    This place is just amazing. I can't believe anyone would give them less than 5 stars in every category. The customer service is really great, although a bit slow at times to respond, they always sort out any problems that come up. Once they sent me the wrong sweater, but instead of just exchanging it, they let me keep it and sent me the correct one for free. That level of kindness and care is just unheard of nowadays. The quality of their clothes is really top-notch, with materials that are incredible. The fit is perfect, and the embroidery is just so good. It doesn't take away from the sweaters, it just adds to their luxurious feel. Overall, this brand and company are absolutely fantastic in every possible way.

    I ordered some clothes online but UPS managed to lose my parcel, so I had to spend so much time on the phone talking to the shop and the delivery people. They were both useless and didn't do anything to sort it out, which really wound me up!

    I popped into this store not too long ago and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and style of their clothing. I was a bit hesitant at first because of the steep prices, but once I tried a few things on, I was hooked and had to buy a few items. The customer service at both the Vancouver and Honolulu stores was excellent, which is always a bonus for me. However, the shipping fees to Hawaii are sky-high, which is a big downside for me. It's a shame because there are items I really like, but I can't justify the shipping costs. On the bright side, the clothes are well-made and worth the money, in my opinion. I especially like the polos, t-shirts, and hats I got. The only downside is that you have to line dry the clothes, which can be a bit of a pain. All in all, I'm a fan of this brand now and I'll definitely be back for more.

    Oh my goodness, like, I ordered these really cool t-shirts and swimming trunks from this place and I was super excited to receive them. But when my order arrived, I opened it up and all I found were some really cheap sunglasses! I mean, what on earth?! Where are my t-shirts and swimming trunks?! I feel like I've been totally ripped off and I'm really upset about it. Honestly, all I wanted was my trendy clothes, not these rubbish sunglasses!

    I bought some shorts on sale from your website not long ago. When they arrived, I was let down to see that they were out of stock. The customer service team said they'd send me a different item, which was nice of them. But I was shocked to receive a second-hand polo shirt with stains and deodorant marks instead. When I got in touch to ask for an exchange, they weren't helpful at all and even blamed me for the stains. I felt really insulted by their accusations and thought their attitude towards me as a customer was totally unacceptable.

    Oh my goodness, do not ever order from them! I placed an order on their website and they completely messed it up. They only delivered 2 out of the 4 t-shirts I purchased, and on top of that, they provided me with the wrong tracking number a whopping 3 times! It took them an eternity to resolve the issue, and I had to send them countless emails. It wasn't until 6 weeks later that they finally sent me 1 t-shirt, but the tracking number they provided still didn't work. I've had enough - I'm going to get a refund!

    I recently bought some stuff from this brand, and I have to say, I really love their clothes and the cool styles they have. But, I've got to be honest, my experience with them wasn't great. The clothes are great quality and I love the designs, but there were quite a few things that let me down. It seems like they spend a lot on marketing, opening new stores and advertising everywhere. But, when it comes to actually running things smoothly, they're a bit of a shambles. My first order was for 5 items, but I only got 1 and they didn't even tell me why the rest weren't available. My second order, which cost over $1500, was a disaster. They had no idea if my stuff had been sent out, and I had to practically beg for a refund after only getting a tiny bit of what I'd ordered. The customer service was terrible too - I tried calling loads of times but no one ever answered, and even the emails took ages to get a response. Then, on my third order during the Black Friday sales, almost everything I wanted was suddenly out of stock. They swapped them to make sure I still got the discounts, but once again, I had no idea when my order would arrive. For a brand like theirs, with the prices they charge, the lack of transparency and organisation is pretty disappointing. Overall, it was really frustrating and they definitely need to step up their game.

    I went to the shop in Galleria Mall not long ago, and I must say, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The manager and two staff members were pretty rude and not very helpful at all. I needed to return or exchange some clothes I bought, but they couldn't help me out. Plus, I found that the sizes were all over the place - some mediums were too big, some too tight, and some too long! All in all, I felt let down by both the service and the quality of the products.

    Haha, my mum ordered two polos for my dad, but they sent the wrong ones. She's been sending them emails to sort it out, but no one is replying. They even sent a return label for items we never received! It's a total joke, nobody seems to care. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.

    I'm absolutely fuming! I've got a gift card with $100 on it and over 900 points on my account, but you know what? This company has stopped shipping to Canada! Can you even believe it? I've been a loyal customer for years, and now they're not even willing to assist me. The whole situation has got me feeling so angry. They're completely unhelpful and unwilling to make things right. Why did I feel they may know me? Because checking through, their stock had everything I crave for as fashion. So I felt they might know me and drew inspiration from my cravings to start the business. When it comes to fashion for men, Psycho Bunny is just a complete definition of "shop to your taste" as they company stocks up products to meet the needs of every man. I'm simply wowed by their products and services including shipping and delivery options. So nice shopping from them.
