the worst travel agency you can imagine. booked a return flight to Kutaisi at a time convenient to me and my partner, they sent me an email changing my return alone to leave 10 hours earlier with no offer of alternative as per their policies, called to ask to change to another flight and pay the difference, denied me any rights, and stated, Go to your lawyer, live with it, that's it!

Opal Hope Turtle Necklace
Purchased the opal hope Turtle Necklace for a Christmas present. The necklace arrived very quickly but looked very different to the image in the shop. The shop's name for the product and pictures suggested that it would at least look like a gemstone in a silver turtle but it looks more like solid blue resin paint with some glitter on it. I have tried to contact the store four times over the past two weeks both through email, which never sends because their inbox is constantly full, and through the site, which never got a response. I can see no other way to contact them and cannot find an option to leave a review on their site. I suspect this is a scam and I will never get my money back.

I am a travelholic. I travel a whole lot. However, one of the challenge I have has always been packing my stuffs. I mean getting the right bag to pack my stuff so I don't have to carry plenty luggage bags. And sometimes this bags give way and cause a mess that you have to start repacking all over again. I wanted to travel to Spain so I wanted a luggage bag of quality material and is affordable too. After much search online I ordered for a luggage bag from Uyuni lighting. The package was delivered within 3 weeks and it was exactly what I wanted. Not only could it contain my stuff, it was also light and of strong quality. oh and today my 18 year old step sister don't blame her opened hers and she was missing 3 pieces out of the toucan box

Happy with the services but still need improvement
DC Thompson is one of the trusted sites where I can book any magazines. i am taking their services for last three months and i am very happy with whatever they are providing for their customers. But i still feel that they need to improve a little bit and it will be the best forever. what i like about the services that i always get my magazines on time. My previous experience with a magazine was bad as they deliver the magazines on late dates which i really hate. Not with DC Thomson, as they are extremely punctual about their delivery date
