    Missing item in order

    I recently bought something from this company and I found out that one of the items was missing from my order. I got in touch with Customer Services, but had to wait a long time before being told that the parcel was the right weight for the items sent, suggesting that I was making up the missing item. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to believe me made me feel really frustrated and like I had no power. I asked to speak to someone higher up to make a formal complaint, but I'm worried I'll have to wait a long time for a response. I'm really let down by the customer service I received and won't be shopping with them again.

    Heat gear to keep me warm

    The weather is much colder this year. However, the training continues. I am an athlete and I run as a profession. I needed clothing to keep me warm throughout the exercise and I discovered I could trust under Armour with my clothing. I ordered heat gear and a head warmer. I got my delivery. I love the material used in producing the clothing they were of high quality and comfortable. I got ready for the training with my heat gear I felt warm and was very active for the exercise. One of my colleagues hopes to order an heat gear from under armour soon.

    Velociti wind trainers

    I bought a pair of Velociti wind trainers not long ago and to be honest, I'm a bit let down by them. They do fit well and they look cool, but they're not very practical. When it's wet outside, they get super slippery, so they're pretty much useless in the rain. Plus, they make this annoying squeaking noise on shiny floors, which can be really embarrassing. In my opinion, I wouldn't suggest these shoes to anyone based on my own experience.

    UA Velociti Wind 3 shoes

    The UA Velociti Wind 3 shoes were a real let down. I thought I'd got a bargain with a 50% discount, but they aren't even worth £40 let alone their original price of £140. The design looked good initially, but in reality, they're far from it. The back of the shoe rubs against your heel because it's too low, which is really uncomfortable. Not to mention, the narrow toe area is painfully tight and not pleasant to wear for long periods. The midsole doesn't offer any cushioning or support, so it feels like you're walking on hard ground. Overall, these shoes are a big disappointment and don't meet expectations at all.

    I bought two things the other day, but I only got one of them when my order arrived. I got in touch with customer service to try and sort it out, but their reply wasn't great.     I popped over to this shop to get some sports shoes and leggings, but honestly, I was really disappointed. The service was shocking - they never bothered to reply to my messages and just acted like I didn't exist. Apparently, this has been going on for years, which is just crazy. And then they have the cheek to tell customers not to send too many messages because it will mess up their system. Like, seriously? Sort out your system then! I've decided I won't be shopping there ever again, what a joke.

    I bought some sportswear from this company not long ago, and I have to say, I wasn't too impressed. The quality of the stuff was alright, but the customer service was a bit of a let down.     As a newcomer to the store, I was really let down by my experience. I bought some trainers at the start of January and I still haven't got my money back, even after trying to get in touch with customer service many times. I reached out three times over 11 weeks but didn't hear anything until my husband finally managed to speak to someone, who then told us there was an issue with the purchase date. I was promised a refund two weeks ago but I'm still waiting for it. This kind of service is just not on and has made me pretty angry and annoyed.

    So, I bought some new clothes from this store at the beginning of the year. And you know what? I had to return 4 of them because they didn't fit properly. The thing is, they only refunded me for 1 item and I'm still waiting for the other 3. It's been nearly 3 months now and all they keep saying is they're really busy and that's why it's taking so long. Come on, sort it out already! I really liked their clothes but I'm never ordering from them again. There are plenty of other great sports brands out there, you know?

    Returned two items in January

    I sent back two items in January in the same package, but I've only been refunded for one of them! I've tried emailing multiple times but haven't received a response. I can't even get through on the phone and the online chat is terrible. It seems like they're doing this to many other customers as well! How can they just hold onto customers' money when they actually owe them a refund? I definitely won't be purchasing from them again, and I demand my other refund!

    Trainers purchased on 12/12

    I bought a pair of trainers on the 12th of December, but the shop where I was supposed to collect them didn't accept the delivery for some reason, so they were sent back to the warehouse. The company sent me a message saying I would get a refund within two weeks. However, it's been almost four weeks now and I still haven't received my refund. I've sent loads of emails and tried to chat with customer service online, but I haven't got any response. Where is my refund? This is really unacceptable and it just feels like a scam!

    I bought a T-shirt from this company, but Fedex wrongly said it was delivered and signed for. When I got in touch with Fedex, they recognised they made a mistake. But, I've been trying to contact the company through different ways like the contact form, web chat, customer services email, and it's been no use. It's been a month now and I haven't heard anything from them. So, I've had to make a chargeback claim on my credit card because of the poor customer service. It's surprising to see how many others have had the same troubles with this company.

    Socks with holes

    I bought socks from this company the other day and they came with holes in them, which was quite disappointing. I've tried to contact the company a few times via email about this problem but haven't heard back from them at all. It's safe to say that I'm really let down by their customer service, and I won't be buying anything from them again in the future.
