    I've recently started using some skincare products from The Ordinary, like a retinoid, multi-peptide serum and moisturiser. Even though I've only been using them for a few weeks, I've already seen a really positive change in my skin. The retinoid and moisturiser feel really nice on my skin, and people have even complimented me on how good my skin looks. My husband, who doesn't usually notice these things, said I looked "different" and "younger". This feedback has made me believe that The Ordinary products really work and give good results.     Pycnogenol serum

    I've been using the pycnogenol serum every morning along with my other serums and oh my goodness, my skin has seriously transformed! The Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid serums were fine, but ever since I added the pycnogenol a month back, my skin has become incredible! I apply all three serums before putting on my makeup and it just glides on so effortlessly. Not only do I see a huge improvement in my skin, but others have noticed too. I've already placed another order and will continue using it because it's absolutely fantastic!

    At first, I wasn't sure about ordering because of the different reviews I'd seen. But I went ahead and made the purchase. The package arrived with no problems, but I wasn't home at the time. Luckily, it got redirected to a UPS pick-up spot. One useful thing I found out from this is to sign up for tracking with UPS (or whichever company you prefer) separately, as The Ordinary doesn't give detailed tracking info. This way, you can follow your package and avoid any delivery issues.

When I enquired about the batch numbers, they were utterly unhelpful. It took them more than a week just to close my support ticket, without even giving me a reason.     I was really looking forward to testing out some new skincare goodies from this brand, but it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. I tried placing two orders with them, but unfortunately, neither of them made it to me. The first one was apparently sent through UPS, but I didn't get my hands on it. The second order never even left the warehouse! It's super annoying to fork out money for stuff that never reaches you.     I fancied trying out some new products from this website as I usually get my stuff from Boots. But goodness me, what a disaster the delivery was! UPS didn't even bother trying to deliver it on the day they promised. Then they claimed I refused it and sent it back to the warehouse. Seriously, can you believe it?! And to make matters worse, they only refunded me for the product, not the delivery charge. I am really not impressed! Although I do like their products, this whole experience was a big disappointment. I'll use up what I have and then switch to a different brand. I just can't cope with this nonsense anymore. It's really disappointing 😞

    I waited a whole eleven days for my order to be sent, only for it to be cancelled in the end. No reason was given, just a simple cancellation. They said I'll get my money back "within 10 days", which means waiting over 20 days for my funds to be returned to me.

    Products amazing but poor delivery experience

    The stuff I bought was really great, and the prices were unbeatable! However, when I ordered from their website, the shipping and service left a lot to be desired. UPS claimed they tried to deliver my package when I was home, but they didn't even ring the bell. They didn't make another attempt and just sent it back to the company, and now my order has been cancelled. So now I'm left with no product at all!

    I placed an order back in November and made sure to include some special delivery instructions. But, would you believe it, the courier ended up leaving my package at a pick-up shop without even letting me know properly. I tried to follow up in January and they told me that my order was never collected and that I should be getting a refund soon. Now, here we are in May and I'm still waiting around, with my emails being totally ignored. The whole situation is just shocking, isn't it? This is meant to be the age of e-commerce, but the service I've received has been absolutely dreadful.

    Delayed order, missing product

    I was really disappointed with the service I received. It all started when I was placing my order and ran into a bunch of problems. I get that things might be a bit slow during the Black Friday rush, but my order took way longer than they first told me. And then, when it finally got sent out, it didn't even reach me. I admit I messed up a bit by not giving them my full address for delivery. But I did try to get in touch with both the delivery company and the company itself before they sent it out, but got no response at all. They had all my details, but only tried to deliver once and then sent it back. I sent them a bunch of messages on their site, but all I got were automated replies promising someone would get back to me, which never happened. Then, after a few months, they said they'd refund me within 8 days, but that turned into a few more months with still no money back. I eventually gave up and now I just want to warn others to maybe steer clear of them, unless they're into not hearing back and waiting forever.
