I recently bought myself a lovely pair of purple slippers and I have to admit, they look absolutely stunning! The quality is top-notch and I couldn't be more pleased with them. I found it really easy to order a new phone from Mobile Phones Direct. The website was simple to use, and I managed to quickly find the phone I was after and buy it with no problems. But when it came to the delivery, the courier messed up big time. The tracking info was all wrong, and the package turned up later than anticipated, which was pretty annoying.

I recently bought a new rug and it was delivered from a distant place. The delivery went smoothly, but unfortunately, the rug arrived all folded up and now it has these annoying creases. It's not great. Plus, the colours on the rug aren't as vibrant as they appeared online. However, the actual rug itself is decent, I suppose.

I recently bought a hair treatment product from this company and I was really happy with the whole thing. The website was easy to use, and I liked that I could do a self-assessment or ask for help if I needed it. I was really surprised to see that they sell a topical finasteride, which isn't easy to come by in the UK. The prices were fair, and I liked that they didn't try to make it all fancy - no fancy packaging or making you sign up for subscriptions, just simple ordering.

Scalp soothing shampoo
I recently bought a scalp-soothing shampoo from this brand to help with my itchy, flaky scalp. It cost me a hefty £23 per bottle, but I was really disappointed with the results. When I used the shampoo, it totally dried out my hair, making it feel crunchy and fragile. On top of that, my scalp got even itchier than before, which was a real shame as I had switched to more natural products to avoid that exact problem. It seemed like all the progress I'd made in improving my hair's health over the last 6 months had been undone in just one wash with this shampoo. I definitely won't be using this product again and I'm not sure I want to try anything else from this range. It's a shame that the high price didn't match the quality of the product - it seems like they were more focused on packaging than actual effectiveness. I'm interested to see how the customer service team will handle this.

I bought a bottle of whiskey online recently and I was really impressed. Ordering was easy, no hassle at all. What amazed me was that my order was shipped the same day and arrived at my front door just two days later. Now, that's what I call quick service! I was a bit worried about the bottle getting damaged during delivery, but it was packed so well. I reckon you could have dropped it from a great height and it still wouldn't have smashed. I was really let down by my experience with Pamono. I bought some expensive furniture from them, but right from the start, I ran into problems. The seller didn't send the item after I'd paid using PayPal. I kept trying to get in touch, but the tracking info just said the item was waiting for FedEx to collect it. I tried contacting Pamono's customer service every day for a whole month, but I didn't get anywhere. They never gave me a proper explanation or said sorry for the delay, and in the end, they cancelled my order. It just left me feeling frustrated and like I can't trust any sellers on their platform.

I bought some betting software from this company not too long ago, and honestly, it was a total waste of money. They go on and on about how much money you can make using their BOT, but in truth, it just ends up emptying your betting account. The profit figures they show on their site are deceiving because they only show the wins and not the losses, which are a big part of how it all works. They expect you to always be able to make up for your losses, but that's just not practical. You could find yourself betting huge amounts of money to try and claw back what you've lost, only to end up making a tiny profit in the end.

I bought some really expensive clothes from this company not too long ago, and I have to admit I am really disappointed. They said on their website that my order would arrive within 4-5 working days, but it's been six days now and they haven't even sent it out yet. The fact that they're not keeping me in the loop about what's going on is pretty worrying, and their customer service is shockingly slow - it's like they're not even there most of the time. I didn't expect such rubbish service from a European company, especially one that charges such extortionate prices. The clothes might be nice, but their customer service is definitely not up to scratch. It's a real let down for me.

So, you know, I got these fairy lights yeah? And man, they were absolutely awful! The quality of the lighting was really bad. And seriously, the communication was just terrible, I was constantly having to chase them for updates. And guess what? The lights were damaged when they arrived! And when they sent me replacements, they were damaged as well! It took an eternity to get a response from them. Complete waste of time and money, they should just close up shop. And oh my days, don't even talk to me about the telephone number on their website, it doesn't even pick up calls!

I just can't believe the awful customer service I got from this breakdown assistance service. I had two incidents where I needed help, and all they did was make excuses and demand money! The first time, I left my keys in the ignition overnight and my battery died. Then, my car started leaking petrol while I was driving and finally broke down because it ran out of fuel. Even though I clearly needed help, the company wouldn't assist without charging me a crazy £200 fee. They even tried to link the second incident to the first one, saying a garage should've checked my battery after the initial breakdown. It's just not on from a so-called reputable company. I emailed a complaint to try and raise my concerns, but I haven't heard a peep back from them to this day.

I recently bought a pair of baggy jeans from this company and I have to say, I wasn't that impressed with them. The sizing options were limited to long and short, so it was quite tricky finding the perfect fit. I had to alter the length myself to make it just right. The dye they used seemed to be cheap because it started coming off on my legs and hands pretty quickly. It not only looked dirty but was also hard to get rid of, I had to scrub really hard. On top of that, the jeans had a weird smell that reminded me of urine when they arrived, which was quite off-putting.

I’m only one lesson in, but the course so far has been extremely well thought through and executed. It’s a crash course in Design but so far the unexpected content has surprised me in a good way.
The first lesson has been good and I would have rated it more highly if it hadn't been for the endless emails and text meessages coming through.
It brilliant and surpassed my expectations. The fact that students can reschedule missed lessons and excellent delivery of lessons makes Shaw Academy the right online education platform.
Shaw Academy is a very great app. It offers free courses to help build one's skill.
I am getting new and relevant insights in the chosen class I joined. It is helpful as a startup. Interesting that it allowed me to continue the next lessons and now motivated to finish the four modules.
I'm in my second class, the course content is very rich and unexpectedly interesting and fun. Looking forward to the third one.
This is my second lesson and I am enjoying it. There is so much that goes into design that you would never think of. I love the history behind it and the cultural symbolizations for color.
If am to express some of the great things that ever happened to me during this lockdown, I'd rate getting to know shaw Academy 5 and taking my first graphic design class a 6 cos God did created the greatest reality on the 6th day. Awesome, can't be less grateful.

I took the courses like web designing, graphic design, illustration and digital marketing. I find that i was learning in a good pace with info packed lessons. Just like a crash course but more practical. It doesn't get boring because it's an hour at a time. The lesson plans are great and made in a gradual and easy to understand manner. The end of lessons quiz and assignments are easy to do. There are ample reminders to attend lessons emails, SMS, app notifications, web countdowns which gets a bit tedious sometimes but I don't really mind it. One thing though, there are emails saying I missed lessons but I haven't, I'm sure there are ways to identify attendance or make a better attendance system in the future. What I'm hoping to get out of the lessons are fast tracked skills to be able to start work independently as a freelancer and because of the skills i get and the lessons learned, I feel more confident in my abilities. It's great for people who want to enter a new industry like me, or start a hobby, or have some knowledge but not enough to move ahead. I do recommend these courses and I have nothing but good feedback for Shaw Academy online lessons, its coaches and systems. Thank you.

Excellent quality of material explanation, trading tools, risk management, trading psychology, good examples of trading on stock market. I highly recommend using the services of Shaw Academy, they give an excellent boost to your skills, especially if you want to get a new specialty, and especially during this challenging period.

I'm two lessons in and the course content is good so far.
However the customer service is horrible! I had some questions about my student account and some charges so I sent an email. Twice. No response to date. I joined the free course but it seems to have alot of hidden fees like after every module you have to purchase an certificate for each module before you can unlock assignments or move on to another module. That's not fair. They should state all this inflation before joining so you can know the total cost for joining. Also when I downloaded the app and I sign in, its asking me to set up payment info again, and it was setting me up as a new user. So although I did my lesson on the laptop, my phone app was saying I missed a lesson. So I deleted the app.
I'm not sure but I'm thinking of cancelling if I dont hear from customer service soon.I have been enjoying the class so far right from Module 1 and am very sure it is going to a great class at the end of whole Module. Thanks to shawacademy for this great opportunity.

This is my first time to enroll crash course online because of fear of scams and phishing nowadays. But they are real and I can say reliable. I am so far in my trial phase lesson 3 and because of excitement to learn I bought the toolkit for advanced learning.
I was also able to reschedule the 2 lessons as I missed them and It was an easy click.I had your class for the first time today, and I had a class link because I didn't have the application so I was joined from link. But I observed that here are lots of students whose English is not very good , due to that most of the students are not comfortable so I have request to you please give us subtitle to understand more easily and the one last thing is please focus on a more practical , and make a video on that how to download a editing software. Lessons are very well thought out, and if you happen to miss one, it is very easy to reschedule the webinar for an alternate day. A great program! I'm really excited to keep learning about Graphic Design. The only down-side is when the instructor asks for your opinion, there's no where to give it and not enough time to write in the comments.
