Boots
Quality Footwear, it ain't...
Purchased a pair of boots which, when loosening the laces to enable me to get my foot in, the metal eyelet in the hole for the laces popped out and proved to be very poor quality. Followed the instructions on the enclosed return slip and as outlined on their website, sending the boots back via registered post - not cheap. I contacted them via email stating that it was poor that the customer had to foot the cost of the return postage when the product was being returned because it was faulty. I received a reply that stated had I contacted them before returning they would've used their returns service at no cost to me. I requested that they reimburse me for my return postage. They wouldn't, claiming that I should've contacted them first. I advised them that there were no instructions anywhere to contact them first in cases of faulty goods. They told me the instructions were on the returns slip included with the boots... I can assure you there was no such instruction. Neither is there any advice regarding this on their website. The only instruction is the recommendation that the product be returned by registered post. I challenged them on this and since then there has been complete radio silence. They do say you get what you pay for. In this instance my recommendation would be to avoid Redfoot Shoes at all cost! The ... made-in-India boots that I received also fell apart before I had chance to try them on.
Also, just like with your delivery, there was nothing in my box to help with faulty returns and I had to wait a few days for them to reply to my question about this. They absolutely SHOULD refund you for the postage as there are no instructions anywhere to help. Even their website has nothing to help with faulty returns. The 2015 Consumer Rights are quite clear on this. This business appears to be operating in the realm of scammers…Boots
Delivery has now been rescheduled 4 times without any explanation. How is anyone supposed to organise time off or someone to be in when the reschedule notice is sent on the day the delivery is supposed to occur. Every time! So now that is 5 times I've had to organise around this and 4 times I've been told the delivery won't happen. Pathetic.
I would advise that nobody deals with this firm. No answer to phone calls or emails. No explanation. Rubbish. Do not order anything from these peopleChessnut slippers
Have been emailing company every tried messaging via Facebook site.
Bought a pair of chestnut slippers for wife at Christmas. Delivered in time, however after just 2 weeks of ware fur on sole started to come off.
I have sent picture and numerous emails but have had no response at all. Will not buy again!!Slippers
Ordered a pair of slippers on 5th December and paid for them to be delivered within 5 days. Got a text message 6 days later saying they will not be dispatched until the 23rd December! They were a Christmas gift so not good enough. I have emailed them to cancel order but had no response! No other contact details. Seem dodgy to me wish I had read reviews first. Hopefully the refund me. They are quick to take your money but then you get nothing in return, also no way to contact them. AVOID

Buyer be very aware.
I placed an order on the redfootshoes website. Now to look forward to my one pair of shoes. 4 days go by and no shoes. I send an email and inquire where they are. The reply came to explain I had inputted the wrong address details. I bought them using the Pay Pal platform so I did not understand this excuse as every other company I had bought from using the same payment method had resulted in my items be delivered. Once I had mentioned this I had another reply that the person did not know this and thought I had written the wrong details.7 more days passed by and still no shoes. I emailed again, this time the reply mentioned a 40% refund due to the on going issue. I was then told next day delivery. Well 2 more days past by and I again emailed to find out the reply was that the shoes had been damaged in transit to my home. YOU COULD NOT MAKE IT UP. I thought at least I would receive my shoes before I go away on my up coming holiday. NO that was not the case. Rather than sort the issue out red foot shoes decided to refund the rest of the money and wash there hands completely. I sent another email and explained as this issue was not of my making surly you would compensate me by sending the shoes as a way of saying SORRY for all this. The reply has still not come. It seems that if they go silent then I will go away quietly and forget this ever happened. Actually I believe that both good service and BAD service should be shared around so every body knows what they could be in for should the same issues happen if they buy a pair of shoes. In my opinion, supplying a pair of shoes because if you think of it. Offering a 40% refund when I had waited many days was a given but when another issue happens i just get nothing. I run and own 3 businesses and if this ever happened to any of my customers I would do the right thing and give the customer the refund and send the shoes. I guess we are not all the same. Thanks for your feedback, as explained the initial error was caused as your address had included a website link and this caused a technical issue within our system and your order being pulled off. The reason this may not have happened before may be because we use a different system to other companies. Regardless, as soon as our customer service team was advised of this issue we rectified this and tried to resolve it by reprinting your order and to apologise for the system issues we immediately refunded 40% of the costs for you as a goodwill gesture, in which you responded very unpolitely to our customer service team and did not take the matter well. Further to this, we were made aware the parcel still hadn't made it to you, upon checking this out it appeared the courier had an issue with the parcel and had marked it as damaged in transit. Very unfortunate however we proved this to you via email. As your previous reactions showed dissatisfaction for the CS teams attempts to help, we thought the best course of action for all parties would be to issue a full refund. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused

I have never been spoken to by customer service from any firm as terribly as today the girl on telephone lied about sending me rtns link
Talked to me as it was my fault your shoes were 1/2inch to small
Treated me as if I was stupid
No apology
I will never use redfoot againGood collection
Redfoot is an old establishment of country.
Huge experiences reflect in quality.
All types of shoes, slippers, loafers, boots they have in collection.
Three years back I had purchased Oxford shoes and few slippers. Today we as a family select from this store.
Rate wise they have a range of 10 to 100 pounds
So your price and purchase depends on quality, selected but durability and comfort is key area.
Just select and pay, item will be delivered at your place within acceptable time. Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it!
