Outdoor light purchased
I purchased an outdoor light from this shop and it came really fast. The delivery was excellent but unfortunately, one of the glass pieces was broken. It did take a while for them to get back to me about returning it and getting a replacement, likely because they were on holiday. However, after a couple of reminders, they sent me a new light promptly and it was in perfect condition. So, overall, good job! They're dependable. I definitely recommend them!
Lamp return issue
The customer service at this place is terrible. I bought a lamp that turned out to be faulty and when I tried to return it, I didn't get any response despite calling and emailing multiple times. Their website says they have a 30-day return policy and responsive customer service, but it seems like that's not true. It's so frustrating to be ignored like this.
Wall sconces purchase with missing lampshades
My time with Luminaire Center was a real letdown. I ordered two wall sconces with lampshades, but when the package came, there were no lampshades in a separate box. I tried getting in touch with customer service several times through emails and calls, but I got no reply or help. They just kept making promises without actually fixing anything. In the end, I had to buy lampshades from somewhere else to finish my project. I wouldn't recommend shopping with this store.
Bedside lamps
I bought two bedside lamps from this shop not long ago, but unfortunately, one of them stopped working shortly after I got it. So, I got in touch with customer service, and they said I could pick a replacement lamp from their range. However, even though I sent in my choice and followed up with three emails, I never got the replacement lamp or any updates about it. All in all, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
Wall lights
I got these really nice wall lights, but they just didn't suit my room at all. Sending them back was an absolute nightmare - we had to fork out to ship them all the way back to England, and they didn't even provide a return label. It was pretty annoying, to be honest! The return expenses were way too high, such a downer...
Lampshades
The lampshades I bought from Luminaire Center came in alright shape, but they arrived later than what they said. The lampshades were just as they were described and were really good quality. However, the late delivery messed up my plans a bit because I was counting on them to arrive earlier. I do like the fact that the description matched the actual product and the quality was good, but the delay really put a damper on things for me.
Spot light order, received a chandelier
I ordered a spotlight and they sent me a chandelier instead! I told them about the mix-up and all they want is a picture of the chandelier. Still no spotlight and I'm stuck with a chandelier I didn't ask for. If they sort it out sharpish, I'll delete this comment.
LED wall lamp purchase
I bought a LED wall lamp from Luminaire Center not long ago. But, when I had it put up by an electrician, I realised that the LEDs stay on at a low level all the time - even during the day and at night. I got in touch with Luminaire Center and sent them the photo they asked for. However, I haven't heard back from them about sorting out this problem yet.
Late order, no response
I ordered something a couple of weeks ago, and it was meant to arrive within 48 hours because it was in stock. However, it still hasn't arrived, and when I tried contacting them, I didn't even get a response. It's really frustrating and definitely not cool.
long delivery, wrong order, terrible customer service
I ordered something from this place and it literally took ages to arrive! And when it finally turned up, they sent me the wrong thing! Can you believe it? When I tried to sort it out with customer service, they were absolutely useless! I had to pester them countless times just to get the return address, and guess what? I have to foot the bill for the return shipping! I mean, what's that all about? And on top of all that, their website is full of misinformation! Surely, that's against the law, isn't it? Ugh, never going back there again!
Mismatched product
I was really let down by my recent purchase from this shop. The item I got was nothing like the picture I saw and made my decision on. The customer service team didn't seem to care about my worries, even though I sent lots of emails with no reply. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all.
Broken item
I ordered something online and it arrived all broken. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but they seemed impossible to reach! The phone number was no good, and my emails and messages went unanswered for a whole 2 months. It's been the most awful online shopping experience I've ever had, which is a real shame because they have some really cool things on their website.
