Pipes and fittings
I recently placed an order with Plumbing Superstore for some pipes and fittings which I was really looking forward to using on my DIY project. The package was delivered well-wrapped and at a great price, just as the previous reviewer pointed out. However, I was very disappointed when only half of my order turned up initially! It was really annoying as I couldn't proceed with my project without all the necessary parts. I thought maybe the delivery company was just having a bit of a rough day, similar to those times when my dog decides to munch on my homework.

Quick and reliable purchase
I was in a bit of a pickle and urgently needed some plumbing supplies, so I thought I'd give Plumbing Superstore a try. They really came through for me, unlike another big company I'd had issues with in the past who always delivered late. Plumbing Superstore got my order to me right on time as they said they would. I was really grateful for their quick service. The only problem was that I accidentally ordered two sets of bath legs, but that was totally my own fault.

I got in touch with customer service about a missing part in my bottle trap. I was really happy with the great service I got. The person I spoke to knew their stuff and was really helpful. They didn't have any problems sending me a brand new part straight away. I was impressed with how quickly they sorted everything out and how willing they were to help without any fuss. Radiator
I bought a radiator from the Plumbing Superstore recently and I was happy with how quickly it was delivered and the quality of the product overall. But, I was a bit gutted to see that the packaging wasn't up to scratch and the radiator got a bit damaged during delivery.
