    Don't expect good customer service. They blame your for their own mistakes.
    As a seller, I am appalled at their practices. They mess up shipments to the customer and then blame the seller for it, although it is completely their fault. Poor buyers, unaware that all the problems with orders are usually due to VC being incompetent, rude, arrogant, useless and with very dubious business practices.
    As a buyer, I was charged twice for an item, and although they resolved it after some time, it still took me over a month to sort it out. If there are problems with the order, it's a Russian roulette. Sometimes they will believe you, sometimes they will just say that it can't be helped.

    I sold a handbag via direct shipping, since direct shipping makes me really nervous, I took a lot of pictures of the item with the shipping label, the inside, etc. Buyer then claimed item was damaged (it was brand new) I sent VC the pictures, I get an email back that they agree with me and I will be paid. I am relieved. Now yesterday I get an email that they have the item in their warehouse, do I want it sent back or relisted by them - mind you the item is now damaged (not sure if it was by the buyer or somebody opening it, but I had the parcel well secured and taped up) - so I have sent out a new item, that got damaged and they give me the choice of selling a damaged item or getting a damaged item back.
    2 emails from them, contradicting each other, customer service unhelpful.
