    I absolutely love shopping on this app! It's brilliant because there's such a wide range of amazing items from all around the globe. The users on here really appreciate fancy things, so you know you're getting quality stuff. However, there are a couple of things that bother me. For instance, when I make an offer, I wish they would give me the total cost upfront. There have been occasions where I've agreed to an offer, only for the seller to pull out because they hadn't factored in additional costs. It's quite frustrating! Additionally, I find it annoying that I can't edit my listings once they're live. If I make a mistake, instead of being able to make changes, I have to start from scratch. It's really disappointing. I also wish it was simpler to navigate through my own store. Sometimes my items are listed oddly, making it difficult to locate them for removal. Consequently, I sometimes end up selling items I no longer have! It's disappointing. Nevertheless, it's a fantastic app for purchasing cool items overall.

    The customer service on this platform is absolutely fantastic - they're available round the clock and always eager to help out. It's a brilliant place to have a browse and pick up some luxurious items. That being said, the approval process for selling goods could definitely be speeded up a bit. It would be really useful if there were more specific guidelines on the pictures needed for each listing to make things smoother. For instance, having a prompt to specify exactly which pictures are required, like "include a snap of the back of the bag in this section." Despite these small issues, my overall experience was fantastic and I'd definitely recommend Vestiaire Collective to anyone wanting a top-notch shopping experience. Cheers.

    Reliable selling platform

    I wasn't sure at first about using this platform, but once I got the gist of it, I realised it's actually a pretty good place to flog stuff. It's just a bit annoying when folk make an offer and then disappear when you accept it, or when they try to low-ball you after agreeing on a price. Had a bit of a rough start with one buyer like that. Anyway, I did manage to make a sale eventually and I reckon it's not a bad shout for others looking to do the same. Maybe they could do with giving some more pointers or advice to make selling easier, though.

    I've been shopping on Vestiaire Collective for a while now, and I finally decided to buy a white shirt that I'd had my eye on. Everything went smoothly - detailed descriptions and clear images of the product made the process hassle-free. However, one thing that could be better is the reservation policy when a seller accepts an offer. Currently, the item gets blocked for 24 hours, which could potentially hold back other interested buyers. It would be more helpful if the item stayed available for purchase while the offer is still on the table.

    Shipping label issue

    I had a bit of a problem with the shipping labels from the company. They sent me two labels, one for 0.5kg and one for 1kg, for some wool coats that actually weighed 1kg each. This caused a problem because the total weight, with packaging included, was over the limit on the labels. The result was that the delivery got delayed. As a company that prides itself on being prompt with deliveries, it's really important to make sure the right labels are provided to avoid these kind of issues in the future.

    I've bought a few things from Vestiaire Collective and I have to say, it's been a really good experience. The website is easy to use and all my transactions went really smoothly and safely. There was this one time when someone tried to scam both me and Vestiaire, but the support team stepped in straight away and sorted it out. I was really impressed by how quickly they took action and dealt with the situation. Their customer service team always get back to me quickly and they're really polite too.

    My time using Vestiaire Collective has been a bit of a mixed bag, to be honest. On the one hand, I've found it really handy and safe for buying and selling stuff.     I've been shopping and selling stuff on Vestiaire Collective for a while now and gotta say, it's been pretty good overall.     I've sold 571 handbags on this platform and it's been quite profitable. But let me tell you, the pricing algorithm they use here is a complete mess. It always undervalues rare items, which makes it tough to sell them at their actual market worth.     Difficult contact, experts unable, zero service quality

    As someone who has used Vestiaire Collective as a customer, I have to admit that my experience with their customer service has not been great. It has been a struggle to get in touch with them, receiving little to no response. The quality of service I have received in relation to the price I paid has been very poor. The chat function on their website doesn't seem to be helpful at all, as it doesn't provide any clear solutions or assistance. Recently, I bought a jacket and asked their 'experts' to confirm its authenticity. Unfortunately, these experts seemed to lack knowledge and asked for unnecessary documents without explaining what they really needed. Even though the jacket is widely known as an original piece, with a lot of information available online about the designer, the experts at Vestiaire Collective didn't seem to recognize this. It makes me wonder, how can they call themselves experts if they don't have basic knowledge? The company seems to be lacking in customer support, leaving customers to deal with issues on their own despite the high commissions they earn. It's disappointing to see the decline in the level of service from Vestiaire Collective, with complaints being ignored and no solutions in sight.

    Canceled sale, lost item, delayed refund

    Even though my sale got cancelled and the item went missing during delivery, after a whole month of going back and forth with Customer Service, the problem was finally sorted out. The buyer got their refund straight away, but I was left without the dress or the money. It was only after a thorough investigation that I eventually got my payment. I suggest that Vestiaire Collective holds off on refunding buyers until sellers confirm that the item has been returned. Despite the frustrating ordeal, I have to give a shout out to one customer service rep in particular, Paul R, who was the most helpful person during the whole ordeal.
