Recent order issue resolution
I recently had a bit of a problem with an order I made a few months back where I saw two charges on my account for items I didn't actually get. So, I got in touch with customer service and a guy called Edward helped me out. He really went all out to sort things out for me. He looked into the charges carefully and found that one order wasn't even sent out for delivery, so he quickly gave me a refund for that. He also saw that the other order was linked to an old email address and payment hadn't gone through. Edward worked really hard to make sure the order went through without any extra charges, even though the prices had changed since I first bought the items. Throughout the whole process, which lasted almost two weeks, Edward kept me informed and fixed the issue smoothly. I was really impressed by the amazing customer service Edward provided.
Dotch messenger bag
I bought a Dotch messenger bag from this place recently and was disappointed to find that it came damaged. However, I have to say that the customer service I got from this brand was excellent. The person I spoke to, I think her name was Greta, was really helpful, understanding, and quick to fix the problem. She made everything simple and stress-free, which is hard to find these days. The replacement bag was sent out quickly and arrived at my door in just a few days. I was really impressed by the care and attention I got from this brand, and I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.
Earrings
I received the earrings I ordered quite quickly and they were in perfect condition when they arrived. They're really lovely, although I was a bit taken aback by how small they are - not quite what I was expecting. But I actually really like them just as they are. I first spotted these earrings on a TV show and then went on a hunt to find them, which eventually led me to your store. The service I received was top-notch, the delivery was quick, and the earrings themselves are really well made. All in all, a brilliant experience.
One belt dress
I got this really nice dress with a belt, but when it came, it only had one belt instead of two! 🙁 I got in touch with customer support and a lovely lady called Betty got back to me really quickly. She said she could give me a refund or try to get the missing belt from the designer. I really liked the belt, so I decided to wait. Betty was super kind and understanding, and she kept me updated with lots of emails. Unfortunately, we couldn't track down the missing belt, so she gave me a refund instead. Betty was fantastic!
Something cool and trendy
I was on the hunt for something really cool and trendy to buy when I stumbled upon this amazing item at the store. Unfortunately, my credit card had a PO Box billing address, so they couldn't accept it. However, Katie swooped in and saved the day! She suggested using Klarna instead, and just like that, the problem was sorted. Thanks to Katie's quick thinking and helpful nature, I was able to purchase my desired item without any issues. She really is wonderful and super helpful!
Failed return assistance
Laura really saved the day for me when I was having issues with my return. I was really struggling to sort it out by myself, but she came to the rescue and gave me the help and advice I needed. Her customer service skills were outstanding, and she made sure to deal with all my worries quickly and effectively. I'm so pleased with the result, all thanks to Laura's help.
Dress for a special occasion
I have to admit, my shopping trip to this shop was amazing. The customer service team really stepped up to help me sort out a problem I had with my refund. They were super quick and had it all sorted out in just 10 minutes. I can't thank them enough for being so fast and efficient. So, I picked up this totally amazing shirt from this shop and it was honestly the best thing ever. But then, I encountered a little issue with it and I was pretty upset. Luckily, this person named Jerice came to my rescue and they were incredibly kind and sorted everything out really fast. It felt like magic, honestly! Now I'm just over the moon and looking forward to returning to that shop because they're truly the best!

I just bought something from this shop and I have to say, I was pretty happy with how things went. Oh my gosh, you guys! I found this really adorable dress for my holiday, but it was all sold out in my size everywhere. I managed to find it on this website though, and they were absolutely amazing. The parcel arrived really quickly and it was all wrapped up so nicely. I was so pleased!
Bespoke leather handbag
I was really disappointed with my experience buying a custom leather handbag from Wolf and Badger. Everything started off well when I placed my order, but then there was a delay of 2 weeks with the delivery. They did keep me in the loop about what was going on, but they didn't stick to the dates they had promised for shipping. Like, they said it would be sent out on a Friday, but it wasn't. I asked if they could upgrade the postage to get it to me quicker, but they said no to that, which was a shame.
Sustainable packaging, quick delivery, perfect fit
The delivery from France was really quick, and I was chuffed with the sustainable packaging my item arrived in. The jacket looks great, and I'm pleased I went for a larger size as suggested by other reviews because it fits just right. But, I was gutted to discover that the fabric is all polyester, which isn't good for the planet.

She talked me through how to get a replacement without any trouble. I really value the excellent service I received and how my issue was sorted out easily.
Faulty Earrings Replacement
I bought some earrings from this place but they were faulty, so I was a bit disappointed. However, Madison from customer service was really helpful and kept me updated on the replacement. Even though there was a problem at first, the great customer service I got has made me feel good about shopping with them again in the future.

Missing order, late delivery
I'm really not happy with the lack of communication about my order being delayed. I was expecting to get my purchase by a certain date, but that passed with no updates from the company. It's frustrating when a brand doesn't keep their customers informed about delays or problems with their orders. If it wasn't for this mistake, I would have given them a better rating.
