Swimwear and other products
I have been visiting beaches and swimming because naturally I like playing with water. Then I thought I was having the best of swimwear but a certain lady at the swimming pool always proved me wrong with her stunning swimwear. That actually drew my attention to her and I had to ask her one day where she shops for her swimwear. That was how I was referred to Miraclesuit. I was equally stunned when I visited Miraclesuit website and saw the kind of products right there. I so love the swimwear, the leggings, shapewear, tanks, tops and.bottems from the company. I'm fully satisfied by their products and services and I wish the company don't compromise standard ever. Keep it up.
Super comfy swimsuits!
Oh my goodness, I just have to tell you how much I adore these swimsuits! They honestly feel like they're giving me a warm hug every time I put them on. And let me tell you, I definitely feel more confident wearing them. It can be a bit tricky finding a one-piece swimsuit that fits just right, but these ones make me feel like a star at the beach. I bought a few and ended up returning all but one, and the return process was a breeze! The customer service team were also really lovely and very helpful with sizing and all that stuff. I reckon I've found my favourite swimsuit brand for life!
New swimsuit purchase
I was a bit nervous about buying a new swimsuit, but I read some reviews and decided to take the plunge. When it arrived, I was thrilled because it fit like a glove, looked fabulous, and was super comfortable. I'm really pleased with it and just had to share my excitement about my amazing new swimsuit! International Order Experience
I recently ordered two bathing suits from an international website. It was disappointing to see that the final price at checkout in USD was much lower than what was actually charged to my card in my local currency. Even though the website claimed free shipping for international orders, there was an unexpected additional charge for duties and taxes that was not clearly communicated. When I contacted Customer Service for clarification, I was informed about this extra cost, which was not transparent during checkout. As someone who shops online often, I was extremely dissatisfied with this lack of transparency and misleading pricing tactics.
Bought a swimsuit
I purchased this swimsuit online thinking it would be really great, but when I realised that if you want to return it, you have to pay around fifty-six pounds which is quite expensive, so that's a bit disappointing. I sent them an email to inquire about it and they responded saying, "Yes, you need to pay for the return postage, sorry." I mean, seriously, what's up with that? So, just a heads up if you're considering buying something from them, make sure to carefully read all the terms and conditions beforehand.
Product quality issues
I'm really let down by the swimwear I bought. The fabric fell apart after just a few swims, and in a matter of weeks, it was all in tatters. Such a waste of money and shocking quality.
Overpriced underwire swimsuit
This swimsuit is a total disaster! The underwire came out after just a few wears, so it's really uncomfortable. And it's such a pain to get on and off, which is ridiculous for a swimsuit. What a waste of money.
2 swimsuits
I'm a customer of Miraclesuit and I bought 2 swimsuits from their website. When they arrived, I was gutted to see that the tags had been cut out, so I couldn't tell what size they were. They didn't fit how I expected and looked like they had been worn before and then returned without the tags. I was really annoyed and it made me feel like I'd been tricked. I'd advise others to be careful because there could be issues with the quality and if the products are genuine.
Slow refund process
I ordered something on the internet and needed to send it back, but it took almost 3 weeks for me to receive my refund! I had to keep reminding them on PayPal to ensure they didn't overlook my case. The customer service team was quite unhelpful, it seemed like they weren't bothered about my situation. I can't grasp why it took them so long to process my refund, I wasn't asking for the impossible!
Expensive swimsuit
I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I bought that swimsuit! I spent loads of cash on it and it was only alright. It was a pain trying to work out how to send it back, and it cost a bomb to ship it back. Hope I get my money back sharpish. Avoid buying from this company!
Bathing suit purchase
My new swimsuit broke after only wearing it a few times. So, I got in touch with customer service, and they were really unhelpful and rude. They just would not replace the swimsuit or come up with any solution. I even tried to use a small discount they offered for a future order, but they wouldn't let me use it because the item was on sale. They are selling such low-quality products, and their customer service is just awful.
Difficulties with order delivery
I had a bit of trouble with my last order from this company. Even though they said it would arrive at a certain time on their website, I ended up waiting for weeks before it actually got to me. It was really annoying and disappointing because I was really looking forward to getting my order on time.
2023 swimsuit purchase
I recently bought a swimsuit but it didn't meet my expectations. The way the seams were made was really uncomfortable, they dug into my skin. Also, there was no protective liner in the bottoms which made it not suitable for the beach. I paid quite a bit of money for it so I was hoping for better quality. I was left feeling disappointed with the whole experience.
Swimwear regret
I really wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing these swimming costumes. The fabric just disintegrates in the water! They might look good, but you can't even swim comfortably in them. It feels like such a waste of money. When I raised my concerns, they didn't even consider giving me a refund, just suggested I buy a different kind of swimsuit that they don't even stock! It's so frustrating!! My advice would be to avoid buying them if you plan on actually swimming in them!
