Stress reliever, body and skincare products
As someone who returns home everyday feeling stressed out due to work stress, I was always in the look out for stress reliever. As such, based on recommendations and personal findings, I have used a number of products claiming to cure or relieve stress but the results were either not there at all or too minimal to notice. Even at then, I wasn't deterred. Thankfully, I recorded a remarkable difference when through one of the recommendations I decided to buy from This works. That was when I experienced true relief from stress and since then, This Works has remained a haven for all stress relief for me. Beyond stress relief, I also enjoy sleeping products, body and skincare products and others from the company. Kudos to This Works.
Deep Sleep Pillow Spray and Stress Check Clean Hands Gel
I must say, I'm really impressed with the Deep Sleep Pillow Spray and the Stress Check Clean Hands Gel that I bought from here. The Pillow Spray has actually helped me sleep better, which is something I've struggled with lately. The scent is so calming and really helps set the scene for a peaceful night's sleep. And the Stress Check Clean Hands Gel is the only hand sanitiser I've found that doesn't dry out my hands or make them feel cracked. It's gentle but does the job well, which I like. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchases and I'd definitely recommend these products to others.
In Transit No Traces Face Pads and Deep Sleep Spray
I recently bought the In Transit No Traces Face Pads and the Deep Sleep Spray from this store. I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good both products are. The face pads make my skin feel so fresh and clean, great for a quick refresh during the day or when travelling. And the Deep Sleep Spray actually helps me to relax and sleep well at night. The smell is nice too, not too strong, which I really like. All in all, I'm happy with my buys and would definitely suggest these products to others.
Pillow spray, hand cream, dry leg oil
I absolutely love the products from this brand, they are just amazing. The pillow spray is essential for a great night's sleep, and the hand cream smells lovely and feels so luxurious on your skin. My top pick though is definitely the dry leg oil, it keeps my skin super moisturised. I've noticed that you can often find some really good offers either on the company's own website or at stores like M&S, so it's worth having a good look around to find the best deal.
Had an order stuck with a delivery company
Oh my gosh, my order went missing for a whole week because of the delivery company! I was panicking because it was a gift and really important. But when I got in touch with the company, they were absolutely fantastic! They sent out a replacement straight away with next day delivery, and it arrived just in time. I'm so grateful, thank you, thank you, thank you!
Deep sleep body cocoon lotion and pillow spray
I bought the deep sleep body cocoon lotion and pillow spray from this brand because I was having trouble sleeping. I used them every night for 3 weeks, but unfortunately, they didn't make any difference to the quality of my sleep. I was really let down by this, especially as they cost a hefty £55.
Deep sleep pillow spray
I recently spoke with a customer service rep called Ella at This Works, and she was absolutely amazing. I made a mistake with my order, but Ella dealt with it really well. She sorted out the issue quickly and professionally. It was my first time shopping with This Works online, and I was really impressed by their service. I haven't got my deep sleep pillow spray yet, but I'm hopeful it will be as good as they say. If it is, I'll definitely shop with them again.
Hand cream purchase
Oh my goodness, this hand cream is just absolutely fantastic! I tested it out in the shop and my hands felt incredibly soft after just one application. I decided to purchase it right then and there, and I am so pleased with my decision. The scent is absolutely divine and very soothing. Additionally, it absorbs incredibly quickly, making it perfect for those who need a fast-drying cream. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone! I will definitely be purchasing it again.

This brand sells really great skincare products that have been doing wonders for my skin. I've been using their Morning Expert Hyaluronic Serum and Deep Sleep Pillow Spray, and I'm honestly blown away by how well they work. The serum makes my skin feel hydrated and radiant, and the pillow spray helps me unwind and drift off into a peaceful sleep every night. I really like that the brand is eco-friendly and the customer service is outstanding.

I bought some skin care products from This Works and I had a bit of a bad time, to be honest. I used my Visa card for the purchase, but a week later, someone tried to make a dodgy large purchase with my card, and luckily it got stopped. When I asked This Works about it, they said it wasn't their fault and that their systems were safe. But then I got an email from their customer service saying that someone had got into their online ordering system without permission. This has made me think twice about shopping on their website and I'm not sure if I trust them for future buys.
Speedy delivery but poor communication
I recently bought something from This Works and I was a bit disappointed with the lack of communication about my delivery. The product was alright, but I had to ask about where my order was because it had been left in my front garden for almost a week without me knowing.
Stress roll on purchase
I bought the stress roll-on product from this company, but it turned out to be faulty as no product came out when I tried to use it. I contacted customer service through email and they said I needed to print something, pay for postage, and then maybe get a refund. The whole process seemed way too complicated and inconvenient, especially as I don't have a printer. It left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I can't help but feel like this system was made to put customers off returning products. I used to really like this company and their original sleep spray, but now I'm thinking about looking elsewhere after this bad experience.
Pillow spray and baby lavender oil
Oh my gosh, this website is amazing! I got this lavender oil for just £1, can you believe it? It's usually £12, what a great deal! My little one really likes it and sleeps so much better now. The pillow spray I got earlier was also fantastic. And you know what? They package everything so nicely and the delivery was really fast. I will definitely be shopping with them again, without a doubt!
Smell good stuff
This shop is absolutely fantastic! Their products smell incredible and actually do the job. Every time I send them an email, they respond really quickly and are so friendly. I've loved everything I've purchased from them!
Deep Sleep Pillow Spray
I bought the Deep Sleep Pillow Spray not long ago and I have to say, it was a bit of a letdown. It didn't really live up to the hype and, to be honest, it just seemed like scented water. I tried using it regularly for a week, but it didn't do much for me in terms of helping me sleep better. What's more, it looked like they were deleting some of the negative reviews on their website, which is worrying because it might not give a true picture of what customers actually think.
Eye cream purchase
I bought an eye cream from this company as a present not long ago. But, when I got round to using it, I was shocked to see that the cream was a weird colour and had a really unpleasant smell. Quickly got in touch with the company to ask for a new one, but they said no because I couldn’t prove I bought it. Pretty gutted about it as it was obviously a problem with their product which caused it to go off. I’ve never had this happen with beauty products before, and I'm not too happy now as their customer.
Skincare products
I bought some skincare stuff from this company not too long ago and it wasn't great, to be honest. Soon after I placed my order, they kept bombarding me with loads of emails and even physical mail every single day, all full of promotions and ads. It got really annoying and intrusive. When I got in touch with their customer service to ask to be taken off their mailing list, they told me it would take at least 6 weeks to sort out. I thought that was pretty rubbish and not great for their reputation when it comes to looking after customers.
Face cream
The cream's great, but the customer service is terrible! I got it from their website and everything was okay until I was hit with this massive customs fee out of nowhere. It was almost as much as the cream itself! When I contacted customer service to complain, they just told me that EU customers are supposed to know about these fees now. How was I supposed to know that? I'm not Sherlock Holmes! If you're in the EU, I'd suggest getting this cream from somewhere else to avoid all this hassle.
