Assistance during family emergency
We had a really tough family emergency and had to plan a holiday in a hurry to relax. The team were so understanding and really helped us to find a great car rental at short notice. Aurora was especially helpful and went out of her way to support us, her kind words meant a lot to us during such a stressful time. We are so grateful for their kindness and how quickly they sorted everything out for us.

Sale purchases gone wrong
I've placed quite a few orders during the sales this year, but unfortunately had to return most of them. I usually have no trouble with online returns on other sites, but this time it's been a different story. It feels like they're making every excuse under the sun to avoid giving me a refund. "The return hasn't arrived", "the courier lost the parcel", "the refund deadline hasn't ended yet" - you name it. It's been 1.5 months and still no refund, leaving me out of pocket by £500. This will definitely be my first and last time shopping with this brand. I thought they were reputable, turns out I was wrong. Don't even get me started on how disappointed I am with the products themselves!

Recent flower bouquet purchase
I bought a lovely bouquet of flowers from this shop not long ago. I was really impressed with all the different products they had, and ordering was a piece of cake. Even though I live in a remote part of Scotland, the delivery was super fast. I like that returns are easy to do, so my whole shopping experience was great. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

I bought this amazing leather handbag from that shop not long ago, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the different options they have. The bags are really high quality and there are so many styles and colours to pick from, it's great. I'd been keeping an eye on one bag in particular, and when it came back in stock, the customer service team let me know straight away. I think it's really impressive how much care and effort they put into making sure customers are happy.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe this company I booked my airport parking with cancelled on me just 72 hours before my trip! I've been trying to get my refund for three weeks now, sending loads of emails and making calls, but still no luck. The service has been absolutely awful, I'm in shock!

clutch bag for son's wedding
Oh, I can't believe it! I was so looking forward to buying this adorable clutch bag for my son's wedding, but you know what happened? I ended up with fake sunglasses! Can you imagine? It's really upsetting. And when I reached out to customer service, they were just pointing fingers at everyone except themselves. It's not great, to be honest. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting a refund. Ugh, it's such a headache.

Large cabinet
My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. They used a courier service that rearranged/cancelled my delivery not once, but twice. When the cabinet was eventually delivered, I didn't get the 30-minute heads up as promised, and it was just left on my neighbour's doorstep, which was a real pain and could have caused damage. When I got in touch with Customer Service about the problem, they weren't very helpful and just told me to sort out another delivery with the unhelpful courier company. And to make matters worse, the item turned up damaged, which just added to my frustration with the whole situation.
