My recent experience with this clothing company was really disappointing. I had a real headache trying to get a refund for something that didn't fit. After sending back the item, I waited ages for the refund. When I asked about it, I just got ignored. I had to keep sending emails to get a reply. It was so frustrating and definitely put me off shopping with them again.
Fashion order
It's been a week now and I still haven't heard anything about my shipment. I haven't received any updates or notifications in my email either. I wouldn't recommend this service at all.
Amazing dress
I got this amazing dress from here and it's honestly the best thing ever! The quality is just so good and it looks awesome on me. I really wish they had more dresses in my size so I could buy even more. Keep up the great work!
Online purchase delay
I'm really disappointed with the service I've received from this company. I placed an order online on April 3rd and it's now April 17th, but I haven't heard anything about the status of my purchase. This delay is unacceptable in today's fast-paced digital age. Other companies manage to ship items much quicker, so I don't understand why my order is taking so long. The lack of communication and transparency is really frustrating.

I bought a dress from this company not long ago, and it's been a nightmare. It's been almost three weeks since I ordered it, and even though I got DHL tracking numbers, there's been no movement on the DHL site about my parcel. The customer service team has gone silent too, ignoring my messages and leaving me clueless about what's going on with my order. It's really annoying, especially because I forked out a decent amount of money for the dress. Now I'm starting to think I'll never get my hands on it, and I'm considering asking for a refund instead.
First dress purchase

It's been about 5 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded! They told me everything is produced in Frankfurt, but my packages actually came from Poland. I haven't heard anything back and still no sign of my money. It's really disappointing!

I bought a dress not long ago, and it looked exactly the same as in the photo. The material is really good quality, and the dress is just lovely. Oh my goodness, I'm absolutely thrilled with my new dress! The size chart was perfect, and it fits me perfectly. The quality is outstanding, and I feel like royalty when I wear it. My online dress purchase experience was surprisingly positive. Even though I had seen some negative reviews, I found the whole process went really well. Once I placed my order, I got a confirmation email pretty quickly. However, there was a small delay in getting my dress, it took 18 days instead of the promised 10-14 days. I got in touch with customer service after 14 days, and they were fast to respond, giving me a DHL tracking code to put my mind at ease. The dress arrived in good condition and looked just like the picture on the website. The quality wasn't bad considering the price of 100€, which I think is really fair. Overall, I was happy with my purchase, but I wish the dress had come in a protective box for better packaging. Despite that small issue, I'm pleased with my purchase and would think about buying from them again. It's interesting to note that the website says the dresses are designed in Frankfurt, not made there, so I don't fully understand some of the complaints I've seen.
Recent online order
I had a terrible experience with an online purchase recently. I placed an order a few weeks ago but didn't hear anything about the shipping. I contacted customer support and was told my order was finally on its way. However, when the package arrived, only one out of the five items I ordered was actually included. I'm really annoyed and let down by this whole ordeal. I won't be shopping here again and I hope to get my money back quickly.
Dress order on March 19
I ordered a dress back on March 19th, and it’s been well over a month now since I placed the order. The website said it would arrive within 10-14 days, but it still hasn’t turned up. I’m so annoyed about this and just want my dress already!
Recent clothing purchase
I bought some new clothes not long ago and I have to say, I was pretty happy with the whole experience. The shop has a really nice variety of clothes for both casual and fancy occasions. A couple of months in our family. we have been planning for my niece birthday party. I was in charge of our dresses. In our last discussion we all agree of putting on beautiful shorts, skirts and blouses . Since then, have been ruminating on how we were going to look good .
