    Recent tire purchase

    I bought some tyres from this company recently and I have to say, it was a pretty frustrating experience. The phone number they gave me didn't work at all, so I couldn't get in touch with customer service for any questions or problems. Also, the tracking number for my delivery was incomplete and DPD couldn't even recognise it, which caused a lot of confusion and delays in getting my order. It looks like this company is based outside of the country, which might explain why their communication and service is so unreliable. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this company because the hassle just isn't worth saving a few quid.

    I ordered a costume for World Book Day from your shop and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The whole ordering process went very smoothly and efficiently.     Hair damage after use

    I'm really disappointed that this product didn't work for my thin and fragile hair. The sales rep assured me it wouldn't harm my hair, but it ended up causing tangling, fuzziness, and breakage after just one use. It's such a letdown, especially considering how expensive the product is. When I contacted customer service to explain and ask for a refund, they weren't sympathetic or understanding at all. They just told me I couldn't return it. It's disheartening to be deceived and left with damaged hair without even an apology.

    Quick installation with a few disconnects

    I've just had the service set up and I'm generally happy with how quickly and efficiently it all went. Page Lank did a really quick job with the installation and got everything sorted out nicely. Although there were a few hiccups during the setup, we managed to sort them out pretty swiftly. After everything was finished, I logged into my account and could see my device without any problems.

    Moissanite cluster ring

    I just ordered from this company for the first time and I was really impressed with the product. The first ring I got was amazing, but it was a bit too big for me. I sent it back and got a smaller carat cluster ring, which is also beautiful. I wear real diamonds and I must say, the moissanite stone looks just as stunning and even better than some other options.     I went and got myself a pair of black boots from this shop, but I made a mistake and ended up ordering two pairs instead. I tried to sort it out and cancel the extra order, but I couldn't manage it. Now, I've got to go to my bank and ask for a refund. The website looks really nice, but the customer service is shocking.     Nerva shoes direct from Spain

    I bought a pair of Nerva shoes from the website in Spain, and let me tell you, they are hands down the comfiest shoes I've ever had! Even though they're a different style to my old Pikolinos, they're super lightweight and cozy, becoming a go-to in my daily outfits.     I was really disappointed with the flowers I ordered from this company because they arrived late, missing the date I paid for.     Eyebrows nano-blading removal

    Yasmin did an amazing job removing the extra pigment from my eyebrows when I went to the studio. I was a bit nervous about it, but she made me feel comfortable right away with her friendly and professional approach. She got rid of the pigment quickly and just how I wanted.     Disappointing experience

    As someone who has been a loyal customer for a long time, I have to say that the service from this company has really gone downhill recently. I've had many positive experiences over the years, but I was really disappointed when my complaint was ignored and I was just told to contact the manufacturer instead. It's just not good enough - they should be taking responsibility!

    Not only that, but the company only lets you use vouchers on their own products once you've spent a certain amount. It's clear that they care more about making money than looking after their customers. And to make matters worse, they seem to dominate search engines like Google, so it's hard to find other online pharmacies.

    I've decided to take my business elsewhere from now on.

    Light strip for inside cabinet

    The product seemed good at first - a light strip for inside my cabinet. But changing the batteries turned out to be a real pain because I had to peel the strip off the sticky pads. Those sticky pads they gave were no good at all. They kept falling off after just an hour, nearly damaging the glasses they fell on. So I was stuck deciding whether to use Gorilla sticky pads to keep the product secure, but then struggling to remove it to change the batteries. Honestly, I think the design is pretty bad and not very user-friendly.

    I’m guessing this company which I believe is part of Lavender World and Yorkshire Lavender have become a victim of their own success. I ordered 12 plants at the beginning of March. It wasn’t obvious that this was a pre order which I was informed of when I queried the delay in delivery a few weeks later (This was the only response I received to several emails I sent over the following weeks) My delivery arrived on 7th April but with only 3 plants in the box, and of the 3 only 1 hadn’t been damaged in transit due to bad packaging. Included was a tiny printed note stating that t’aime plants I’d ordered had been of insufficient quality and therefore a refund had been issued. A refund (for the 9 not sent) eventually arrived in my account on 26th April after several emails were sent and absolutely no response received apart from automated replies. I’ve given up on sending emails regarding the damaged plants I received: the company obviously isn’t interested nor does it care about its customer base.
    If the company were more transparent and explained honestly the situation, halted taking on more orders when they were obviously already overwhelmed with demand for plants and actually engaged with their customers instead of ignoring emails perhaps although disappointed my experIence may have been tempered with a bit of understanding. As it is the customer service is atrocious and the whole experience has been disappointing and very frustrating. I won’t be ordering again and certainly don’t recommend the Secret Garden club to anyone.

    Ive been wanting to go back to school and for years and years I wanted to take my photography class but at age 35 and 4 kids, it just seemed so exspensive, not to mention just to overwhelming and complicated. Then I saw the advertisement for shaw academy and the free four week module 1 class for photography and I was like ya know what, now is the time, little did I know but it is the easiest way to go back to school and shaw academy just makes the whole process painless and easy to understand and almost fail proof. Im not only takin my photography class but I've added 4 classes in all now and I'm just finishing up lesson 2 in all four classes and things couldnt be more clear. I am in love with shaw academy and i thank them for literally making my dreams become a reality. I think after im finished with these classes I think im just gonna keep on with the classes and keep on with the learning I wish all online schooling could be as great as an experience as ive had with shaw academy not to mention they also allow u to extend ur classes out to 3 friends or family memebers for FREE!!!     Good step by step instructional approach, however, it halted several times which may be due to our internet service.

    Shaw academy is giving people some well needed chances and opportunities especially now in an unknowing part of time to get back to learning and educating ourselves.

    Working through the social media and marketing course at the moment, the course lessons go very quickly, because the content seems quite rushed. A lot of detail though. I'm learning a lot about stats at the moment.

    I am very impressed by shaw academy because there are several interesting informations and they helped me a lot. BTW, i hope the instructor has more specific example, it would be easier to understand

    I am impressed so far done 2 lessons. I suppose due to network in our country I may take a little time logging in . The only question I want help with is on the e certificate is that for free or its paid for? I also would appreciate if one can be allowed to do lessons a lot quicker than 2 per week. Otherwise it's a great online learning platform for me

    The course contents sound promising, the lectures are not live but you can ask and get answers from fellow students.

    So far so good! I am enjoying the classes on the Shaw Academybplatform and finding them informative and easy to follow. There is plenty of opportunity to interact with the course tutor and clarify any points, which is really helpful. To be honest I was originally a little sceptical but I have been impressed by the knowledge provided and am looking forward to learning more about Digital Marketing in the coming weeks!

But all the emails i have been getting are automatically generated. It does not give me the assurance that there are actually real people at the other end of the conversation.
    Moreover, I am enrolled in a Project Management course. And this simple matter of my attendance does not seem to be reconciled. Does not give me much confidence.

    It's a great educational app and very flexible. You can adjust your own schedule and the educators on Shaw Academy are amazing. They are great at explaining each lesson thoroughly and the students are also very engaging. I'm very pleased with the app. Totally recommend!

    I reluctantly signed up for the excel course and to be honest, the first lessons have been really captivating. I find it so easy to assimilate the lessons

    Omega watch

    I bought my dream watch, an Omega speedmaster 38mm automatic, as a treat for myself in my slightly later years of life having reared my children and working hard my whole life. It was a £5000 watch. I owned it for less than two weeks before the tachymeter broke, after only the second time I pressed the button. Being a week before Christmas, time wasn’t on my side though I did email Goldsmiths when it happened and was advised to bring the watch to my nearest store. It isn’t that close to me so I couldn’t get there until almost a week after Christmas. I was told it didn’t feel right and the tachymeter hand couldn’t be stopped so I left the watch with them to be sent off for assessment. A week later I received an email saying they needed the box and could I “pop in” with it. It’s an 80 minute round trip drive and parking costs as it is in a shopping centre but being keen to resolve the issue, I did as asked. This was almost a month ago. A couple of days ago, I emailed Goldsmiths head office to be told it had been sent for assessment on Monday, only two days previously so where and what have they been doing with my watch in the meantime? Who knows but I can say that my dream watch is turning into a nightmare and my hard earned £5000 could have been better spent elsewhere. I had my watch for under two weeks, they have had it for a month...there you go. Why not just return the faulty one and give me a new one? I had worn it 3 or 4 times in total...clearly its faulty! So very disappointed in this company. I shall update this review when I have news but don’t hold your breath.

    I understand your issue they dont care simple once the sale done finished my 12450 watch is handled very rough by the staff its gona be sent back with more scratches at this rate make sure you inspect the watch
