New clock
I recently bought this really awesome new clock online. However, when it was delivered, I was gutted to see that it had been badly damaged, probably by the postman. I was really looking forward to having that cool clock in my room, so it was a real bummer. But, I decided to contact the customer service team and they were incredibly nice and understanding. They promptly sent me a brand new clock, which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase and the top-notch customer service I received. Massive shoutout to the fantastic team at this online store!
Wide-ranging and reasonably priced products, outstanding customer service, quick international delivery
I was really pleased with the wide range of products they had in that store, and the prices were pretty good too. The customer service I got was top-notch – when there was a problem with the packaging of my order which caused some damage, they replaced the items right away and even threw in a few extras for free. Even though the items were coming all the way from the U.S. to the U.K., the delivery was surprisingly fast, only taking a few days. All in all, I was really impressed with the choice of products, the great service I got, and how quickly everything arrived from abroad.
Custom ping pong paddle
I purchased a really cool custom ping pong paddle and was promised super fast shipping, but unfortunately UPS made a mistake and it never arrived! Luckily, I was able to speak to a fantastic lady called Joanna from customer service, and she was amazing. Joanna took charge, sorted out the issue promptly, arranged for a replacement paddle to be sent out quickly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The new paddle finally arrived in excellent condition and surprisingly quickly. Huge thanks to Joanna, she's awesome!
Wine tasting invitations purchase
The wine tasting invitations I bought were brilliant. There were so many designs to choose from, and it was easy to personalise them for my event. The quality of the invitations was top-notch, printed on lovely paper and they even came with envelopes as promised on the website. I was really happy with how they turned out, and my guests loved them too. I'd definitely recommend them to others - a great buy all round!
Ordered card for event
I ordered this card for an event that was coming up really soon, so I paid extra for express delivery. But would you believe it? It didn't arrive on time! I was really frustrated because I was counting on the express delivery to ensure it got there when I needed it, but it ended up being 5 days late! What a complete disaster.
Celebration invitations
The service was really efficient in dealing with my order quickly. I did spot a wee mistake in the grammar, but fortunately, it wasn't too noticeable. The design and different fonts on the invitation made it look really smart and trendy. All the folks who got the invitations loved them and even gave me compliments. The customer service at this company is really terrible. It seems like they don't know how to properly help customers and just keep trying to blame other things. I had a problem with my order and instead of fixing it, they always said it was because of data protection. And to top it off, they said they'd delete my review if I didn't give them more information - it's like they don't get the idea of helpful feedback! All I want is to get my order and not have to deal with this mess again.
