    Black ankle boots model "RESTORE"

    I recently bought a pair of black ankle boots called "RESTORE" in a size 39. I wasn't really planning on getting boots from this brand, but when I came across this model, it was just what I had been looking for. I got them on sale from ABOUTYOU, and when they arrived, I was impressed by how nice they looked. The leather was smooth, the stitching was really neat, the heel height was spot on, and they just looked fantastic overall.

    Unreasonable return policy

    I had a terrible experience with the return policy at this shop. I bought some shoes online but they didn't fit, and when I tried to return them for a refund, I was told I couldn't. This made me very unhappy as it felt like they didn't care about their customers at all. The suggestion to sell the shoes on their secondary marketplace instead was not helpful and felt like they were ignoring my problem.

    I bought a pair of loafers for my stepdaughter as a Christmas present, with the promise that they would be here by Christmas Eve. However, it was a total nightmare. The tracking said they hadn't even been sent yet, even though the delivery date was getting close. I got in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but all I got was dodgy answers and wrong info about my order. They left me feeling really annoyed and let down by how unclear and unaccountable they were. In the end, the shoes didn't come on time, so I had to cancel and get them from somewhere else, and cheaper too. The whole thing left me with a bad feeling, and I won't be buying from that brand again.

    New shoes!

    I went to this shop and oh my gosh, it was the worst experience ever! The lady working there was so rude, seriously she needs to improve her customer service skills. The shoes I bought were such poor quality, I wore them once and they fell apart. Their policies are terrible and they don't care about their customers at all. I definitely won't be going back there again!

    Pre-ordered shoes on 9/23

    I ordered a pair of shoes back on the 23rd of September and was told they would be sent out on the 12th of October when I followed up. It's now the 16th of November, and I still haven't heard anything or received my shoes. I've tried reaching out, but no one is getting back to me. I'm getting to the stage where I just want to cancel my order, but there's no way to do it on the website. Customer service isn't being very helpful, so I'm thinking about making a complaint to the BBB.

    My recent purchase on a pair of shoes.

    I am so gutted about the shoes I bought from this company recently! I paid full price for them, only to see them on sale at a 70% discount just a few weeks later. The online chat was no help at all, with automated responses that didn't really help me with my problem. I waited what felt like forever for a real person to talk to me, but no luck. When I tried to return the shoes to save over MYR400, I faced so many issues and ended up not being able to return them at all.

    Buckle ballerina shoes

    I treated myself to a super cute pair of buckle ballerina shoes online, but it didn't go to plan at all! They swiped the money from my account the very next day, but then I was left hanging for a whole 10 days. After an impatient wait of 4 days, I eventually managed to get hold of customer service, only to be told that the shoes were actually out of stock despite the website saying otherwise. How cheeky! The silver lining was that they did refund my money promptly, but I was left feeling really let down.
