    I've been shopping at Jolse for a while now, and I've always been impressed with the quality and authenticity of their skincare products - they're top-notch. However, there's one thing that's been bugging me. I've asked them on several occasions not to include samples in my orders because of my environmental concerns and personal preferences, but every time my package arrives, it's jam-packed with samples.     Panama hat, returned for replacement

    The Panama hat I ordered arrived on time, but it turned out to be way too big for my head. I had to send it back to get a replacement, and now I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery of the right size.     What a let down! I bought two expensive summer shirts and made sure to follow the care instructions properly. But you know what? One of them shrank in the wash so much that it's now too small for me to wear. Not happy about that at all. And even when I took the second shirt to a professional cleaner, it had the same problem.     Refund for hotel cancellation

    I had to cancel my hotel booking in Glasgow and got my money back within 2 days.     I got a cat tracker from this shop right before Christmas cause the other place was too dear. It's really small and my cat doesn't even clock it.     I stayed at a holiday cottage recently, and I was really disappointed with how dirty it was. There were hairs all over the place, the fridge was rusty, and the rugs were filthy. When I complained to the company and the owner, they didn't want to help at all. They only offered a measly 10% off and said I should be grateful compared to people in Cuba. The owner even said my complaint had ruined their holiday. It was terrible service and a terrible attitude.

    My wife ordered Chanel glasses. What arrived was a faulty pre used frame that Chanel told me they no longer manufacture. It even came an authenticity card from another shop! Contacted the website and called them but the service was rude and dismissive.

    Hi Mike, just to clarify this for everyone, prior to purchasing a pair of Chanel sunglasses from the website, I actually emailed CHANEL to ask about Pretavoir specifically, and they confirmed that this is an authorised retailer!

    Hi MT, just to clarify my wife was told they are no longer authorised to sell Chanel frames. Our bank raised a counterfeit clam against pretavoir and we got our money back. Others should do the same.

    If you spend more than £130 on the website you will have to pay VAT and Duty taxes when it arrives to your country, I just got a bill for £76! Never had this trouble with the company before :(

    Did you pay that and collected the items? What happens of you reject the items? Do they definitely go back to the supplier if you dont pay the customs within 21 days?
