Filing cabinet assembly
I recently bought a filing cabinet from you and it was a bit of a mixed bag. It arrived quickly, which was good, but I was really let down by the assembly instructions. They were so unclear and hard to understand, making it really annoying to put the cabinet together. I like things to be straightforward and efficient, so this lack of clarity really got on my nerves and affected how happy I was with the product overall.

I've been shopping at Jolse for a while now, and I've always been impressed with the quality and authenticity of their skincare products - they're top-notch. However, there's one thing that's been bugging me. I've asked them on several occasions not to include samples in my orders because of my environmental concerns and personal preferences, but every time my package arrives, it's jam-packed with samples. This not only creates extra waste but also means I could end up with products that have ingredients I'm allergic to. It's frustrating, to say the least.

I was a bit let down by how long it took for my recent order to arrive. It was sent out on Friday and I expected it to be here by this Friday, even though there was a delivery earlier in the week. The Panama hat I ordered arrived on time, but it turned out to be way too big for my head. I had to send it back to get a replacement, and now I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery of the right size. Two expensive summer shirts
What a let down! I bought two expensive summer shirts and made sure to follow the care instructions properly. But you know what? One of them shrank in the wash so much that it's now too small for me to wear. Not happy about that at all. And even when I took the second shirt to a professional cleaner, it had the same problem. Can you believe it? When you're paying more for quality, you'd expect it to hold up better.

Refund for hotel cancellation
I had to cancel my hotel booking in Glasgow and got my money back within 2 days. I stayed at a holiday cottage recently, and I was really disappointed with how dirty it was. There were hairs all over the place, the fridge was rusty, and the rugs were filthy. The owner even said my complaint had ruined their holiday. It was terrible service and a terrible attitude.

Wow, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the company for arranging the most incredible trip! Honestly, everything was fantastic from beginning to end. My wife ordered Chanel glasses. What arrived was a faulty pre used frame that Chanel told me they no longer manufacture. It even came an authenticity card from another shop! Contacted the website and called them but the service was rude and dismissive.

Clothes Haul
Terrible experience with this company. Firstly I was doubled billed for my order and the customer service is very bad and took weeks to sort it. Secondly, all the clothes were awful quality so I sent them all back, but still haven’t received an email or refund 10 days later.
