Mountain bike purchase
My experience with this company has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I found the whole process, from looking into their products to actually making my purchase, extremely straightforward and hassle-free. I did need to return one item, but it was dealt with quickly and without any bother. The mountain bike I bought is really adaptable and I've found it super easy to add extra bits and bobs to make it just how I like it. In particular, the pannier racks I got off Amazon fit perfectly and have made my cycle to work much more convenient and comfy. It's been a real game-changer for me. The customer service I received was top-notch and, even though there were a few little hiccups with the delivery company, overall, I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. Their website is really easy to use and the whole buying process was a breeze. There might be cheaper options out there, but for certain products like the racks, I would definitely recommend sticking with this company.
Electric bike - Step-through model
I just bought an electric bike, the step-through model, from this company and I have to say I'm really impressed. I did a lot of research and watched loads of videos before deciding on this model because I have some issues with my mobility. Ordering it was easy, they kept me updated every step of the way. Even though Radpower closed its European operation, I had no problems getting spare parts. The delivery to Scotland was quick, and TNT kept me in the loop with updates. Putting the bike together was simple, and soon I was out enjoying it. What really surprised me was when the company lowered the price by £200 and gave me a refund without me asking. That level of honesty made me trust them even more, so I got two more bikes - one for my wife and a spare. I've already done about 200 miles on mine and had a small issue with the speed display, but the customer service team sent me a new part as soon as I emailed them.
Electric bike purchase
I recently bought an electric bike from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed. The bike is really sturdy and was super easy to put together. The upright riding position and step-through frame make it feel confident, comfortable, and steady to ride. The low seat position also makes it easy to hop on and off the bike. While you wouldn't want to carry it a long way, the walk mode works well so you don't have to. It may not be great for mountain biking, but it is perfect for city streets and feels right at home on park or trail paths. The value for money is amazing, it doesn't seem like a cheap product at all. The delivery was quick and the customer service was top-notch - professional and helpful. Overall, I am really pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an electric bike.
Rad expand 5 for my wife as a replacement for her mountain bike ebike
I recently bought the Rad expand 5 for my wife to replace her old mountain bike ebike, as she wasn't feeling very confident on the previous one. The Rad expand 5 is much better suited to her with its low centre of gravity and great performance. Even though it's only a third of the price of the old bike, I can't fault it at all. The assembly video was really useful, and I didn't have any problems setting it up. I decided to upgrade the display and also got the Tannus armour puncture protection kit for a good price, which was easy to put on. Even though everything didn't arrive at the same time, it wasn't a big deal for me. The bike works really well and stops efficiently, so it's definitely worth the money. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.

I'm pleased with my new bike. It's a great product and I'm happy with it. I just wish I had received the tracking details before the delivery instead of after. Hopefully, it will be reliable and last a long time.

I absolutely love my new City Plus 5 e-bike! It's been a game-changer for me, especially for getting around town and enjoying leisure rides. The quality of the materials and assembly is really impressive, and the electric assistance is just perfect. The only downside is the price, a bit steep, but honestly, I think it's totally worth it.

I recently bought an electric bike and I have to say, I'm really pleased with how everything turned out. The delivery was super quick, only took about 4 or 5 days for my order to arrive. The bike itself is top-notch, and I also got some extra bits and bobs that have been really handy and great value for money. However, I ran into a bit of trouble trying to attach the mudguards, so I could do with a bit of help on that front. Looking back, I think I should have gone for a different model, so I'm wondering if it's possible to make an exchange. The customer service was brilliant, very helpful and supportive the whole way through.

E-bike with uncomfortable saddle
Recently, I bought an e-bike from this company and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how the bike works. It's easy to use, which is great for me because I deal with chronic pain and muscle weakness. The bike is doing a good job of getting me out and about, especially around the Lake District where I reside. However, the saddle on the bike is really uncomfortable. I keep sliding forward on it and I can't find a comfy riding position. It's a bit frustrating as now I have to spend more money to switch out the saddle for a nicer one.
Compact electric bicycle for daily short trips with child
The Radrunner+ has really made a difference for me since I hadn't ridden a bike in over thirty years. I now use it for daily trips up to 10 miles with my child on the back, as long as the weather is good. I'm using it a lot more now and actually look forward to the rides. The bike feels well-built, but I'll know for sure after the winter. My only complaint is that it should come with some grease. Putting it together was pretty straightforward, even for a beginner like me.

I recently bought an electric bike from this company. It's got these awesome 4-inch wheels but needed a bit of DIY when it arrived. I struggled a bit with the disc brakes and putting the front wheel on right at first, but I got there in the end. Had a bit of bother with the headlight too, but the customer service team sorted it out quick. Gotta say, I'm really chuffed with this electric bike. The chunky tyres and powerful motor make riding it a blast like no other.

I absolutely adore the Rad Expand 5s, they're just amazing for our camping trips! The website was really user-friendly and our order arrived in no time at all, without any issues. These bikes are fantastic, they fold up really compact and fit perfectly in our campervan. I'm so excited to take them on more adventures!
Radrunner bike purchase
The Radrunner bike is quite heavy, but it's really sturdy. The normal speed controller isn't great as the speed it controls is all over the place. I found that switching to the digital display fixed those problems. The standard tyres don't grip well in the rain, which can be risky. Also, the top speed goes down as the battery runs low.
Rad runner 2 ebike
I had a really good time buying my first ebike! It cost me just over £800 including delivery, which was a fair price. The bike is really strong and well-made. It was easy to set up following the online instructions. After using it for a few weeks, I've got used to the weight and I really like riding it. People have even said they like how the bike looks!

Faulty bike purchase
I'm really disappointed because I bought a bike from this company and it turned out to be faulty. I've contacted them numerous times about the recurring problems with the bike, but nothing has changed. They tried temporary solutions like changing the brain in the hub, the pedal support, and the battery, but the bike still isn't working right. The pedal support doesn't even function, so I can't use the bike, and the battery keeps dying. This situation can't go on, and I'm hoping they can give me a permanent fix soon.

I recently purchased an e-bike that was almost ready to ride, just needed a bit of assembly from a bike mechanic. The bike is really sturdy and comfortable to ride. I also installed a child's seat for my grandson to join me on rides, and he absolutely adores it!
RadBike purchase
I bought my RadBike back in October last year and it arrived within 10 working days. Putting it all together was pretty easy, partly thanks to the clear instructions in the manual or video. I use my bike daily now, for heading to work, dropping the kids off at nursery, popping to the shops, and going on family outings. And I've got to say, it's been an absolute joy to ride.
New bike
I recently got a new bike from this company, but I had no idea they were actually planning to leave Europe. Now I can't seem to get in touch with them at all and their website has disappeared. Pretty frustrating, to be honest.
