    I have used this UK online marketplace several times, I've always found them to be competitively priced, I've never had any issues, Items have always been as described, fast order process and fast well tracked delivery. I do like to check the sellers when I use online marketplaces, In my experience I've never had a issue with any with OnBuy

    Autodoc's customer service is tedious and infuriating. It took MONTHS to sort out my return of a defective item. You can expect a lot of waiting for updates and repeating information you’ve already given, whilst being left out-of-pocket the entire time. I don’t recommend purchasing their £3.95 ‘Safe Order’, especially since most other stores offer that as standard policy. It’s completely useless, non-refundable and doesn’t guarantee better service times.

    Despite mailing back the defective item for a refund, Autodoc spent weeks denying they’d received it. I strongly advise documenting everything, from tracked postage to taking photos of the parcel, shipping label and proof of postage. In the end, I only got my money back by filing a chargeback with mountains of evidence to support me.

    It is not clear enough that Autodoc are based in Germany, especially since most of their websites use .co.uk domains. These sites include 123spareparts.co.uk, autopartspro.co.uk, bestpartstore.co.uk, buycarparts.co.uk, euspares.co.uk, onlinecarparts.co.uk. This review applies to all these sites, seeing as they’re the same company under different names.

    In many aspects, it may seem like Autodoc has great prices but customers tend to be left worse off when things go awry. The time, hassle and stress is not worth the amount of money you think you’ll save.

    Ignore the 'Yes' in the rating sidebar. I absolutely WOULD NOT buy here again, and I don't recommend this business to anyone.

    Please just avoid this company for your sanity sake. If anything goes wrong that's it and i can assure you things are very likely to go wrong with ParcelCompare. They are just thieves with license, i have no idea how that is possible in a lawful country. Their customer service are practically toddlers without any clue what Customer service is all about. They don't have a contact number to ring. You can only write on their website and hope to God they will respond. My item was lost, after wasting my time for over 2 months they closed the case with no compensation. The courier (UPS in this case another company to avoid) told me they have paid compensation to ParcelCompare but ParcelCompare will not pay the compensation to me. Absolutely disgusting
    .... For those who find their comparing site good, please just use it only as a search engine don't buy from them. If you find a good price with any courier on ParcelCompare you must go directly to the courier company and buy directly from the courier ( price is usually the same) because if anything goes wrong the courier company will not deal with you if you buy through ParcelCompare.

    I purchased two dresses and they were not suitable so I returned the items in due time for a refund. This company failed to provide a refund and have not resolved my request/query into when this will be processed for over a month now. The customer service is appalling and they've just given me the run around. I would never shop at this place again, it also appears that I am not the only consumer who has experienced this with this company.

    The mirror arrived and it was in substandard condition. Bubbly around the mirrors edges. Scratches, someone’s hand print on the gold.

    I immediately contacted customer services who replied promptly and provided me with two options:

    1) I was to suggest the amount they should give me for a partial refund to save them costs of collection.

    2) they would arrange collection and full refund.

    I opted for a partial refund and left and honest review of the experience and the faulty product. Rinkit contacted me and said they were disappointed I had left that review. Surely they cannot expect a partial refund to prevent a bad review? Other shoppers should be aware of this company and the state that their products arrive in!

    Secret garden

    I received a Secret Garden bouquet from Appleyards of London as a special birthday gift.
    I was initially so excited to receive them but on opening it was quite upsetting to find:
    -3 of 5 carnations were already broken, the other two were already browning & wizened.
    -There are seven roses in the picture of secret garden bouquet but only five roses were sent, of which 2 are already browning at the edges.
    A good third of the ‘bouquet’ is made up of green filler that resembles pond weed on stalks. One day later, the Alstroemeria is dropping, the carnations are completely dead and the roses look like they’ve been on a garage forecourt for a week. Appleyards response is to send an automated reply with a form to fill in then they ignore you completely. My advice is to boycott this rip off company completely, their flowers are old before they are sent and their so called customer service is an insult.

    I ordered some vitamins in September and I was notified that they were dispatched at the end of September. We're now about to enter December and still no delivery.

    I've sent emails asking about this but get the same reply. I understand with Covid-19 that there are delay issues but this is ridiculous. Avoid this company.

    I bought four items and was surprised with how high the quality was for the prices.

    The charger and headphones work well and I'd definitely buy pens from here again (set of 12 fineliners for £2.00 or £2.50) since I run out of ink quickly and prefer black fineliners to anything else.

    The delivery was on time and posed no problems.

    Overall, it was a quick and easy process with no human interaction, which I'm grateful for. The items were also surprisingly good for the price. I'd definitely recommend shopping here.

    I am currently on a 30-day free trial with Shaw Academy and let me tell you as a business owner, I have not been impressed.

    At first, I thought it was a wonderful offer to allow new students during this difficult time the opportunity to learn new skills and/or improve on previous learned skills. Signing up for the class was also simple, but that sadly has been the only thing.

    Immediately I was taken to page where they recommend you paying for each separate module's "bonus" materials and certificates (each priced at $39.99). If I hadn't been taking this as a trial, or caught the trick of being nickled and dimed, Shaw Academy would have already had several hundreds of dollars from me during a time when it would not have been possible.

    Then, I started getting bombarded by Shaw Academy via text message, email and phone calls reminding me about this or asking me about that. For example, simply to write this review alone, I have been begged by the academy 8 different times already and today, I only completed my first session!

    The course itself I have found extremely difficult to listen to due to the instructor's pre-recording sounding like a computer, and her rapid pacing. I have attended hundreds of webinars before as well as attended online courses, and none of them were pre-recorded. Students who attend this class have no opportunity to ask the instructor any questions with the expectation of getting an answer right away, so they either have to rely on someone else in the stream, hoping they are not given wrong information, or have to waste time emailing Shaw Academy and waiting for an answer.

    Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and I will not be continuing with my subscription after the trial is over.

    I am satisfied with the online course that I am taking up because I get to learn more while staying safe at home during the pandemic. Also, another reason is that its free for everyone. Thank you for sharing this kind of opportunity.

    I find it interesting but I think this is not for me because I don't think I can easily follow the instruction because of its technology used. Then the online class stopped its session I don't know what happened. Sorry to inform you that I will change my online course. Thank you for accommodating me. God bless your academy.

    Lesson 2 made me realise how complicated a camera really is. Couldn't be more excited to to nail this course!!

    Sadly truth is the payment when initially at this bad times you just wna grab a good opportunity to self upgrade for free bt instead you are charge for a certain amount unexpectedly. Very disappointing.

    It’s a amazing experience.

    Its going really well, even though i'm a professional in my field, it's good to have this refresher course. I don't use some these programs on a daily bases, like the old saying goes if you don't use it you lose it.

    My experience on the 1st class is that it was not interactive. It was a one ended classroom. Questions asked we're not give immediate response. Not encouraging. Make it more interactive, days why it's called online class. The issue of bombarding free students with payment option is unethical too, because I believe if they wanted to do a paid class they wouldn't opt for a free one

    My son loves to create the scratch. It is interesting for him to make the code and sprites.Thanks for the shaw academy

    So far so good, enjoying the Graphic Design trial lesson (module 1). Planning to purchase the other modules in the following months.

    I, like to appreciate the Shaw Academy team for putting up this wonderful platform and courses. I just took my first class today and it was really educative am hoping to learn more and improve myself. i ll definitely rate them a 5 star.

    Signing up for Shaw Academy took some time to complete. It seems like great adventure though. I found the first lesson a challenge to listen to while taking notes. She really went fast. I had to listen to the class recording after to complete my notes
    I would have wanted to ask some questions but I didn't because I don't think it would be answered then.
    I was annoyed by the tonnes of messages from the Academy as well
    Also pricing of course toolkits,etc
    I'll continue though to see how it goes..

    Will take one more session if still can't follow then will stop the course.

    It is a very nice experience, like I can just sit at home and access the course.
    The only problem is with the money transfers other than that I think this academy is cool.

    I am enjoying every bit of it. The Free Scheduling - Time & Week | 2 Classes per week made it more attractive proposition. I have recommended to 5 of my colleagues. The courses are simplified which makes it easy for every beginner to cope. Well done Shaw Academy.

    White Dressing Table

    I ordered a white dressing table that arrived broken in pieces. For the price paid, it was very poor quality and not made of wood or MDF, but some sort of recycled compact dust. The packaging is poor with very little padding and not secured inside the box.

    Their customers service is also poor taking a long time to respond, collect the broken item and provide a refund. They also kept giving different answers to the same question.

    I’m currently having problems getting a response. It’s been 2 weeks. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT OFFER ANY SERVICE WHATSOEVER. CROOKS!!

    Onto the ombudsman it is!!

    I have not received any goods or a refund from weeks ago I have now got PayPal involved to get my money back would not recommend this company

    Terrible if you want a job (TENPIN STOKE)

    The general job was fun and enjoyable, you are able to boost your customer service skills and learn how to work well under pressure. However, I left due to personal bullying by staff and management, I was belittled by management various times, treated with little respect and disregarded when I wanted to make a complaint about a specific manager bullying me, they also ignored bullying by staff members. Management would put enormous pressure on staff to do extra shifts they didn't ask for and would be sarcastic when you said you were unable to do them. Then staff were very unsupportive and when there was an issue with one staff member they would all get involved and take issues to social media which led to me being treated very poorly by other staff members. There would also be favourite staff members for management meaning some staff would be treated really well, whereas those unliked would be treated unequally. I have never worked in such a negative environment and would steer everyone away from this place. However if you want to be bullied for such small pay, this is the place for you.

    PS if you leave, you are barred as a customer for 3 months
