    Christmas stocking fillers never dispatched

    What a terrible experience! I ordered some Christmas stocking fillers on the 14th of December, but sadly, they have not been sent out. It's been almost a month now, and despite sending many emails, I haven't received any replies. There has been no communication about any delays or issues with my order. Now, I have no choice but to contact my payment provider for help, which is a massive inconvenience. It's very obvious that this company has terrible customer service. My advice? Steer clear of them at all costs.

    Item replacement emails not going through

    After waiting for weeks, I finally got a response about getting a replacement for a damaged item. They said they could send me a replacement, all I had to do was reply with a quick "Yes". But now I can't seem to send any emails to them, as all 3 of my email accounts are showing error messages. This is really annoying and disappointing. It looks like they might have changed their email settings because of all the complaints they're getting.

    Tracksuit order

    I bought a tracksuit online not long ago, but it didn't fit right, so I needed to send it back. I followed the steps on the website to return it and posted it back. However, it's been a while now and I still haven't got my money back. I've tried contacting customer service a few times, but I haven't got a good answer or solution yet. It's really disappointing to go through all this hassle after being so excited about my purchase. I'd advise others to be careful when they shop on this website.

    I'm really let down by the service I've received. I've been waiting ages for a response about a faulty item. I've done everything asked of me - emailed and sent photos - but still nothing. It's so annoying not to hear anything back or get it sorted.
