Be Your inc.credible self from an advent calendar
I recently gave the Be Your Inc.redible Self nail polish a go from an advent calendar and I have to say, I have never seen such amazing results from a nail polish before. Although it came from quite a pricey advent calendar, the way this polish performed totally impressed me. I've applied it three times already and every time, it has stayed on without chipping or losing its colour. Even with my hands always exposed to cleaning products because of my DIY projects, this polish just won't come off. It's really impressive how well it sticks to the nails.

I bought a nail polish from a nail salon recently and I was really disappointed with it. They had loads of nice colours to choose from, but the polish didn't last very long at all. Just a day after putting it on, it started chipping and coming off the edges of my nails, even though I followed the instructions properly. It was annoying because I thought it would stay on longer, especially as I wasn't doing anything that tough. I bought a set of 7 nail polishes from the store because they said they would last for a whole week. So, I gave them a go. I made sure my nails were all clean and followed their advice by using their base and top coats. But, I was let down when the polish started chipping after just a day of doing regular stuff. Because of this, I'm now looking at other brands for my nail care products and will be asking for a refund for my order. Businesses need to focus on having good customer service to keep customers coming back and maintain a positive reputation. Nail Inc could really improve by being more responsive to customer inquiries.
Nail polish rapid remover pot and nail polishes
Oh my gosh, I tried out this nail polish remover for hands and it was terrible! Honestly, it didn't do anything. Such a waste of money, if you ask me. And don't get me started on those nail polishes - they're way too thin and streaky. What's the point, right? They barely last a few days before they chip. I splurged on these items but I definitely don't think they're worth it.
Long-lasting, quality polish in a variety of colours
This nail polish is honestly brilliant! It stays on for ages compared to other brands I've used, plus the bottle shape makes it really easy to grip when I'm painting my nails. The brush is such good quality and there's a great selection of colours for any event. Whenever I wear this polish, I always get compliments on my nails. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Thin and streaky nail polish
Oh my gosh, this nail polish is honestly the worst I've ever tried. It's way too thin and streaky, I had to apply three coats just to make it look somewhat decent. And let's not even talk about the brush - it's probably the worst brush I've ever come across. It feels really cheap and low quality, hardly any bristles on it. Giving it even one star was a stretch, I definitely won't be purchasing this product again. Seriously, it's so terrible that I wouldn't even take it for free.

I recently bought a blue marble effect and a pink marble effect nail polish from the company, thinking it would be a fun addition to my holiday nail look. I bought a gel nail polish set from Nails inc not long ago, but I've had a nightmare experience with their customer service. I placed my order more than two weeks back, but it seems like the shipment got lost in the warehouse before it even made it to the courier. I've been trying to get in touch with someone from customer service, but every time I call, I just get passed around without any real help. A week ago, they said the warehouse was looking into the problem, but we're now into the second week and there's still no solution despite my constant checking in. I'm really let down by the poor communication and lack of efficiency in handling this issue.
Online order cancelled but still received unwanted items
I bought something online and then changed my mind within a couple of hours, so I decided to cancel the order. I got an email saying the order was cancelled, but then a week later, I was charged for the items and they were already on their way to me. When I contacted customer service, they either lied or didn't properly check, saying the order was cancelled. Now, they're saying I have to pay to send back items I never even wanted. I can't even get through to anyone now. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and I won't be buying from here again.

I wanted to give you a heads up - the customer service at this place is absolutely awful. I tried giving them a call, but I got a message saying the mailbox is full. I also sent them an email, but unfortunately, I didn't get any response. To be honest, it's pretty disappointing and they really should work on how they communicate with their customers. I've definitely decided that I won't be shopping here again.

I ordered 6 nail polishes online, but when they came, 3 of them were smashed. I tried to contact customer services to let them know, but I called for over 2 hours without getting through to anyone. It was really annoying and disappointing to receive such bad customer service.
Christmas order, missing nail polishes
I am really disappointed with my recent Christmas order from the brand. I have always been a loyal customer and had great experiences with ordering and delivery before, but this time was a total letdown. I ordered on the 26th of November, well ahead of the festive season, but the order was severely delayed. After lots of follow-ups, it finally arrived but the nail polishes I ordered were missing. Royal Mail took the blame and apologised, but the real issue started when I tried to contact the brand for a replacement. I've tried emailing and calling, but it's been useless. I feel frustrated and ignored. I know Christmas is a busy time for retailers, but the lack of response and help from the customer service team is unacceptable. Nails Inc, your customer service during this holiday season has been really disappointing.

The order I placed took longer than I thought to get sent out. The nail polish is alright - it dries fast and I like the colours I picked. But, it only stayed looking good on my nails for about a week at most before it started to chip quite easily.
