Shirts for my sons
I just want to say that the shirts I bought for my sons are really great quality - they can't get enough of wearing them! But, I have to admit, I was pretty disappointed with the website. It's not very easy to use, I found it really confusing. The billing and shipping details were all mixed up, which was really frustrating for me. Also, searching for shirts was a real hassle because you couldn't really tell the colours unless you zoomed in. The titles for the shirt preferences weren't very clear either, which made it hard for me to find exactly what I wanted. Overall, the website was not up to scratch and definitely needs some improvements to make it a better shopping experience for customers like me.
Will shop from Untuckit again
I have been ordering for various products includes fleeces, tees and sweaters from Untuckit for over 8 months now. I am always happy about the looks and quality of the products that they deliver to me. Even though their price is generally more than what similar looking products sell for in other companies I have patronized, I have also noticed that the durability of the products is also about 2 to 3 times more. Hence, I don’t mind as I get value for my money. You should also be mindful about their sizes. Order a size higher than the normal size you wear to get a perfect fit.
Casual shirts and chinos
I was a bit worried at first when I had some problems with returning an item, but when I contacted them through social media, I was really surprised by how quickly they got back to me and sorted everything out. The customer service team was really helpful and even gave me a free returns label and a good discount voucher to make up for the inconvenience. It's definitely made me feel more confident about shopping with them again in the future.

I had a little problem with my online order not long ago, but a chap by the name of Dan from customer service was an absolute star and sorted it out in no time. I've been a customer for a fair bit and never had any troubles until now, but Dan's skill and speed made it all run smoothly. Fast delivery, misleading free returns
I bought something from this company the other day and I was surprised at how quickly it was delivered. But, I was let down when I found out that the clothes were actually made in China, which wasn't mentioned clearly on their website. Also, they say they do free returns but then they take a fee from your refund, calling it a 'tax', which means you end up paying for the postage anyway. It's not really a free returns policy at all, and I felt like they were trying to trick me, which was really annoying.
Recent Shirt Purchase
I must say, I was really disappointed with the customer service in this store recently. I've shopped here quite a bit in the past, but this time everything seemed to go wrong. The order was wrong, there was no communication, and the staff weren't very helpful at all. It was a complete nightmare. Even though I've been a loyal customer, they didn't seem to care about the inconvenience. I was really put off by the lack of professionalism and care they showed. It's made me think twice about shopping here again in the future. It's a shame because I do like some of their clothes, but the bad customer service has really put me off.
Shirt purchase
I really wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. The service was absolutely dreadful - the email responses were either clueless or unhelpful. The shirts themselves are just alright, definitely not worth the discounted price I paid. They're basically the same as regular shirts, nothing special. The confusing returns process frustrated me, so I ended up just keeping the shirts. Now I'm stuck with two decent shirts that I paid way too much for.
Pants sized incorrectly
I bought some trousers for my husband online the other day. We had a bit of a problem with the size, though. Even though we ordered a pair that was supposed to be W34L32, when they arrived, the measurements were way off. The waist was actually 37.5 inches, which was really annoying. Because of this mix-up, the trousers didn't fit my husband at all. It was quite frustrating to come across such a simple error in sizing. It was even more disappointing because we had ordered shirts from the same brand before and they had fit perfectly.
Oversized Shirts
I recently bought two shirts from this company, thinking I needed a bigger size because I'd heard they come up small. But when they arrived, they were actually too big and not really worth the money. I sent them back straight away using the prepaid envelope from DHL. It took a frustrating three weeks after the company got my return for me to get my refund, but I finally got it. I was so annoyed that I even mentioned the consumer ombudsman.
Two shirts, wrong sizes
I purchased two shirts from that shop, and I used their size guide, but unfortunately, both turned out to be the wrong size. I attempted to exchange one in person at the store, but they seemed to be trying to cheat me into paying more money. I won't be going back there to shop again.
Discounted order for NHS staff
I decided to buy something to show my support for a brand that was giving discounts to NHS workers as a way to say thank you for their hard work during the pandemic. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was a let down. I placed my order only to get an email the next day saying it was cancelled. Turns out this wasn't a one-off, as I found out from reading more reviews. It seems a lot of other customers, including NHS workers, have had their orders cancelled without any explanation. Treating customers, especially those working hard in healthcare, like this is definitely not right.
Recent shirt purchase
I bought some shirts not too long ago, but I had a bit of a rough time with it. The customer service was fine at first, but then I ran into some problems with the delivery of one of the shirts. They told me it would be sent out with a confirmation notice, but it's been over 10 days now and still no sign of that third shirt.
Ill-fitting shirts
The sizes of the shirts I bought were all wrong, so I had to send them back. The delivery time was alright, but dealing with the returns and waiting for my money back has been a real pain. I paid for the return postage myself and the warehouse got the shirts back and confirmed it, but I'm still waiting for my refund four months later. I've got evidence that the shirts made it back to them, but it feels like they're taking their sweet time with giving me my money back. This whole thing has really put me off, and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

I had a really bad experience with the customer service and courier. The tracking info on their website hasn't been updated in over a week and I've sent two emails and tried the live support, but no response. Other online orders from different companies have been fine, so no excuse for their bad communication and late delivery. Really frustrated and thinking of disputing it.
Recent shirt purchase
I bought some shirts for my husband from this company not long ago. He's had some shirts from them in the past that he really likes, but these new ones weren't up to scratch. The Henley shirt felt thin and didn't have the same level of detail as the ones he already had. And the polo shirt was much shorter than expected, with shorter sleeves too, not matching the quality of his other shirts. Overall, the fit was inconsistent and the quality just wasn't as good as before which was a bit disappointing.
