    Even though I encountered a technical issue while shopping, I think it's important to keep things in perspective and not make a big deal out of it. We all make mistakes, it's just part of being human, and it's crucial to deal with them in a mature and understanding way. Weekday had a technical problem, but they acted promptly by giving me a 20% discount code as a gesture of goodwill. Some might say that it's not a huge amount compared to what I was hoping for, but we have to remember that businesses can't give things away for free. I appreciate that Weekday acknowledged the issue and offered something to make up for the inconvenience.

    Excellent quality clothing

    I've been a regular customer for quite some time now, and I have to admit, the quality of the clothing is fantastic. Unlike other fast fashion brands, the material they use is really thick and long-lasting. My t-shirts have lasted for years, which makes them well worth the money. Plus, whenever I've had any issues, the customer service team has been swift to help and solve the problem within a day. It's not easy to find a brand that really cares about quality and customer service like they do.

    I absolutely love the clothes, they're definitely my favourite store right now. But, I do think they need to seriously improve their online system. I recently tried to return an item I bought online in the actual store, but they had a system outage and couldn't process the return. Plus, the website is always so slow, which can be really irritating. If they could sort out these problems, they would be fantastic. Hopefully, this feedback can help them improve instead of just sounding like a moaner.

    I was feeling a bit nervous about ordering at first because of all the poor reviews, but I thought I'd take a chance. And you know what? I ended up receiving two pairs of awesome jeans that I absolutely adore! They're top-notch quality and they fit me just right. Plus, the prices were pretty reasonable too, which is a nice bonus. I'll definitely be ordering from here again in the future whenever I need some new jeans!

    Return and refund issue

    I had a bit of a frustrating experience recently with a return and refund issue at this shop. When I wanted to send back an item, they said I had to pay for the return shipping. I got in touch with customer service to ask for a return label, but they told me it wasn't working and they couldn't give me a new one. Instead, they told me to pay for the return postage myself and said they'd refund me later on. So, reluctantly, I handed over €21 to send the package back to the Netherlands. But, even after sending in the receipt, I still haven't received the refund they promised. It's been more than 3 months of back and forth with the not very helpful customer service team trying to get my cash back.

    Multiple items ordered, one item missing and incorrect item received

    I recently bought a bunch of stuff from this shop, but they messed up my order. They sent me the wrong item and missed out something I actually wanted. It was a nightmare and got me so stressed out. I got in touch with their customer service on chat, and they were pretty quick and nice about helping me out. But they couldn't swap the wrong item, so I had to send it back and order the right one all over again to avoid any more hassle. I ended up sending back everything for a refund, but at first, they only gave me back some of the money. I had to contact them again to ask about the missing bit. Eventually, I got the rest of my refund, but they took £2.90 off, maybe for shipping. The whole thing was a total pain and I wouldn't recommend using this service to anyone.

    Two cancelled orders and poor customer service

    I recently made two orders with the company, but both got cancelled out of the blue with no explanation. I tried contacting customer service, but all I got was a standard reply a week later that didn't help at all. The way the customer service, social media, and e-commerce teams dealt with the situation was really disappointing and unprofessional.

    Slow delivery, misleading shipping information, unhelpful customer service

    I can't believe how cheeky this company is! I ordered my stuff for a special event, paid £4 for shipping, and was promised delivery in 4-5 days. But 10 days later and my order still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer service nicely to ask for a refund on the shipping fee since my items didn't come on time. Their response was defensive and not helpful at all, they said shipping takes 6-7 working days. When I said their website said 4-5 days, they changed it to 7-8 days! It feels like they're just making things up as they go! It's shocking that they won't even refund £4 when they didn't deliver my order on time.

    I was really let down by the express delivery service I used recently. I thought I'd get my order quickly by paying extra for express delivery. But after 7 days, my package still hadn't turned up. It definitely wasn't what I'd call express service, especially after shelling out more money for it. The fact that there were no updates or communication about the delivery just made me even more annoyed.

    I recently bought some clothes from this company and, let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare. Everything was smooth with the other brand I ordered from, but the things I got from this company were a disaster. They didn't bother to keep me in the loop at all, and there were no updates on the status of my order. It's really frustrating when you're kept in the dark about something you've spent your hard-earned money on. The customer service was terrible and, to be honest, I was expecting better from a brand that is linked to a well-known retailer. I definitely won't be shopping with this company again in the future.

    I was pretty disappointed with my online shopping experience. The website wasn't very user-friendly, because even after I entered my address, it automatically chose 'pick-up' as the delivery option at checkout. When I got in touch with customer service to fix this, they couldn't change my address, even though my order hadn't been shipped yet. It was really frustrating that they couldn't be more flexible and figure this out. On top of that, they didn't even give me a clear idea of when I could expect to get my order.

    I bought this really nice top online, but when it arrived, it was way too big for me. So, I thought I'd return it, but then I found out I had to pay £2.90 for the return. What a disappointment! I've never had this issue with other online shops, so I'm pretty annoyed. Because of this annoying charge, I won't be shopping with them again!

    Three pairs of jeans purchased

    I bought three pairs of jeans from this shop recently, but I was really disappointed with the experience. I got two pairs of the same style in different colours, both labelled as Rowe extra high, but the waist measurements were completely different. One pair was much too big and the other was way too small, almost 10 cm difference! And to top it off, the third pair was sent in the wrong size. Not good at all.

    When I tried to return them, the instructions were confusing and unclear, which just made things worse. I feel really let down by this whole situation and now I'm not sure if I want to shop on their website again.

    I ordered some new clothes from this store, but it's taking them forever to deliver them. It's been two days since they were supposed to be here, and I haven't heard anything from their customer service team. Seriously, where are my clothes? I was really looking forward to wearing my new outfit, but now I'm just here waiting and waiting. It's getting really frustrating, I just hope they can figure it out soon.
