Pyjamas
I recently bought a pair of pyjamas from this shop and I have to say, I am really impressed. The quality of the pyjamas is amazing, the fabric is so soft and lovely, it feels great against my skin. This is actually my third pair of pyjamas from this shop and I have never been let down. Ordering the pyjamas was so easy, I could buy them through a third-party retailer or directly from the shop's website without any problems. The customer service I got was brilliant, they replied quickly and were really helpful with any questions I had. Overall, I am really happy with my shopping experience and I will definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.
Stolen package
I ordered a package which a delivery company brought to my door. Unfortunately, it got swiped not long after it arrived. The delivery company didn't want to own up to it, but the company I bought from sorted it out themselves. They sent me a replacement package quickly and without any fuss or added costs. I have to admit, I was really impressed by how well they dealt with it and how keen they were to make things right. I'll definitely be ordering from them again, but I'll pick a different delivery service next time to steer clear of any more problems.
Children's clothing purchase
I bought some clothes for my 5-year-old daughter from this website recently. I was a bit concerned at first because I saw some bad reviews about slow delivery, but my order actually arrived in just 4 days. The clothes are really lovely, great quality, and different from what I usually see in other stores. Plus, the prices were really good too, which was a bonus. I haven't washed them yet to see how they hold up, but overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Jeans purchased
I bought a new pair of jeans from this store recently and I must say, I was really impressed. The quality of the jeans is top-notch and they offer a good variety of styles to pick from. Normally, it's a struggle for me to find jeans that fit just right, but I managed to find the perfect pair here. The customer service was fantastic, whether in person or online. I didn't have any problems with returns either, which is always a bonus.
Maternity briefs purchase
I bought some maternity briefs from the shop and they were really bad quality. The first time I wore them, the elastic band came away from the fabric and the underwear completely fell apart. It's awful and not acceptable, especially for something as important as underwear. I'm really disappointed with my purchase and won't be going back to that shop again.
Chair gift during Christmas shopping
Last Christmas, I got a lovely surprise when a nice lady in the shop gave me a chair. I just wanted to say thanks and give a top-notch review for the great service I received.
My purchase was clothes and underwear
I was really chuffed with the clothes and underwear I got from the shop - top-quality stuff and loads of choice. Always find what I'm after there and the prices are fair. Really appreciate that they're big on saving the planet, only thing is I wish they'd ditch the plastic packaging and price tags!
Quick order, prompt customer service
My order came on time, and I was happy with the quick customer service. But, I'm knocking off a star because tracking using a barcode is not usual. Overall, I'm pleased and will definitely order again.
Tights and underwear
I bought some tights and underwear from this store and I'm really disappointed. The tights went all bobbly after just one wear and now they're completely ruined. The underwear was just average. I don't reckon I'll be shopping here again.
Poor quality children's clothing, refusal to deal with complaints
The customer service in this shop is dreadful when it comes to dealing with complaints about the terrible quality of children's clothes. The staff never want to sort out any problems with returns or exchanges. I won't be buying anything from this store again.
Poor quality clothing
I bought some stuff from the shop recently, like I've done many times before. But this time, the things I got were really disappointing. After only wearing them a few times, some of the items - like dresses, t-shirts and kids' blouses - fell apart quickly. And one t-shirt got a hole in the back after just one wash, even though I followed the care instructions. I used to think the store sold nice things, but now I'm thinking twice about buying from there again. It feels like a waste of money to shop there.
Late package
So, you know, I ordered something from this place and it took ages to arrive! Turns out they were all out of stock of what I wanted and didn't bother letting me know! So, I had to keep calling them loads just to find out where my package was! And when I finally wanted to cancel my order, their customer service was impossible to reach! It was just really bad!
Small clothes, bad quality, high prices
The clothes I got from here were tiny and really poor quality. I had to keep reordering them because they just never seemed to fit properly. And when I tried to take them back to the shop, they treated me like I'd done something wrong! It wasn't cool at all.
Dissatisfied with service
I'm really let down by the service I received from this company. The staff just weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care about helping me with my questions. They said they'd sort things out quickly, but I ended up waiting for hours without any information or reason for the delay.
Slow delivery
I can't believe how long it took for my delivery to arrive. I got an email saying my package had been sent, but after three days, it still hadn't even made it to the post office. If you're in a rush, I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this place.
Recent online purchase
I bought something online the other day and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. This brand used to be great for women of all ages, but now it feels like they've cut back on the variety and choices they offer. It's like they're only catering to a specific group now, which is a shame.
Unpleasant encounter with store staff
I had a pretty bad time at a clothing shop with the staff recently. I've met my fair share of uninterested workers at different stores, but the people at this shop were just plain rude. It was like they were narrow-minded and didn't like anyone who was different. They were unwelcoming and it really annoyed me. I walked out of there feeling upset and disrespected, and I've decided I won't be going back there again.
