    I bought some skincare products from this company not long ago and honestly, I was pretty gutted with how things panned out. Ordering was a doddle, but the service I got was just terrible. They sent my stuff to the wrong place and now it's vanished into thin air, leaving me high and dry with no products or cash back. I've sent a load of emails to the support team, but it's been 2.5 months and I've heard nothing. It's just not on for a big company like this to treat their customers so poorly and leave us hanging with no info about our orders.

The communication and customer service have been really annoying, with only chatbots giving me standard answers and directing me to FAQs. When I got back, the items had disappeared. It's been a complete nightmare trying to either get a refund or file a complaint against the courier because I can't seem to reach anyone.

It's been two weeks since they made that promise, and I can't reach customer service because it seems like it's not working.

    Salicylic acid

    The salicylic acid from this brand has given me severe burns and inflammation on my face, possibly causing irreversible scarring. I'm shocked that they're still selling this product after previous incidents with teenage girls experiencing the same reactions. It's really a terrible product that teenagers, or anyone else for that matter, should steer clear of.

    Eyebrow and eyelash serum

    I'm really disappointed with the eyebrow and eyelash serum I bought. I had high hopes for it, but I didn't see any real improvement in the growth or thickness of my eyebrows and eyelashes. Unlike other serums I've tried, which started working within a couple of weeks, this one just didn't live up to expectations. I followed the instructions carefully and used it regularly, but it just didn't give me the results I wanted.

    I recently bought something from this company and, sorry to say, it took ages for it to arrive. The website said it would be here in 48 hours, but it actually took a whole 2 weeks. It was so annoying and inconvenient because I really needed the stuff I'd ordered. I tried getting in touch with their customer services loads of times by email and phone, but they didn't even bother replying. It was a real let-down and now I'm put off ordering from them again. I'd suggest being careful when you order from this company, as the delivery times might not be what they say.

    I was really annoyed - I thought I could use a gift card on their website, but despite them saying they acknowledged it, I still got charged the full price for my order. When I tried to cancel within the 24-hour limit, they said no. And to top it off, I never got any notification that my order was at the pick-up point. Now it's been sent back to the sender, and no one has responded to my three complaints. It's just not fair - it feels like they've taken my gift card money and the full order amount, leaving me with nothing. It's outrageous!

    I bought some skincare products for acne-prone skin recently, but the whole experience was a bit of a nightmare. The ordering bit was fine, but the service was pretty terrible. My delivery got sent to the wrong place, and the delivery person just dumped it there without trying to sort it out. It was so annoying because I'd spent a lot of money on those items, and they were supposed to be a gift. The fact that they didn't really try to fix the mistake was really disappointing, especially from a company that's supposed to be good.

    My recent online purchase

    I recently bought something online, but ran into some problems. The package arrived at my house, but I couldn't get to it in time, so it got sent back to the company. This happens quite a lot, but what really bugs me is the lack of any reply from the customer service folks. It's been more than a year now since it all went down, and I still haven't got my money back or had the stuff sent out again. I've tried loads of times to get in touch with them, but no luck - I'm just left feeling annoyed and let down by the whole thing. Overall, a pretty rubbish experience that's given me a bad view of the company.
