to their subscription plan, before he finally said he'll remove me from the mailing list and hung up. Since then, I've had at least one email a day from them with various marketing offers. Each time, I hit the unsubscribe button, and yet again the next day I received another marketing email!

    Within 24hrs hours of ordering, I received a dispatch notification for my order. The parcel arrived a few days later, but I was shocked to find that it only contained two small items worth £10 out of a £70 order! I immediately emailed their customer services asking them firstly to ensure that my contact information was removed from their marketing list, and to ask where the rest of my order was.

    After three days of no response to my email (despite getting a read receipt within an hour of sending), I sent a follow-up email which I received a response to. However the response was a blunt copy and paste telling me that they're sorry for the marketing emails, and have updated my marketing preferences - and to contact again if I have any further queries. They also sent me a link of how to update my marketing preferences myself - but the link was for their parent company website Ideal World Ltd and not for Create and Craft. So they didn't pay attention to where I had ordered, and completely ignored my complaint asking where the rest of my order was! I sent another email back asking someone to phone me by the end of the day to update on my order, but received no response. After another 24hrs, I submitted a PayPal dispute for the missing items which as of today has not been responded to. However a few days later, I received an email from MyHermes saying that they have a parcel for me, and that it would be delivered soon. This second parcel arrived this morning, and once again, it is not my full order!

    So now I am back to square one having to try and contact Create and Craft via email, and have updated the PayPal dispute accordingly. This company may offer a great range of products at good prices, but their inability to process orders properly, no respect for handling customer data, and lack of care for their customers isn't worth the hassle.

    Wish I had seen these reviews what a joke this company is I have just spent 1 hour 23 mins on phone on hold waiting to cancel my policy as I was given an ultimatum to pay an extra £370 for an undisclosed fault when I asked for an extension to sort this out as the claim didn't exist they refused so I said I would cancel before they cancelled and made it harder for me to get insurance they then tell me I have to pay £60 to cancel of which I have to ring and pay as they won't send a bill they are a con company from what I have heard they insure you raise the insurance people cancel and they rake in the money never again I hope karma comes back to them

    This has just happened to me too! I was charged an extra £77.57 for a undisclosed claim. When I investigated it with my old company it was all about an incident that I reported in 2017 which wasn’t a accident and no no money was paid out or any claim undertaken. Like you they are trying to get £77.57
