Ten-year-old Herman Miller Aeron chair
I got my Herman Miller Aeron chair around ten years ago, which came with a 12-year warranty. Recently, I noticed that the arms were a bit wobbly and the tensioner that controls the chair back wasn't working as well. Because of moving around a lot and putting heavy stuff on the chair, it was tricky to fix without taking it apart.
When the engineer came to check it out, they had a tough time because they weren't used to this model. However, they managed to give me a temporary replacement and took my chair to the workshop for fixing. They came back for a second visit and gave me another chair to use while mine was being fixed. They kept me updated through phone calls and emails the whole time.
When I finally got my chair back, it felt even better than when I first got it. I'm really happy with the amazing service I got, and I want to thank Chris and Tasha for going above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out.New chair purchase
I recently got myself a new chair from Wellworking to swap out my old one from a cheaper store. The suggestion to give Wellworking a try was bang on, their products are top-notch and really well-designed. I went for the HM Aeron chair, and let me tell you, it's made a world of difference in terms of comfort and support for my back.

When my company wanted to reopen our office in Scotland which was closed down for some reasons, we knew we would need new furniture. I was given the responsibility to source for a supplier. I went both online and offline and I saw tons of furniture dealers. It was confusing on which to settle with. I made enquiries on a couple of them, comparing prices, availability, delivery time and products quality. From their responses, Wellworking emerged most preferable and I went with them. Wellworking did not only keep to all its words but also gave us "thanks for patronising us" package at the end of the deal. Making my report to the company, the company decided to retain Wellworking as a supplier of all our furniture needs. I recommend Wellworking to anyone who needs quality furniture.
Adjustable ergonomic chair
My experience with Wellworking was absolutely brilliant. The customer service representative I spoke to knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect ergonomic chair. They gave me honest advice and that's why I decided to go with Wellworking in the end. The chair itself is top quality and has really helped me improve my posture and reduce my back pain. The instructions that came with the chair were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but once I got the hang of it, adjusting the chair to suit me was easy. The colour of the chair was a bit different from what I expected - more yellow than lime green. But it actually worked out well because it saved me some money and doesn't bother me once I'm sitting in it. All in all, it was a great purchase from a fantastic company.
Anglepoise lamp purchase
Wow, I had such a great time ordering my Anglepoise lamp! I made the decision to buy it pretty late on a Sunday night and was really happy to get confirmation that it was dispatched by 8am the next Monday. The lamp showed up promptly at 9am on Tuesday and I was so pleased with how good it was. Not only was it a good price, £20 cheaper than other ones I looked at, but the service was top-notch too. I'm definitely a happy customer and will be coming back for more things in the future.
Vitra Eames dining chairs
I'm absolutely chuffed with the six Vitra Eames dining chairs I ordered. The service was excellent from start to finish. I got updates at every stage and even had a call to let me know when they'd be arriving. Andy was spot on when he delivered them - really friendly and professional. He unpacked them all and took all the rubbish away, leaving me with my fab new chairs in no time at all. I can't fault the service I received - it was top-notch!
Chair purchase for WFH
I recently got a chair from this company to use while working from home, but it didn't quite meet my needs for long-term use. Fortunately, the folks at Wellworking were really helpful and sorted out a free collection and refund without any fuss. HM Verus chair purchase
I really appreciated the quick responses to my emails before I bought the HM Verus chair. The delivery went smoothly, with lots of updates to keep me in the loop, and the drivers showed up right on time. There was a little problem with the lumbar support, but Laura from customer service was amazing and sorted it out quickly when I called. She even offered to swap the chair for a different one or give me a refund. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this company for their fantastic customer service.
Awesome chair
This chair is absolutely amazing! It arrived really fast, just a day after I ordered it. The delivery went really smoothly and the delivery person was so friendly. Herman Aeron chair
I really wanted a Herman Aeron chair but had a hard time finding one on other websites. Luckily, I came across this one, though I was a bit unsure at first because it was pretty pricey and I was worried about the quality. But thankfully, the chair was personally delivered by a guy called Phil who was amazing. He kept me in the loop with emails, arrived on time, and even gave me a great rundown of the chair.

I actually managed to get myself a really awesome office chair and it was expected to arrive in 2-3 days. However, I later realised that I would be out when it was due to be delivered.
