Well-made product, too large
I recently bought this item and I have to say, it's really good quality. However, even though it's labelled for 1 to 3-year-olds, it's way too big for my 1-year-old cousin, who is actually bigger than most kids her age. It seems like she'll have to wait another 6 months before she can use her first birthday present.

I asked for a replacement item to be sent to me and even suggested a goodwill gesture, but my requests have been ignored. They promised a delivery in 2-3 days, and here we are a month later. This lack of communication and customer service is just unacceptable.
Lightweight buggy with non-removable bumper bar and no rain cover included
The buggy's lightweight design is really good, but we've found the non-removable bumper bar to be a bit of a pain. It makes it tricky for us and our little one to get in and out easily. And it's a shame that the rain cover isn't included and has to be bought separately, that's a downside for us.

We got this amazing 6 in 1 tricycle, but the issue was with the front wheel. We got in touch with customer service and they were really unhelpful. They didn't have the replacement part we required and couldn't even tell us when it might be in stock. No warranty, no sense of helpfulness. It was so annoying!

I placed an order on the 2nd of May, but despite waiting for hours, nobody picked up the phone when I called. The delivery company only brought part of my order, sending the rest back. They advised us to get in touch with the company due to the delay in delivery. I tried reaching customer service by phone, but no one answered after long waits. There was no response to my emails either. This situation is absolutely unacceptable - my package is missing, my money has been taken, and there has been no communication! If no action is taken, my next step will be to file a lawsuit with my lawyer. It's not right to leave customers in limbo like this with an incomplete delivery and zero response! We got the Baby Yummy High Chair from this company's website, but it arrived with some noticeable scratches, which was a bit disappointing. We got in touch with customer support straight away, and they said they'd arranged for a courier to pick it up for a return. It's been a whole month now, and we're still waiting for the return to go through. We've been trying to get in touch with customer support every day, but we haven't heard anything back yet. This kind of service is really letting us down - it's just not good enough.
Highchair purchase with wrong colour variant
I'm really let down by the way this company has handled things. First of all, they sent me the wrong colour highchair, and then they wouldn't even send me the right one when I asked. Instead, they told me to place a new order and pay for shipping all over again, even though my first order qualified for free shipping. On top of that, their customer service took ages to get back to me, and when they did, they were not helpful at all. I wouldn't suggest anyone else go through this kind of ordeal.

The assembly is easy, the chair is strong and durable, the swivel action is a bonus. However, the canopy is a bit too low, and the video on the website needs to be updated.
Seat purchase
I bought a seat from this company but it didn't have ISOFIX, which I needed. I got in touch with them on Easter Sunday to let them know. Even though it was a holiday, they still sent out the seat after I asked them not to. Now I'm waiting for them to pick it up and give me a refund. I got another seat from them for my older grandchild through Amazon and had no issues. But this whole situation has really put me off the company.
