Treadmill purchase
I recently bought a treadmill and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the service. I placed my order on the 12th of October 2022 and got an email the next day confirming that it had been dispatched. To my surprise, the treadmill actually arrived this morning, much earlier than the 7-day delivery window I was expecting. The packaging was strong and the delivery process went smoothly without any problems. I was grateful that the console was already put together, which saved me time and effort when setting it up. I gave it a quick test and can confirm that everything is working perfectly. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and how efficient the service was.

I was a bit nervous about ordering because I wasn't familiar with this place and the price seemed really low. However, I took a chance and purchased a squat rack for only £54! I even managed to get an extra 10% off and free delivery. After waiting for only 3 days, it suddenly arrived! All the parts were included, and it turned out to be a solid piece of equipment. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends if they're considering making a purchase!
Small treadmill
I recently bought a small treadmill from this company, and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with the whole experience. When the treadmill arrived, I saw that the display unit was broken, with all the connections snapped. Oddly enough, the snapped parts weren't even in the box, which makes me wonder about the company's quality control. I contacted customer service, sent them pictures of the damaged product, and was asked to provide a video. But even after doing that, I've been completely ignored. The lack of communication and accountability on their part is just not on. I strongly recommend against buying anything from this company, as their customer service is terrible. BE WARNED!
Faulty treadmill purchase
We received a faulty treadmill a few days ago, but the instructions were so hard to read! We got in touch with the company to return it, but they kept insisting on a video of it working. We had already packed it up with loads of photos to show what was wrong. They wouldn't give us a return address, only offering a measly 30% discount - not good enough for a faulty product. Their customer service was pretty rubbish, and we're not happy with how they handled things. We won't stop until we get a full refund, even if we have to take things further with this company.
Broken treadmill replacement part
I had a problem with a broken piece of my treadmill and contacted the company about it. They got back to me quickly and gave me a 10% discount on the new part. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a hiccup as my messages got lost in their spam folder. Nevertheless, I am grateful for their help in sorting out the issue and giving me a discount. I can't believe how rude Oncros has been to me! They asked me to dismantle my treadmill, send a photo, assured me a replacement, but then decided to give me a refund instead. It's been more than three weeks now and I still haven't received the refund! They ignore my emails and never answer the phone - what a hassle to deal with. This company has no integrity, no sense of responsibility, and clearly doesn't value their customers. I'm fuming!

I'm really disappointed with the treadmill I bought for my daughter's birthday. When it arrived, I found some parts were missing and the safety arm was cracked. I got in touch with customer service straight away, sending photos as they asked. They then requested a copy of the diagram with the missing parts marked. It's now been 10 days since I last heard from them, and I haven't had a response. I've tried messaging, emailing, and calling but still haven't got any help. It's been really frustrating and disappointing, especially since I paid £200 for a product that can't even be used.

It was faulty straight out of the box, and when I reached out to customer service for help, they took ages to get back to me. They wouldn't even offer a full refund or a replacement. Now I have to go through the process of doing a chargeback because luckily I paid with my credit card. I reckon all those positive reviews must be fake because loads of people on social media are sharing the same negative experiences.
Faulty treadmill purchase
I really need to tell you about the terrible experience I had with a product I bought from this company. My daughter got a treadmill from them, but it was faulty and actually hurt her when she tried to use it. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare - they were so unhelpful and we had loads of problems trying to return the treadmill. The phone number they gave us was useless, and the emails we sent back and forth were just weird and not very professional. They even asked for a photo of the treadmill next to a bin, which was really odd. We tried to talk to them and sort things out, but they've just blatantly ignored our emails, which has left us feeling so frustrated and like we've been ripped off.
Three pairs of lounge shorts
The lounge shorts I got were decent value for money because they're more of a slim fit than other brands. But, they're pretty heavy and don't let much air in, so they're not great for working out, especially doing cardio. And I don't really get why they have zippered pockets, I knew they had them before I bought them, but it just seems pointless for workout shorts, especially if they're not waterproof.

My treadmill broke not long after I got it from this place. I sent an email about it, but I haven't had a response. I also tried calling the number on their website, but it doesn't seem to be working. It's like this company has vanished into thin air!
