Dress ordered, delayed delivery
I bought a dress from this company not long ago, and it's been a nightmare. It's been almost three weeks since I ordered it, and even though I got DHL tracking numbers, there's been no movement on the DHL site about my parcel. The customer service team has gone silent too, ignoring my messages and leaving me clueless about what's going on with my order. It's really annoying, especially because I forked out a decent amount of money for the dress. Now I'm starting to think I'll never get my hands on it, and I'm considering asking for a refund instead.
First dress purchase
I was a bit unsure about the size at first, but I eventually decided to go for it. My dress arrived yesterday and I absolutely adore it! The quality is amazing and it fits like a glove. I will definitely be ordering more from this place in the future!
Waiting for refund
It's been about 5 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded! They told me everything is produced in Frankfurt, but my packages actually came from Poland. I haven't heard anything back and still no sign of my money. It's really disappointing!
Beautiful matching dress
I bought a dress not long ago, and it looked exactly the same as in the photo. The material is really good quality, and the dress is just lovely. I was so pleasantly surprised by how closely it matched the online picture. The stitching was really neat, and the design was done really well. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.
My new dress
Oh my goodness, I'm absolutely thrilled with my new dress! The size chart was perfect, and it fits me perfectly. The quality is outstanding, and I feel like royalty when I wear it. The customer service was fantastic - someone picked up the phone quickly, and Ms. Alex was really lovely and helped with all my queries. The delivery was also really quick, my parcel arrived much sooner than I thought with plenty of updates. I'm so excited to show off my new dress to all my friends!
Urgent size exchange for event dress
I was in a bit of a pickle with needing to swap sizes for a dress at the last minute for an event. The customer service was brilliant - they got back to me super quick and made sure I got the dress in time, even with the short notice. It really made me feel appreciated as a customer. Recent online order
I had a terrible experience with an online purchase recently. I placed an order a few weeks ago but didn't hear anything about the shipping. I contacted customer support and was told my order was finally on its way. However, when the package arrived, only one out of the five items I ordered was actually included. I'm really annoyed and let down by this whole ordeal. I won't be shopping here again and I hope to get my money back quickly.

I ordered a dress back on March 19th, and it’s been well over a month now since I placed the order. The website said it would arrive within 10-14 days, but it still hasn’t turned up. I’m so annoyed about this and just want my dress already!
