    Partially delivered order

    I recently bought some things from NICCE Clothing, but only part of my order arrived. I've been trying to contact their customer service several times, but I haven't heard anything back about the missing items. Even the app I used showed that my order was incomplete, but NICCE doesn't seem to want to accept it. It's been a few months now since I placed the order, and I'm really disappointed with how they've not been communicating or sorting this out. I'm thinking of reporting them for fraud because of how they've handled things.

    Online clothing purchase

    I bought some clothes from an online store not so long ago, but to my disappointment, I never got my order. I tried contacting the company, but they took ages to reply to my first email - over a week, in fact. The communication was pretty rubbish, and when I asked for a refund rather than another delivery, I faced even more problems with the refund process. They weren't keen on letting me do a chargeback, and their attitude towards fixing the problem was really disappointing. All in all, my time dealing with this company has been annoying and left me feeling dissatisfied.

    Small sizing and slow refund process

    The clothes were much smaller than expected, so I had to send back a couple of pairs of joggers. It's been ages now and I'm still waiting for my refund to come through. Really annoying and not a great experience, to be honest.

    Christmas stocking fillers never dispatched

    What a terrible experience! I ordered some Christmas stocking fillers on the 14th of December, but sadly, they have not been sent out. It's been almost a month now, and despite sending many emails, I haven't received any replies. There has been no communication about any delays or issues with my order. Now, I have no choice but to contact my payment provider for help, which is a massive inconvenience. It's very obvious that this company has terrible customer service. My advice? Steer clear of them at all costs.

    Item replacement emails not going through

    After waiting for weeks, I finally got a response about getting a replacement for a damaged item. They said they could send me a replacement, all I had to do was reply with a quick "Yes". But now I can't seem to send any emails to them, as all 3 of my email accounts are showing error messages. This is really annoying and disappointing. It looks like they might have changed their email settings because of all the complaints they're getting.

    Tracksuit order

    I bought a tracksuit online not long ago, but it didn't fit right, so I needed to send it back. I followed the steps on the website to return it and posted it back. However, it's been a while now and I still haven't got my money back. I've tried contacting customer service a few times, but I haven't got a good answer or solution yet.     Faulty item

    I'm really let down by the service I've received. I've been waiting ages for a response about a faulty item. I've done everything asked of me - emailed and sent photos - but still nothing. It's so annoying not to hear anything back or get it sorted.
