So, I've been on the hunt for a new ergonomic electric desk for a while now, and I've finally come across the perfect one at Office Furniture Online. I bought an office chair from this company not too long ago and I have to say, the customer service was top-notch. When I found out that the chair I wanted was going to be late, they got in touch with me first to let me know. They even offered me some different colour options that they could send out straight away. They were really proactive about solving the issue, so I didn't have to hang around waiting for my original choice to come in stock. In the end, I got the chair just 72 hours after placing my order, which was pretty impressive. All in all, I was really happy with the service and how they kept me updated every step of the way.
Sit-Stand Office Desk purchase
I bought a Sit-Stand Office Desk from Office Furniture Online not long ago and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality of it. Office furniture purchase
I bought some office furniture from an online shop the other day and I was pretty happy with how everything went. The delivery was quick and the stuff was packaged up nice and secure so nothing got broken on the way. The furniture turned out to be better quality than I expected for flat pack stuff. The only trouble I had was with the backboard - it was a bit too long or the slots weren't quite deep enough, so the top didn't fit quite right. It wasn't a big deal though, I managed to sort it out pretty easily.

I ordered a desk last Tuesday, but it took months to arrive as a replacement because of some delays. I was originally told it would come on Wednesday, but there were problems with the delivery address. Eventually, the desk turned up at 4:40 pm.

I recently bought this awesome Deluxe Air Lumbar chair for my home office and I have to say, I am seriously impressed with how it turned out. The chair came with hardly any assembly needed, which was a big bonus for me because I'm not very good at that kind of stuff. The quality of the chair is amazing and I haven't seen another chair that's as comfy and adjustable for such a good price. As soon as I sat in it, I could tell the difference in the back support and the chair looks super high quality.

I've just got my new ergonomic office chair from this company and I have to say, I'm really pleased with it. It's not too expensive, super comfy, and feels really sturdy. Defective chairs
I bought these chairs from this company, but they turned out to be really disappointing. I got two to replace my old ones, but both ended up breaking in the same way. They didn't last as long as I expected, even though they were quite expensive. I contacted the company about the problems, but their response was really disappointing. The chairs were not good quality, the leather was coming apart, and the padding went flat fast. The armrests also had problems, even though I didn't use them much. All in all, a total waste of money.
Cracked Cleartex Chair Mat
I recently bought a chair mat from this online shop, specifically the Cleartex brand. Unfortunately, the mat cracked and split after just two weeks, so I couldn't use it. I got in touch with customer service, but didn't get a satisfactory response. They asked me to measure my carpet's pile, and when I did, they said the product was only meant for low/standard pile carpets. This showed a problem with the product itself. Despite emailing them multiple times, they kept ignoring my concerns. This whole experience has really let me down, so I've decided not to buy anything from this online shop again.
Ergo operator chair purchase
I absolutely love my new chair - the fully loaded Ergo operator chair is just perfect for my home office. It was really easy to put together and is incredibly comfortable to sit in, even for long periods of time. The quality is amazing and I can already tell that my posture and productivity are improving. I definitely recommend it!
office chair for £479
I ordered this really expensive office chair on the 29th of April and they promised it would arrive in 2 days, but more than a week went by and nothing showed up! I gave them a call and they had the nerve to say "oh, it's already been delivered" and accused me of not telling the truth! Can you believe it?! Eventually, they admitted the chair hadn't been delivered yet and only then did they admit it was their mistake. No apology, nothing! Just a simple "oh, it will arrive soon". I requested a refund, but they said they can't process it until they get the chair back, even though I never received it in the first place! It's been over 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my refund. I just want to buy a chair from a different store already, but they're holding on to my money. They're absolutely terrible!

Hey mate, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I ordered a chair and they promised next day delivery, but it took nearly two weeks to arrive! I had to ring them four times just to find out where my chair was. They didn't offer much in terms of compensation and even tried to blame me for having a strange address. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this place - they're not very helpful when things go wrong. It's just not worth the hassle!
