    I use to have terrible skin, my skin looked pale, and dry. I tried so many skincare products and none seem to give me what I want, they ended up causing more harm than good. I lost my self-esteem and confidence. However, while I was surfing the internet one day I came across Omorovicza skincare products, I went through their pages and reviews too I was impressed and decided to try them out. I placed an order for their skincare products. It was delivered to me within 3 days and the products were amazing and affordable too. I am happy using their products and will shop from them again. I recommend Omorovicza to anyone looking to buy quality luxurious skincare products.

    Luxurious skincare products

    I've bought some really posh skincare products from this brand from different sellers and I've never had any problems. Some people have said they've had issues ordering directly from the brand, but I can't speak on that. The creams I've tried have been top-notch and they've made a big difference to how my skin looks and feels. I've tested out brands like La Praire and Sensai before, and I can honestly say that these products are just as good, if not even better, in terms of how well they work and the results they give.

    Night renewal cream

    The night renewal cream has really made a difference for my skin in only a few days. I'm seriously impressed by the results and the lovely scent helps me relax and fall asleep easier. A small amount of the cream goes a long way, so one jar lasts a while. The only downside for me is the expensive price. Even though I got a good sized sample, I can't afford to buy the full product at that price.

    Youthful Hands product, half-filled tubes

    I ordered two tubes of a product, but when they arrived, I was really disappointed to see that they were only half full. I contacted customer service straight away and sent them photos of the tubes and packaging. Instead of dealing with the problem, they are trying to blame the retailer. It's pretty clear to me that the issue is with the product itself, not where it was bought from.

    I bought a travel set for my upcoming holiday, but I was really disappointed with the customer service experience from beginning to end. Even though the website said it would take 4-6 days for dispatch, I didn't receive any updates or communication about the status of my order. I tried to get in touch several times for an update, but got no reply. When I finally decided to cancel my order because it was taking too long, they conveniently dispatched it on the same day without even acknowledging my cancellation request. And to make things worse, the tracking information didn't show any movement and the expected delivery date was when I was already on holiday, making the set useless. Their lack of basic customer service and complete disregard for customer requests have totally put me off from ever buying their products again.

    Recent online purchase experience

    I recently bought something online and it was a bit rubbish, to be honest. I had to wait an annoyingly long 20 days for it to even be sent out, which was really irritating. And then, whilst waiting, I saw that they put the same thing on sale! So, I thought I'd ask if they could give me the sale price instead. But they said no and to top it off, they only bothered to send my order at the end of the day. So, I ended up paying the original price from three weeks ago. And when the parcel eventually arrived, I was gutted to see that the item was dirty and damaged. Also, some of the samples promised were missing which was a total letdown.

    I bought two scalp masks from this brand, but I was really let down by their service. When my order arrived, it was all wrong - they'd sent me completely different stuff. So, I had to go through the hassle of sending it back, only to find out that what I really wanted was out of stock. They did give me a refund for one of the items, but I noticed they hadn't given me all my money back. When I got in touch with customer service, they blamed it on their system and said the rest of the refund would come in a few days. I couldn't shake the feeling that it was a bit dodgy - what if I hadn't said anything? Would I ever have got my money back? All in all, it was a bit of a letdown trying to sort out a refund for items that never reached me.
