    Sport apparels and footwear.

    I came to know about Saucony online but wasn't comfortable about ordering their products from the online. So rather, I explored the option of navigating to their nearby shop and finally found one closest to my residence and I went for offline shopping. Interesting products I found there I must say. Sporting apparels especially for running, shoes, sneakers and many others. I felt like never stopped shopping even though I had to. Interestingly, their prices were affordable enough even though I would not describe as cheap. Then the products quality was very good, directly from manufacturers and giving you this assurances that you have bought a good product. Eventually, putting into use, the products were good. Thumbs up for Saucony.

    Premium model running shoes

    I recently bought a really nice pair of running shoes from Saucony and I was so impressed with how great they are! But, I was a bit let down by how they were delivered to me. The packaging was pretty poor, which meant the shoebox got damaged during delivery. I think it would be a good idea to take another look at how the products are packaged by the delivery company to make sure everything arrives in perfect condition.

    I thought I'd share my thoughts after seeing a few not-so-great reviews, but honestly, my experience was really good. I ordered some trainers and they were sent out fast, arriving on time. It was a shame they didn't fit, but when I sent them back, I got my refund quickly too. Overall, I was impressed with the service, even though there was a problem with the size.

    Attractive but uncomfortable trainers

    These trainers do look really nice with their fantastic colours, but to be honest, they're not great for running. The material feels really stiff and the cushioning is too hard, so after a long walk, my feet were really achy. I think I'll just stick to my favourite brand, Brooks, for trainers that are comfy and give good support.

    I bought some trainers more than a month ago and they still haven't arrived. The delivery company says they were delivered, but they definitely weren't. I haven't got my money back yet and the customer service is terrible. It's taking ages to hear back from them, and when I do, it's just a short message. I'm really let down by this whole situation.

    Trainers order issue

    I ordered a pair of trainers online the other day, but when I checked the tracking info, it said they had already been delivered. I was really confused because I never got the package. I tried contacting the courier and customer service, but they couldn't help me out. It's been quite frustrating, so I'd recommend being careful if you're thinking about ordering from this company.

    I was a bit worried about the delivery coming from the UK to customs, but surprisingly, the package actually arrived from the Netherlands in just 4 working days. The shoes are really comfy and in great condition, so I'm really happy with my purchase.

    Ordered 2 pairs of shoes

    So, I ordered two pairs of shoes from this shop and it took absolutely ages for them to arrive. And when they finally got here, I had to send them back because they were completely not what I wanted. Sorting out my refund took so long. I had to wait 16 days just to get an email confirming they received my return, and then another 3 days for the money to appear in my account. I had to keep emailing them as they were taking forever to reply. The customer service is really terrible and I've only received half my refund so far. Still waiting for the other half to come back into my account. Honestly, I would not recommend buying from them.

    I really wish I had read those reviews before I ordered those socks! They took ages to arrive, and when they finally did, they looked like they had already been worn. Definitely not worth the price. And to make matters worse, I got charged twice on my PayPal account and haven't heard back from anyone at the company. Such a headache! Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this company!

    I recently bought some trainers online (won't say where) and they turned out to be way too big! They were my usual size but this pair was huge. When I tried to talk to a customer service rep, he was really rude and not helpful at all. It seemed like all he wanted was for me to go away and stop bothering him. I definitely won't be shopping there again, that's for certain!

    Yeah, so I ordered some trainers online, you know? And oh my goodness, it took forever for them to arrive. When they finally came, can you believe it? The size was completely off! So, I had to return them. But here's the kicker, I don't have a printer, and none of the UPS stores had one either! It was a real disaster, buddy. I definitely won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    So, yeah, I got these really awesome trainers, but they never showed up when they were meant to. I got an email telling me they would be delivered on a specific day, but the tracking info said something else. When I rang the shop, they told me my order was stuck in customs. It was all a bit baffling. I reckon not everyone is telling the whole truth about what's happening. I definitely won't be shopping with them again, that's for sure.

    As someone who has been running for a while now, I've tried out a bunch of different running shoe brands, and the other day I got myself a pair of trainers from this company. I have to admit, I wasn't too impressed with the quality. Unlike some of the better-known brands that focus on making shoes that are comfortable as well as giving you good performance, these ones just didn't have enough cushioning and even ended up causing a couple of ankle injuries during my runs. It's really disappointing to come across such low-quality footwear, especially when all you want is to have a safe and effective workout. And on top of that, I've heard some worrying things about the way they handle their customer service – I'm a firm believer in giving honest feedback and constructive criticism, and I think that sort of thing should be welcomed, not ignored.

    Women's Running Shoes

    I recently bought a pair of running shoes from this brand, and I have to say I'm very disappointed with the quality. The design is nice and they give good support to my feet, but after just a few months of wearing them, the material got a hole in the front of the left shoe and the right shoe seems to be going the same way. I switch my shoes around often, so they haven't been worn a lot, but they're already falling apart. What's even worse is the awful smell that stays in the shoes after I wear them, it's like a cheap and unpleasant material from China. Considering the high price I paid for them, I was expecting much better quality.

    ES3 New York Shoes

    Hey mate, so check this out - I bought these really cool ES3 New York shoes, yeah? But get this, the delivery driver left them in the lift and someone pinched them! I let the company know and it took ages for them to deal with it. In the end, they only gave me a refund, no chance of getting a replacement in a different colour. I had snagged a good deal on Black Friday and couldn't get the same offer again. Absolutely gutted, ya know?

    I bought a pair of running shoes online recently but was a bit miffed to find out they were coming from a warehouse in Holland rather than the UK like I thought. The tracking info said they've been in the UK for nearly a month now, but I still haven't got them. I got in touch with customer service twice. The first time they said to give it a few more days, so I did, but then when I chased it up a week later, they said they'd call me back, but they never did. I tried emailing them too, but got no reply. And when I tried calling on a Friday morning, they just said no one was around and hung up on me.
