I've been a loyal customer of this company for a good while now, and I have to say the customer service from the team at this online store is absolutely fantastic. Not only that, but I've always been really impressed with the quality of the bathing suits I've bought from them. The material is strong, the fit is flattering, and the designs are trendy and stylish. I had to return something not long ago, and I was actually quite pleased with how straightforward it all was. Some mates had warned me about the nightmare of returning stuff online, but I didn't have any bother at all. Swimsuit replacement
I got in touch with customer service about an exchange and they were quick to reply and sort out a return for a bigger size. The first delivery did take quite a long time at 21 days, but I'm optimistic that things will be quicker this time around. The swimsuit was really lovely and I'm already thinking about buying more from them in the future.
Small clothes, wanted a refund
So, you know, I ordered these small clothes online but they didn't fit, which was a bit annoying, yeah? I thought, OK, I'll just return them and get a refund. But, man, the whole process was a nightmare. I sent the clothes back in May, and then had to wait ages for my refund. They kept saying they hadn't received them from the warehouse, and it was just one excuse after another. And when they eventually said they'd refund me, they put the money into their online wallet thing, which I wasn't happy about. I wanted it back on my card! And now it's June and I still haven't got my money! It's so unfair, they're not following their own policies. And when I complained on live chat, can you believe they had the cheek to ask me to remove my bad review? No way, sort out my money first! I'm fuming, I'm never shopping there again. Just a heads up, they're not great with refunds.
Delayed Delivery and Expensive Return Policy
I was proper gutted with my first order from this online shop. Waited for more than 2 weeks for my 2 dresses to arrive, only for them to rock up way later than I thought. And to add insult to injury, the return process is a right pain. Now I have to fork out extra cash to send the stuff back to the UK. Wasn't expecting all this hassle and now I'm proper miffed. All in all, not happy with the service from this online store mate.
I order 6 swimming costumes
The swimming costumes were amazing and fit perfectly! The service and delivery were really good as well. I've been getting swimming costumes from this place forever, and they never let me down. Five stars all the way, every single day!
Exchange size issue
I've just had a problem sorting out the size of something I bought. After loads of emails, it took them a whole frustrating four months to give me my money back. It's just not on, being so inefficient and unresponsive.

You know, most of the stuff I ordered turned out how I expected, but some of it was a bit disappointing. The sizes are mostly spot on, which is good. I really wish they offered the option to order bikinis with different sizes for the top and bottom, that would be ideal, don't you think?

I've been shopping at Rotita for a year now and bought a few things like 5 swim suits and 2 summer tops. Although I've been happy with the quality of the products, I recently had an issue with returning a swim suit and a top that were too big. I sent them back all in good condition, but Rotita only gave me a 10.00 credit out of the 57.00 total. I did everything they asked for the return, but they said it didn't meet their criteria, which made me feel let down and frustrated. It almost feels like they're trying to get out of giving me a proper refund, which isn't cool at all.
Swim suit purchase
I bought a swimsuit last year and it still looks brand new! The material is great quality and it fits perfectly. I was so pleased with it that I've bought the same style in a different colour for this year.
