I recently splashed out on a fancy pair of shoes that set me back a fair bit, but I was quite let down by the sorry state they arrived in. The box was all battered and bruised, which really took the shine off the whole thing. So, I got in touch with their customer service lot to let them know how I felt, only to get a bit of a brush-off about packaging not being covered by the warranty. It's a shame they didn't seem too bothered about making sure their products are presented nicely to customers, especially given the hefty price tag. Guess I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
