Citizen watch
I really love Watch Gang! I purchased a Citizen watch from them, which was my first proper watch, and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The quality is fantastic, and I feel really stylish whenever I wear it. But the thing I love most about Watch Gang is that they have introduced me to other watch brands that I would never have found on my own. Audaz, Duxot, and Axewell have some amazing watches that are really unique and fascinating. Thanks to Watch Gang, my watch collection has grown, and my taste in watches has expanded!
Quality watches subscription
I'm really chuffed with the watches I've got from my Watch Gang subscription. They're proper smart, well-made, and way more stylish than I expected. I originally joined up to get some new watches for my husband's collection, and we've been over the moon with what we've received. Plus, I like how Watch Gang introduces us to brands we might not have heard of before, but which are top quality. It's a brilliant way to find some new favourites in the watch world.

Watch Gang always manages to impress me with how quickly they deliver. From the moment I ordered to the watch arriving at my door, everything went smoothly and without any issues. The delivery driver from Federal Express was not just on time but also very polite, making the whole experience really pleasant. I placed my order on the 10th of May and got it on the 17th, which is pretty amazing for a delivery to Canada. In general, I'm really happy with the service that Watch Gang provides.

The OOO watch I got from the cool watch club at Watch Gang is absolutely brilliant. The watch is even better than I expected, with top-notch quality and a really great design. I've just joined this watch subscription and I'm absolutely loving the different watches I've been getting. Oh my gosh, I got my watch and it is absolutely amazing! It arrived earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. Unique and fun watches
The watches from Watch Gang are always really special and exciting to get from the wheel. I love the surprise and excitement of not knowing what watch I'll get next. Although, I do wish there were better chances for the higher-tier watches as it can be a bit disappointing to keep getting lower-tier ones. But, overall, the whole experience is still fantastic.
Awesome watch spin
I spun the wheel and managed to get an amazing watch! The choices were really great, with lots of high-quality watches to pick from. I even ended up with a better watch than I thought I would, and at a lower price too, which was absolutely amazing. All in all, I'd say it was a fantastic deal and I'm over the moon with my new watch!

I'm so chuffed, I managed to win a watch from 1996 which is totally brilliant. The shipping only cost me $6.50, which is a bargain. I'm over the moon with my buy and I'm really excited to flaunt my new watch to all my mates!
Woman's collection watches
I've been a loyal customer of the women's collection at Watch Gang and have managed to get around 13 watches over time. However, I've noticed that the level 1 watches they offer don't quite meet my expectations in terms of uniqueness and quality compared to higher-level ones. Recently, I had an issue where the watch I spun for never arrived. After reaching out to customer service, my order number seemed to vanish into thin air and I haven't heard back since. This lack of follow-up and resolution has left me feeling really let down, especially considering the investment I've put into my collection through subscriptions and extra purchases. I was even more surprised to see that the label for my missing watch was for a different membership tier, which just added to the confusion and frustration. Overall, I think that Watch Gang's focus on positive reviews might be overshadowing the actual customer service experience they provide.
Overpriced mystery watch subscription
Don't bother with this subscription service - I reckon it's best to save your money and go straight to the brand. Their customer service is pretty poor and it seems like they're just sending out products from another provider. I bought a watch from them and it turned out to be a low-end version, which I later discovered was cheaper on the internet with a simple Google search. It's been three days now and still no new information on my order, only that it's waiting to be shipped by USPS. So yeah, my advice is to steer clear of this subscription service and find a better way to spend your time and money.

I've had a few issues with orders getting canceled, which has been a bit annoying and disappointing. But, in general, I think the company offers a good service overall, and they have a nice variety of watches to choose from.
Subscription watch purchase
After signing up for the service, I was a bit disappointed with the Spin Wheel game. The watches I got seemed to be too expensive compared to their actual value, which made me wonder if it was worth playing. I spun the wheel nine times and received level 1 watches every time, even though I was actually aiming for them. While that was alright, statistically, I should have got at least two level 2 items. It made me feel like the game was rigged to favour the lower-level watches. It might be better for customers to do their own research and buy watches individually instead of relying on the subscription service. Also, getting the same type of watches, like two green ones in a row from January to February, was quite disappointing. Even though the second green watch was replaced after I complained, not being able to choose my watches makes it all too predictable and takes away from the fun of the service.
Black Tier subscription watch
I got my first watch from the Black Tier subscription and I've got to admit, I'm really chuffed with it. The watch is top-notch quality and you can tell that a lot of care and skill went into making it. I can't wait to grow my collection with more watches and I'm buzzing to see what other amazing pieces I'll get in the future.
