    I got all I needed in just a store

    I needed a store I could purchase all my needs. This would make it easy to have my goods delivered altogether from one store and reduce money spent on delivery fee. I heard about Overstock and decided to give it a try. The store is so big and contains all I need in one store. In ordered for some clothing, accessories, kitchen items, etc. I got them all in the store
    They were delivered to my doorstep. U checked through my delivery and no goods were missing. The items were well packaged and none got broken. The product were of great value. I love them

    Privacy concerns

    I recently bought something from Overstock and I couldn't believe it when they wouldn't erase any of my personal details, like my credit card info, from their system. Even after I asked them several times, they said they needed to keep it for their business needs for as long as 4 years. This goes against the California Consumer Privacy Act, which says companies should erase any info when asked. It's a real invasion of privacy that needs sorting out.

    Cool stuff

    Oh my gosh, I ordered this really cool item from the website but I've not received any communication at all! I felt totally ignored and it's not great. I emailed them but didn't get a response. What's the point of having a website if you can't even bother to reply to your customers? It's quite disappointing. I'd rate them zero stars if I could, they seem like a dodgy lot who have no regard for their customers. I recommend avoiding purchasing from them completely, it's really disappointing.

    Pearl bracelet

    I just can't believe how rubbish this pearl bracelet turned out to be. I feel like I completely wasted my money on this badly made thing that literally fell apart after only a few times of wearing it. Who even thought that using a thread to hold a bracelet together was a clever idea? It's just absurd. The quality and craftsmanship of this product are seriously lacking. My advice is to save your money and steer clear of this disaster.

    I bought a chair from this company recently and, to be honest, it was rubbish. The chair turned up with a yellow stain right in the middle of the white bit and the legs were all wonky, so I couldn't even sit on it. What's really annoying is they made me pay $22 to send it back because it was faulty. I'm not impressed and it's definitely made me think twice about buying anything else from them.

    Their return policy is rubbish, mate! Their customer service is so bad at communicating, honestly. I’ve been trying to send something back for 2 weeks and couldn’t do it online. Finally managed to get hold of someone, but it was too late. They might even charge me for return postage and only offer store credit. Not cool at all!

    Mirror purchase

    I bought a mirror from this company not long ago. But, when I got it out of the package for a project, I found out that it was broken. I tried to get in touch with the customer service to see if they could help, but they were not helpful at all. I paid $126 for the mirror, only to receive it all smashed up and not get any help or compensation for the problem.

    Big cabinet that's a total disaster

    Oh my goodness, I purchased this massive cabinet and it's just awful! The drawers keep falling out and collapsing as if it's made of tin foil. When I requested a refund, they simply laughed in my face. Avoid buying from these dishonest individuals at all costs!

    Home furniture

    I bought some new furniture for my home recently from this website, hoping to make my living room look better. But, I've gotta say, I'm really not happy with how it all went down. I placed my order and then five minutes later realised I needed to cancel it. No joy with trying to cancel it on the website, so I had to get in touch with customer service. But, even after trying my best, they wouldn't cancel the order for me. I got so frustrated that I even threatened to not accept the delivery and report the charge to my credit card company as dodgy. The whole situation with the lack of a straightforward cancellation process and unhelpful customer service has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

    Damaged items, poor customer service, unfair pricing

    I bought three things from this shop, but they all came damaged. I got in touch with customer service and they sent me new ones, but those were also in bad shape. To make matters worse, the customer service team didn't want to help me at all. It was really frustrating to pay the full price for things I couldn't even use, all because the company didn't take care of them properly.

    I brought a mattress pad from this company recently, but I ended up getting the wrong one not just once, but twice. I waited for three weeks but there didn't seem to be any sign of getting the right product. Dealing with sending back the wrong items was a real pain and took up a lot of my time. Eventually, after trying many times, I managed to get in touch with a really helpful customer service rep who sorted out a refund for me.

    Furniture set

    I bought some furniture from this company not long ago, and I have to say, my experience wasn't great. Their customer service was a bit tricky to deal with - the website was really confusing and made it hard for me to find what I needed. Because of some default settings, my stuff got sent to the wrong address, which was a big hassle. On top of that, the furniture itself wasn't very good quality and actually broke while I was putting it together. They also sent all the items separately on different days, which just made things worse. I'd advise anyone thinking of buying from them to be cautious and maybe look elsewhere.
