    I bought this leather bag from that place. But the stitches were starting to come off under the shoulder strap. I let them know about it and they took ages to sort it out. I even had to pay for the return postage, which I wasn't happy about. But in the end, they did send me a new bag before I even sent the old one back. That was a pretty good move, I suppose.     I had a really bad experience with this online shop. I ordered something and got sent the wrong thing. To top it off, I had to fork out a lot in taxes for this wrong item that was delivered to me here in the UK. When I tried to send it back and get my money back, they said it was an 'imported product' and couldn't be returned. I asked for a discount code so I could buy the right thing, but my emails to customer service were totally ignored. It's been super frustrating and disappointing overall.

    The website said it would take 3 days for delivery, but to my delight, the package was at my door by 8.15 am the very next morning, on February 28th. The speed and efficiency of the delivery far exceeded my expectations. I must say, I am very pleased with the fast and reliable service from Chemist.net.

    I recently bought something online that I thought was cool, but it ended up coming in two separate packages which was quite annoying. Despite entering my work address in the "optional" section, none of the packages had it listed on the label. Thankfully, the first package eventually arrived because the delivery person was clever enough to call me when they couldn't find the address. However, the second package was marked as delivered even though I never received it - I had to rely on a kind neighbour to bring it to me in the end.     I booked a hotel and car park deal at Heathrow recently using this service. The listing said it was a mystery hotel "just a short distance from the terminal." I was looking forward to saving money and being near the terminals. But, once I paid and got the hotel confirmation, I found out that the Delta by Marriott hotel was actually almost 7 miles away from the terminals. They didn't give a phone number, so I had to email them to check, but they never replied. I recommend using a different website for booking travel, as this one isn't trustworthy.
