Gym equipment
I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got at this place. The guy, Jim, who helped me was so helpful and knew his stuff. He took the time to go through all the options for the gym equipment I wanted to buy, which was great. It's not often you get that kind of personal touch in the big stores. Jim made the whole thing a lot more enjoyable and I felt good about my choice when I left. Having a physical shop really does make a difference, especially when you have someone like Jim looking after you. I'll definitely be coming back here for my fitness gear.

I recently bought some fitness equipment from this company and I have to say, the customer service I received from James and Chris was top-notch. Gym equipment purchase
The service and knowledge at this fitness shop are really amazing. I thought I had it all figured out, but the staff listened carefully and gave me some great advice that led me to get better gear that was also more affordable. I had loads of questions and every time I asked, I got quick and helpful answers. Mark did a great job with the installation, he worked fast and even took care of getting rid of the packaging. Overall, the customer service here is excellent and I would definitely recommend them for any gym needs in the future.
Peloton Bike Purchase
I have to say, Jack at the store in Camberley was an absolute lifesaver for me. I was struggling to order a Peloton bike online because they wouldn't deliver it to the Isle of Wight where I live. Thankfully, the Camberley store was close by, and Jack really went out of his way to assist me. He completely got my predicament and promptly sorted out my order and delivery. It's so nice to encounter such top-notch customer service nowadays, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone in need of gym equipment.

I popped into this fitness shop the other day to buy a table tennis set and some bits and bobs, and honestly, I was super impressed with the service I got. A lady called Milena helped me out, and she really knew her stuff. She pointed me towards the perfect table tennis set for what I needed, and even suggested some extras to make my game even better. Honestly, her knowledge and advice totally swayed my decision on what to buy.

I had a really good chat with a guy named Sean who works at the store. He was a big help and made my visit much better. When I asked about Elliptical Cross Trainers, he didn't waste any time and gave me all the info I needed. Sean was super professional and polite the whole time, and he made sure I understood everything by explaining it clearly. I was really impressed with his top-notch customer service.
40kg dumbbells purchased
So, I bought these massive 40kg dumbbells but then I realised I needed more weight because I'm getting really strong, you know? I went on that online chat thing and this guy Chris from the Edinburgh store was amazing! He helped me find the perfect extra weights for my dumbbells and told me exactly how much I needed to reach my desired weight. Customer service level = expert!

Cancelled order, poor communication
I would advise you to be careful with this company before buying anything from them. The fact that they don't take responsibility and have bad customer service really lets them down. I'm really disappointed because after my order got cancelled, I've been sending emails non-stop asking for a refund but haven't heard anything back. It's worrying that they're not being clear or communicating properly. I've read other people's comments saying that they haven't got their refunds even after a month, which is really concerning.
awesome help and great price
The guy called Kyle was a massive help with finding what I needed to buy, and the price was brilliant. The service he gave was top-notch, so I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.
Faulty ergo bike
The service at this gym is a complete joke. I've had this problem with the exercise bike since October and it's already May - that's just not on. It took three months for the engineers to finally show up, and then they brought the wrong parts. I'm still waiting for it to be fixed and no one seems bothered. Sort it out.
Treadmill purchase
I want to give a shoutout to Dale and Rob at the Leeds shop for their amazing service. They really knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect treadmill. The shop had a great selection of gym equipment, so it was super easy to find what I was looking for. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable, all thanks to the staff's expertise.
