Urgent size exchange for event dress
I was in a bit of a pickle with needing to swap sizes for a dress at the last minute for an event. The customer service was brilliant - they got back to me super quick and made sure I got the dress in time, even with the short notice. It really made me feel appreciated as a customer. The quality of the dress was top-notch, definitely worth every penny.
Wardrobe staples
I've been shopping online for wardrobe essentials since 2020, and for the most part, I've had a good experience with the quality and designs on offer. Sometimes the prices can be a tad steep, but I reckon it's fair given the quality of the items. Sizing can be a bit tricky when shopping online, but overall I'm happy with what I've bought. I don't really get some of the negative reviews I've read about this brand, as I've had a pretty positive experience overall.
Online dress purchase
My online dress purchase experience was surprisingly positive. Even though I had seen some negative reviews, I found the whole process went really well. Once I placed my order, I got a confirmation email pretty quickly. However, there was a small delay in getting my dress, it took 18 days instead of the promised 10-14 days. I got in touch with customer service after 14 days, and they were fast to respond, giving me a DHL tracking code to put my mind at ease. The dress arrived in good condition and looked just like the picture on the website. The quality wasn't bad considering the price of 100€, which I think is really fair. Overall, I was happy with my purchase, but I wish the dress had come in a protective box for better packaging. Despite that small issue, I'm pleased with my purchase and would think about buying from them again. It's interesting to note that the website says the dresses are designed in Frankfurt, not made there, so I don't fully understand some of the complaints I've seen.
Recent online order
I had a terrible experience with an online purchase recently. I placed an order a few weeks ago but didn't hear anything about the shipping. I contacted customer support and was told my order was finally on its way. However, when the package arrived, only one out of the five items I ordered was actually included. I'm really annoyed and let down by this whole ordeal. I won't be shopping here again and I hope to get my money back quickly.
Dress order on March 19
I ordered a dress back on March 19th, and it’s been well over a month now since I placed the order. The website said it would arrive within 10-14 days, but it still hasn’t turned up. I’m so annoyed about this and just want my dress already!
Recent clothing purchase
I bought some new clothes not long ago and I have to say, I was pretty happy with the whole experience. The shop has a really nice variety of clothes for both casual and fancy occasions. I love that they have lots of little black dress options - you can never go wrong with a classic like that. What I thought was really handy was that I could contact customer service through WhatsApp or Instagram and they got back to me quickly. I can't wait to see what they come out with next in their new collection.
A good shopping experience with Cichi
A couple of months in our family. we have been planning for my niece birthday party. I was in charge of our dresses. In our last discussion we all agree of putting on beautiful shorts, skirts and blouses . Since then, have been ruminating on how we were going to look good . I went to my boss in office and ask her where she always get her fine dresses and she told me about Lichi. Without wasting time I ordered for our beautiful shorts, skirts, and blouses from Lichi.
