Gorgeous shoes, super comfortable
Oh my goodness, I've just received these new shoes and I absolutely adore them! They arrived really fast and were packaged so beautifully. When I tried them on, it felt like I was walking on clouds! They're honestly the most adorable and comfortable shoes I've ever had - and I've had a ton of shoes in my 12 years of existence! I'm over the moon with my purchase, every penny was worth it! Thank you so much, you guys are amazing! x

Overpriced Strictly O2 tickets
I bought some tickets for Strictly O2 using this ticket website and it was a nightmare. The tickets were way too expensive and to top it off, I didn't even get an email to confirm my purchase. When I went on the Axs app to check my tickets, it said I didn't have any, which just made me really stressed and annoyed. It was all just a big joke and I definitely wouldn't suggest using this website to buy tickets.

International shipment experience
I found using Parcel2Go to be quite straightforward. The website was easy to navigate, allowing me to input all the necessary information for my international shipment without any issues. However, I do wish they had been more upfront about the requirements for providing a list of items, the size and weight of boxes, and the restriction on liquids. It would have saved me time and hassle if I had known this information from the beginning. The delivery service I selected, ParcelForce, was efficient, and the person who collected my parcels was friendly and professional. One thing to note is that I was not informed about the customs fees I would have to pay when shipping to Italy. Although I understand this is part of the shipping process, it would have been helpful to have this information beforehand. Overall, my experience was positive, but there are areas for improvement in terms of transparency and communication.

Very helpful staff, new vitamins tried, excited for more, great packaging
The staff were really friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions. I gave some new vitamins a go and they actually made me feel loads better. I'm excited to try out more products from this place. And, can I just say, the packaging for everything was so lovely, it seemed like they really care about the environment.

I had a bit of a problem with something I got from High Street TV the other day. But when I got in touch with their customer service, I was really impressed by how fast they got back to me and how well they dealt with my issue. The people I spoke to really knew their stuff, were really polite, and made it super easy for me to send the faulty item back and get a new one. I'm grateful for the top-notch service I got and I'll definitely be thinking about buying from them again.

Order mix-up
I made a purchase from this store not long ago, but I got the wrong item. Even though it was a bit of a mix-up, I was really impressed with the customer service I received from Leah S and Lauren. They quickly sorted out the problem and gave me a full refund, which even included the delivery charge. I really admire their professionalism and how dedicated they were to fixing the issue fast. Because of this, I would definitely think about shopping at this store again in the future.

My business was going well at first, but then things went downhill when my account got restricted because of a random transaction check. I tried chatting to sort it out, but the lack of communication and not knowing when the restriction would be lifted left me feeling frustrated. This whole situation has made me think twice about using online business banking in the future.

Garden furniture
I bought some garden furniture online not long ago and those automated emails just kept on coming, like this one here! It felt really impersonal and irritating, you know? And then they wanted me to agree to 'terms and conditions' just to leave a straightforward review. I reckon I'll give online shopping a miss next time and just go down to the garden centre for all my outdoor stuff.
