    Purchase of The Roger, Spin

    I was really happy with how quickly and smoothly On processed and delivered my order. The pair of shoes I got, The Roger Spin, were even better than I expected - top quality and super comfy. But, I reckon it might be worth looking into a different delivery company for certain areas, like Malaysia. From what I've seen, UPS can be a bit slow with customs, taking up to 3 days, whereas other companies like DHL can clear customs in just 1 or 2 days. This delay can slow things down and affect customer satisfaction, so it could be a good idea to think about using a different courier in the future. All in all, I'd give my experience a 4-star rating, mainly because of this issue. Otherwise, it would have been a solid 5 stars.

    Nice products at On Running. I wish I knew about the company a long time ago, I would have benefitted a lot from it. But that, even the short while I have become their customer, I can only review the company in the positive image based on what I have experienced using their products. I have bought different shoes from the company either for sports or for outdoor adventure and I have all the shoes performing optimally, an experience I wasn't that lucky buying from other dealers or manufacturers. Shoes at On Running are perfect shoes for running either in a competition or personal racing exercise. You too can try it.

    Cloud 5 waterproof trainers

    I bought the Cloud 5 waterproof trainers and I was really happy with them at first. The design was great and the customer service I got when I had a problem was amazing. However, after wearing the shoes every day for a few months, the stitching that holds the sole to the heel came apart. This made the shoes unsafe to wear, so I had to contact the company to make a warranty claim. Even though I wore the shoes a lot, it was a letdown that they fell apart because of a design issue. In the end, I wouldn't buy these shoes again.

    I had a great experience with sorting out the warranty for both my in-store and online purchases. They were really helpful and after sending over some extra photos, my warranty claims got the thumbs up. They agreed to refund me 100% for both pairs. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the replacements will be more durable.

    I am really shocked by how this company has acted. I bought some shoes which turned out to be faulty, so I sent them back expecting a refund. But it's been three months now and still no sign of my money. Every time I try to get in touch, I just get told more lies and excuses. It's not right for a good company to treat people like this. They should care about making sure customers are happy and keeping their promises. It's really disappointing.

    I'm really disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a pair of running shoes on 30th April and paid extra for express shipping, expecting them to arrive by 2nd May. However, as of 6th May, the order still hadn't been shipped. I tried to cancel and get a refund because I needed them for a business trip, but they refused. Even though they couldn't give me a new shipping date, my credit card has already been charged, and the item is still stuck in their facility as of today, 13th May. Their lack of communication and customer service is just not on.

    I splashed out £160 on a fancy pair of On shoes and couldn't wait to show them off. But as soon as I started wearing them, they made this terrible squeaking noise with every step I took. My friends even teased me about it - so embarrassing! I got in touch with their customer service, sent over some pictures, answered all their questions, and you know what they said? They basically just told me to put up with it! Can you believe it? I thought they were supposed to be all about making customers happy. I'm really let down by their attitude - it's just not on.

    Cloudsurfers squeaking

    I bought a pair of cloudsurfers back in October 2023 and I was really let down by the loud squeaking noise they made with every step I took. I tried all sorts of things like using a nail file and sandpaper to fix it, but the squeak just wouldn't go away. The shop then gave me a new pair of the updated version, but the squeak came back not long after. These shoes are just not up to scratch and have been nothing but annoying.

    £1200 worth of shoes

    I recently splurged on £1200 worth of shoes from this company. Sadly, I had to send them all back because they didn't fit properly. Even though I did everything right with the returns, I still haven't got my money back. I've reached out to customer service several times, but they seem to be ignoring me.     I sent back something to On not long ago and it's been two weeks since then but still no sign of my refund. They said they got my return but my money hasn't shown up in my account yet. It's annoying to deal with such a let-down and poor customer service from a company that's supposed to care about its customers. I did my bit by sending back the item quickly, but it looks like On is dropping the ball by not sorting out my refund on time.

    Two pairs of running shoes

    I bought two pairs of running shoes back in January 2024 and I have to say, I was really gutted with the quality. Even though I only wore them for a few months, switching between the two, both pairs started squeaking like crazy and showed signs of damage. The shape of the shoes just seemed to fall apart way quicker than I thought it would, and the materials used didn't hold up at all. I tried to follow the warranty procedure, but after reading all the bad reviews about the same problem, I thought it just wasn't worth the hassle. All in all, I wouldn't recommend these shoes to anyone.

    Waterproof trainers, heel coming away.

    This is actually my second pair of waterproof trainers from this brand, and it's a real shame that I've had the same problem with both pairs - the heel keeps coming away. And it's only been 4 months since I started using them and the issue has popped up again. To add to that, they also make a bit of a noise when I walk, which can get really annoying. I think I'll be giving this brand a miss for my next pair and looking into some other options that are not only nicer in quality but also more budget-friendly.
